The head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation at a meeting on migration issues: Our country welcomes guests from other countries, but they must understand the rule of law

Today there was a meeting of the board of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation on combating illegal migration and suppressing crimes by foreign migrants. This was reported by the official representative of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs Irina Volk.

The meeting of the board of the Ministry of Internal Affairs was chaired by the country's Minister of Internal Affairs, Police General of the Russian Federation Vladimir Kolokoltsev. He said that Russia ranks fourth in the ranking of countries in the world in terms of the number of foreign migrants. Therefore, the issue of illegal behavior of foreigners is very acute in the Russian Federation.

Our country always welcomes guests from other countries, but they must understand the supremacy of the law over their own habits, comply with our rules and norms of behavior, respect traditions and moral values

- emphasized in the message of the representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.

The Russian authorities continue to implement the Concept of State Migration Policy and improve the tools and mechanisms for monitoring the stay and behavior of foreign citizens in the country. For example, the requirement for fingerprinting and photographing of all categories of migrants has already been enshrined in law, the head of the department said. This has led to an increase in the volume of biometric data on migrants at the disposal of Russian law enforcement agencies.

Another question is that some of the migrants demonstrate not only a reluctance to integrate into Russian society, but also to follow established legislative norms and rules of behavior. This leads to conflicts with the local population and to the commission of illegal and criminal acts.

A frequent, modern practice, especially noticeable in Europe, is when those in power import immigrants for “correct voting” and a “loyal society.” One population is replaced by another and is presented as a natural process.

Oh, this migration will backfire on Russia, but it will be too late later.
I saw enough of France while working in Marseille, it’s just terrible when migrants don’t consider the French people as people.

When they are migrants, the threat is small and can be stopped, but when millions of refugees become Russian citizens, like 750 Tajiks, it is no longer possible to stop them and they multiply at such a speed that in 000 years there will already be 10 million of them, and also Uzbeks, Tajiks and further down the list.
In the RSFSR there were no more than 10 of them.

Worked in Finland, Denmark, Poland. The Arabs simply spit on Finnish rules and the PRINCIPLED Finns simply swallow them. And in Denmark, especially zealous locals can be given a kick and the police will not notice. The Poles are no worse than Ukrainians as nationalists, there is no such thing there, there are other problems
And we are following the path of France. We have entire areas of migrants. Next come schools, catering, hospitals, shops for their own. EVERYTHING, a closed society has been built, why the hell will it learn Russian and obey the laws

Have you been to Moscow or the Moscow region for a long time? Generations of migrants have already grown up there; out of 10 children, 7 in the classes are children of migrants from Asia. New citizens with concessions, for example, they cannot be mobilized, but they reason like this, like let the Russians fight, and we will take care of the children with their women and feed their families. And the Kremlin paints such a prospect for the whole of Russia, instead of stimulating the birth rate among indigenous peoples, and only the norm of 3-5 children per family can save us. Alas.

      What about the tops?
The top (many) have long been weathervanes and day laborers.
A weather vane because wherever it blows, they too (how many of us changed their shoes in the 90s, for example, or how many Westerners turned sharply against the Western).
Day laborers because the deadline has expired and they don’t care what happens next.

It’s time to check officials’ trustworthiness using all sorts of detectors, otherwise the trends in world politics are depressing.
Well, at a minimum, a politician, together with all his relatives, must be RESTRICTED TO TRAVEL.

And this rabble in the form of diasporas and their “leadership” - why do the authorities tolerate this? Diasporas are in their purest form legalized criminals by nationality... I understand that it is easier for the Ministry of Internal Affairs to pull up the “leadership” of the diaspora and knock them down, and this imaginary “leadership”, in turn, must do everything according to the rules with the troublemaker... - this is dust in the eyes, not work!!! - this is me to the heads of the Ministry of Internal Affairs!!!

Visiting labor migrants should be issued not a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation, but a residence permit.
If a migrant works continuously for 5 years, regularly pays taxes, has no problems with the law, studies the Russian language and Russian culture, then he receives a passport as a citizen of the Russian Federation.
If there are minor comments and non-serious violations under any article, I extend the period of the residence permit for another 5 years.
If a labor migrant is not employed for more than 3 months during a calendar year, does not pay taxes on time, or violates the civil code, then he automatically falls under deportation without the right to enter the territory of Russia for 5 - 10 years.

