In Grozny, the police conducted an investigation into the beating of a Koran arsonist in a pre-trial detention center.

Last month, the media reported that Nikita Zhuravel, a resident of the Volgograd region who found himself in a pre-trial detention center in the city of Grozny, was beaten there by the son of the head of the Chechen Republic Ramzan Kadyrov.

According to information distributed by the publication Base in their Telegram channel, the police conducted an investigation into this incident. This issue was dealt with by police officers from the Akhmatovsky district of the city of Grozny, media reports.

The purpose of the inspection was to establish a possible violation of the law in the actions of the son of the head of Chechnya. It was reported that the republican prosecutor's office is keeping the progress of the investigation under its control.

According to Baza, as a result of the inspection, a refusal to initiate a criminal case was issued, since Adam Kadyrov is 15 years old, and criminal liability for such crimes is provided for from the age of sixteen.

Recall that story, associated with Nikita Zhuravel, began in May of this year, when a video circulated on social networks in which a then unknown citizen was holding a burning Koran in his hands against the backdrop of the Volgograd Cathedral Mosque. The next day after this, the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation announced the detention in the Volgograd region of 19-year-old Nikita Zhuravel, who was charged with a crime under Part 2 of Article 148 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “public actions... committed for the purpose of insulting the religious feelings of believers.”

Subsequently, the criminal case against Zhuravel was transferred to the investigative department of the RF Investigative Committee for the Chechen Republic, and he himself was transferred to pre-trial detention center No. 1 in the city of Grozny.

And on September 25, the head of Chechnya published a video in which his son inflicts several blows on Zhuravel sitting on a chair. Opinions are divided regarding this video. Many Russians supported the actions of Kadyrov Jr. But many also spoke out that beating a defendant in itself could be a violation of the legislation of the Russian Federation.

It’s okay, wait a year and comply with the full rigor of the law. The video of the beating is 100% evidence. Look, all sorts of tiktokers have learned to use mobile phones. At the same time, Adam Ramzanovich Kadyrov will have the opportunity to study the Koran more carefully, especially in the part that concerns nationality and the word “man”. And then if he finds it... am

I have a question for his father, how did his boy end up in a pre-trial detention center and on what basis? With whose approval did all this take place? Ramzan Akhmatovich, please give an answer.... smile
Since when are minors allowed in the pre-trial detention center to join people under investigation?

What difference does it make what the conclusions will be? I’m just wondering what the criminal wanted to achieve with this burning. We have criminal prosecution for inciting national hatred. If he burned it, what would change in his personal life? The motive is important, not the fact of the crime itself. Did you want to become famous? Well, that's how he became. Every drug has side effects. We will consider the fact of the beating as a side effect.

    M-yes.
It seemed to us that the elements of the crime were determined by the investigation, and the guilt and measure of restraint were determined by the court. In accordance with the rules of law.
It seemed to us that beatings in front of a video camera (and without it) are placed in legal standards exclusively as another criminal act.
It seemed to us that law enforcement officers are obligated to stop crime and detain the perpetrators.
It seemed to us that it was in no way possible for outsiders to get into the investigative premises where the arrested (or detained) person was kept under guard. If anything, the governor and, even more so, his children are definitely strangers.
It seemed to us that public justification of a crime was criminal.
It seemed to us that citizens were citizens primarily because of absolute equality before the law.

However, it seemed to us that it was impossible to kill military personnel and ride in armed columns across the territory of the Russian Federation.
You never know what we thought.

      1. Why was he sent to Chechnya, and not investigated at the place where the crime was committed? This is illegal!
      2. Why did an outsider, and a minor at that, end up in a pre-trial detention center? This is illegal!
      3. Why did the government representative not stop the crime (beating up a prisoner in a pre-trial detention center), but, on the contrary, filmed the process on his mobile phone, thereby encouraging the commission of a crime by minors? This is illegal!
      4. Why was the video of the crime being posted online for everyone to see? This is illegal!

The junior inspector will be punished for his oversight.
They will reprimand you, maybe even severely.
Formally, everything will be clean, as always.

“.....a refusal to initiate a criminal case was issued, since Adam Kadyrov is 15 years old, and criminal liability for such crimes is provided for at the age of sixteen” - this was to be expected. It's annoying that they take us for idiots. But there are at least 20 more people there against whom criminal cases should be initiated, and they are all over 15 years old. So quick questions: 1 how did Zhuravel end up in Grozny?, 2 who let the minor into the pre-trial detention center, 3 who filmed...

