The Western press reports conflicts between senior officers in the ranks of one of the elite brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

In one of the elite brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine there are now serious contradictions between senior officers. The Western press writes about this, citing its own sources in the Ukrainian army.

As Newsweek reports, we are talking about the 47th separate mechanized brigade "Magura", which is considered one of the elite Ukrainian formations. At one time, this formation was sent to the front line to participate in hostilities. However, as a result of the fighting, the brigade suffered high losses; some of the battalions were even withdrawn to the rear for replenishment.

According to the publication's sources, there is now a serious discord between senior commanders in the command of the brigade. High-ranking officers of the brigade accuse each other of making mistakes in managing the brigade. These contradictions indicate the emergence of systemic problems in the Ukrainian armed forces, and it is suspected that the central command will find it increasingly difficult to cope with these problems over time.

Earlier, Western military experts, citing Ukrainian sources, reported a deterioration in the quality of personnel of the Ukrainian Armed Forces brigades involved in the counteroffensive in a number of directions. Thus, forcibly mobilized citizens are not distinguished by either a high level of motivation, or the quality of training, or even a state of health that allows them to effectively carry out assigned combat missions. The general deterioration in the quality of personnel, in turn, is reflected in the combat effectiveness of Ukrainian formations.

It’s good that we don’t have any contradictions. One said and everyone immediately agreed.

Army - unity of command, unity of command - army... well, what nonsense.

          yeah, what nonsense.

The usual thing. The brigade is not up to the task. There is a search for the "ultimate ass...tsy" from among the battalion commanders, onto which all the failures can be uploaded. But they don’t agree. That's the whole argument.

How would you like...??? Vote or conduct a survey...??? While you vote, you will be killed... In war. like in war - one ordered, the rest carried out... And by the way, why “everyone immediately agrees”??? Are you against...

If all of Zhukov’s orders had been discussed and voted on, the war would not have been won. And what did they want when they forcibly democratically round up the population for slaughter.

Zhukov's orders were discussed. And they were corrected. And sometimes they were not fulfilled. Again, it still depends on what level. There are command verticals, but there are also horizontals.

Zhukov's orders were discussed. And they were corrected. And sometimes they were not fulfilled.

Plans could be discussed and submitted to the relevant collegial body for discussion. And when these plans took the form of an order, failure to fulfill them was punished quite harshly. Well, of course, in those cases when it became known to him. It was extremely difficult to correct Zhukov’s orders. It was necessary to prove him wrong very convincingly. In his main activity, Zhukov was a pedant; he prepared decisions extremely carefully. Otherwise, he would not be the Zhukov we know. In addition, he was a very ambitious person. Therefore, when one of the memoirists wrote in his memoirs how he freely interpreted and carried out orders “from above” (and Zhukov was second from above for all of them during the years of active activity), he was, to put it mildly, disingenuous. That is why memoirs do not have the highest authority among historians as a source of historical truth. Even Rokossovsky was guilty of this. Can you give an example when one of the executors openly did not carry out Zhukov’s order or “corrected” it?

Charter: point one - the commander is always right, point two - if the commander is wrong, read point one. From an old bearded army joke.)))

It turns out that the Khokhlyat formations are effective somewhere?
And here they rub it in on us...

This is nonsense, but when they start solving problems en masse with the help of weapons, shooting opponents, then things will take a serious turn!

      "There are serious contradictions."
This says: 1) he cannot or does not want to stop the squabbling between headquarters officers, and this indicates that he is not in his place
In our second battalion, the company squabbled like dogs, and the battalion commander only persuaded.
“Father” surrounded them and reminded them that the Union was no longer true, but their small homeland remained, the graves of their ancestors. It is the duty of sons and grandchildren to protect the peace of their streets, the peace of the graves of their ancestors, so that not a single nasty thing comes to their street
      2) in the brigade there is a certain Mikola turbo patriot who prefers to fight in the rear and blame his officers. I am all Russians with one left, I am this and that, and Mikhailo or Gritsko do not show the necessary patriotism, they are being almond-shaped and so on. With such an “officer brotherhood” there is no real need for an enemy. They will tear themselves apart.
During the offensive, the various Mikolas do not really blame, and in the conditions of failure they “climb out”, but despite their “turbo patriotism” they prefer to fight with women in the rear.
They told me what these “Mikols” were doing in the rear.
The Armed Forces of Ukraine are our enemies, but in fairness, there are, in their own way, decent officers, and there are complete scum. They will even cut down their own branches, but they will destroy so many innocent ones!!!