To do this, you need to connect 2 events, and this is already a manifestation of thinking, the ability to analyze and learn; besides, in principle, nothing threatens them, so it’s unlikely... The rule of law is the absence or minimization of corrupt officials from power and law enforcement, plus a well-functioning mechanism for the work of the police and tax service. As long as it is profitable for our leaders to bring “guests” here according to the principle “In more numbers, at a cheaper price,” the law will be like a drawbar - wherever you turn, that’s where it ends up. Those who invite people to “guest” do not need legality in the first place.
For most “guests,” the understanding of the effectiveness and supremacy of the rule of law comes after massaging the buttocks with a baton; in all other cases, the indigenous population has long felt like guests, who are rapidly, through the efforts of businessmen in power, turning into a national minority on the territory of Russia.

Russia is slowly but surely moving along the path of nationalism of the population. Something similar to the events in Germany at one time. Of course, not along such a radical path, but it exists and will spread over the years. Whether this is for better or for worse is still unclear. More like a natural process of the body that triggers antibodies when it senses a threat within itself. From the outside, it seems as if someone deliberately launched this uncontrolled mechanism without participating in the settlement inside. Someone's deliberate steps to destabilize with a long-term perspective? The country now looks like someone being force-fed a lot of raw meat. There is so much he cannot assimilate and digest; this is not the scale and strength of the Soviet Union. Of course, opponents take advantage of all this at the same time.

The law should be the same for everyone and then there will be no disagreements in its interpretation.
Our nouveau riche themselves spoiled the migrants by giving them jobs and shielding them from checks.

Verbiage and nothing more. It’s as if their citizens are already so law-abiding. They began to blame others for this. Who, even before receiving a work permit, are already forced to “delve into” all the vicissitudes of Russian legislation, and then in practice, while running for the coveted piece of paper, are forced to violate the law, unwritten for individual employees of special migration services and especially for the numerous “criminals” who feed themselves and feeding officials at the expense of bribery from visitors.

I am not going to express my opinion on the issue of immigration to Russia.

Just comment to them that here in Argentina, already in the Preamble of the Constitution, "all the inhabitants of the world..." are invited to come to Argentina.

In fact, Argentina, with its vast territory, had a population of less than 2 million people or less at the end of the XNUMXth century.

The leaders of the time "invited" Europeans to come here to replace the "Creoles", the aborigines, mestizos or descendants of the Spaniards who participated in the struggle for independence.

One of our first presidents, Domingo Faustino Sarmiento, wrote Civilization and Barbarism, where civilization was Europe (for him Scandinavian or Anglo-Saxon Europe) and barbarism was all the indigenous people (although he was one).

His concept, and that of the ruling and governing class, was to replace their own with foreigners, and this was almost done.

Argentina is a wonderful mixture, but a mixture in itself.
Mostly Spaniards and Italians, but also Russians, mostly Jews who came from the last ranks, which is why we call Jews “Russians”, Ukrainians (pre- and post-war, communists and fascists), moles, Serbs, Czechs, Poles, Austrians, Germans ...as well as some English and French...

In addition, Turks arrived (both ethnic Turks and Armenians), mostly Syrian-Lebanese Arabs (we had a president of this nationality), and, strangely enough, we all call them Turks because they came during the Ottoman Empire .

I myself am the son of immigrants, Uruguayans (something like Belarusians??), which is the same thing, since Uruguay was "separated" by England and belonged to what is now Argentina.

However, in Uruguay the same thing happened as in Argentina, as in the issue of migration, but then Uruguayans began to emigrate en masse to other places, mainly to Argentina.

The Uruguayans are the same mixture as the Argentines, even more so, since, with the exception of former black slaves, there are almost no aborigines left, and there are very few mestizos, unlike the Argentines.

I myself have Spanish, Italian, Jewish ancestry (apparently my mother's grandmother was from the Canary Islands and followed customs that suggested Jewish traditions, as well as facial features very characteristic of some of her compatriots), in fact my mother spoke Russian; Andalusian (and Arabic), French, Portuguese and from here Dutch, Aboriginal (my great-grandmother was a “Zambo”, an Indian mixture with black) and a native of Africa....

So this is a good rustic cocktail...

However, all these immigrants adapted to the customs and laws of our countries and influenced them in terms of culture and customs, they never imposed anything by force and no one forced them to do anything.

Unlike other countries, there was much more assimilation, no separate "ghettos" were formed, although they did have collective associations, of which the Jewish one is the most prominent, followed by the Armenian one.

In fact, the Korean immigration of the 80s ended with strong assimilation (Buenos Aires even had a candidate for legislator)...

Let's see what happens to the Chinese over the last 20 years who have migrated to Argentina...

And the Japanese who migrated, they assimilated too much!!!

    Greetings!!

    Saludos!!"

Unlike other countries, there was much greater assimilation, no separate "ghettos" were formed,

Based on nationality, maybe no, but based on social division - most likely yes.

although they had collective associations, of which the Jewish is the most prominent, followed by the Armenian.

      Very interesting fact.

Thank you for your very instructive and interesting story about your country. The question has always arisen as to why there are virtually no indigenous peoples in Argentina and very few descendants of African slaves. The famous Argentine football players probably have the same “explosive mixture in their blood” as you do?

Argentina, it seemed, had nothing to lose—there was no dominant culture of a multimillion-dollar majority. Therefore, development has moved in the direction of multiculturalism. This does not guarantee that there will be no conflicts in the future.

First we create problems for ourselves, and then we try to “successfully” solve them.

And you there in the Kremlin imitate your Western “partners” less. They have already caught our elite with more than one hook.

    What about our elite?

She really wanted to enter the Western world on an equal footing, but Russia as a whole is not welcome there. Only in parts. And for this, Russia needs to be torn apart and enslaved as a raw materials colony.
National and religious conflicts are a proven tool for unrest and division of territory.

Even if representatives of the “authorities” noticed problems with migrants, it means the train has already left...

Even if representatives of the “authorities” noticed problems with migrants, it means the train has already left...
Kolokoltsev has been talking about this for a long time.

Russian authorities continue to implement the Concept of State Migration Policy
So they have a whole concept of migrant replacement?

however they must understand the rule of law

    Now!... :)
    Ran away...
    Duremarism has no cure...
All history, all over the world, shows that these guys do not assimilate...
And if so, then they live in their own “enclaves” and obey only their own laws...
Our leaders in law have already conducted surveys among migrants - they openly say that even Russian citizenship is nothing for them, if suddenly, they will fight here against the Russian Federation like partisans...
But our leaders have one goal - the thirst for profit...
Therefore, their own people will not be born, and they don’t need them - they will bring in cheap labor...
And the Russians are in trench paradise...

On one of the social networks I read a message from an Armenian girl living in the Russian Federation: we, Armenians, will never become Russian!
      Like this...

they must understand the supremacy of the law over their own habits, comply with our accepted rules and norms of behavior, respect traditions and moral values

    - they understand the lack of inevitability of punishment
    - they understand that the titular nation is not valued by its own officials
    - they understand the corruption of the system and what, if anything, can be paid
    - they understand that if anything happens, they can escape
    - they understand that Russian citizenship is all about rights and no responsibilities
    - they understand that for bullying and killing Russians it is easy to not be punished at all
    And as a consequence,
    - they came here to conquer and plunder the land that had been prepared for them for centuries by hardworking Russians.
    And Kolokoltsev understands everything.
And we understand whose words cost how much and why they are spoken.

All these meetings are in order to make a report on the work done. I personally see how migrants work unofficially (illegally). Doesn't the FMS know about this?))) Funny.

Like little children, they look like fools! Throw them out of the country immediately, deprive them of citizenship, especially since many people obtained it illegally - due to the corruption of officials! Yes, and officials should have their tails cut off for their crimes - right up to their necks!

Putin, with his attitude to migration policy, is digging a terrible hole in Russia with a foundation for many years to come. It’s not entirely too late to do everything right; you can still reverse the process and normalize the process. Another 5-7 years and it will be irreversibly late. There will be no Russians left