Do we still have human rights activists?
Urgently take the suspect to another region, convict him strictly according to the law, how much probation or a fine or imprisonment there can be. In Chechnya, he can end up forever in a hole, what they can do with him there is unknown, or even disappear and his corpse will never be found.. .

Well, you can’t punish a fifteen-year-old, but the head of the pre-trial detention center and his deputy in charge of the regime are probably adults, they can be given the full punishment for violating the regime, however, a nineteen-year-old fool should be punished to the fullest, and add another attempt to incite hatred on religious grounds

resident of the Volgograd region Nikita Crane

A native of Ukraine, however, he grew up in Sevastopol and even studied at a branch of the Nakhimov Naval School - the Sevastopol Presidential Cadet School.

In 2014, Nikita was only 10 years old. On one of his pages on social networks, until 2017, he published many patriotic photographs with the Russian flag, troops, military equipment and statements condemning Nazism in Ukraine. He even subscribed to Dmitry Medvedev’s official VK page.

Later he entered the branch of the Volgograd Social Pedagogical University in Sevastopol in the field of economics, and then transferred to Volgograd.

According to the investigation, he also admitted to another pandering assistance to the Armed Forces of Ukraine - photography and video filming of military facilities: railway facilities, trains with military transport and equipment, as well as transformer substations.

Zhuravel confirmed in his testimony that he carried out the action of burning the Koran at the direction of the Ukrainian special services for a reward of 10 thousand rubles and handed over the video to an SBU officer.

Did his stay in Volgograd really have such a detrimental effect on him? Or is the work of the Ukrainian agent network so heavily targeted there?

But this is not at all what his mother had in mind when she congratulated him on his birthday in 2017 on his VK page:

My dear, most beloved son, I congratulate you on your birthday. I wish you incredible happiness, reliable and loyal friends, good health, self-realization and achievement of all your goals! I really want everything to be easy for you, kindly, with a smile and without obstacles. You can always count on me. I, your mother, are always with you.

And what happened happened... In less than 20 years, as they say, your whole life is still ahead. Maybe he’ll come to his senses if his mother’s wishes still mean something to him.

The case may not be good from a purely legal point of view. But pure jurisprudence is also abstract, like pure muridism (or Wahhabism), like pure mathematics in economics.
In the living human body, in addition to the nervous, musculoskeletal, gastrointestinal, and cardiovascular systems, there is also the immune system - the production of antibodies to incoming threats cannot cope - all other systems fail. Overdoing it is also often fatal; most of those who die from the coronavirus are from an excessive immune response.
So, everything is decided by trial and error, there are no other mechanisms in nature, and dogma is not a way to survive even for archons and trilobites.
Previously, there were many fantastic stories on the theme of victims, the possibility of killing Hitler as a child, and the moral dilemma of all these main characters: by the standards of that society and time - a terrible crime... but, on the other hand, this is the future Hitler. ..
And here it is given to everyone to decide for themselves...
In this case with Zhuravel: as long as society is alive, someone must fulfill the role of the immune system, even if the brain resists. The brain is not the main one in immunity, its role is to use it, just like the gastrointestinal tract or cardiovascular systems.

I understand Zhuravel is a radish, a bastard and a bastard. He ended up in Grozny. The police conducted an inspection. As far as I understand, this is the Grozny police. The question arises. If Zhuravel insulted the people of Chechnya and ended up in Grozny, then why is the inspection being carried out by the Grozny police. according to this logic, the police with the check should be at least from Volgograd, or from some Ryazan. But it would be correct from Moscow. We don’t have real power. The local kings do what they want. I understand that’s not done 16? good. Mom and dad for a minor, a fine of 500 rubles, and for the head of the pre-trial detention center, the prosecutor of Grozny, a real sentence. And half of the republic should be removed from their positions, so that they don’t get smart. I understand this guy, in the sense of Kadyrov’s son. In his place, I probably wouldn’t be able to resist punching him in the face either. but this does not mean that Kadyrov’s son is the king of God over power, because he is Kadyrov’s son. This is not correct

No, but who doubted that there would be different conclusions?

In Israel, can you be punished for burning a Torah?

They can. But firstly, no one will allow the mayor or even the minister to meet with a convicted person without the permission of his lawyer, and especially not a single officer of the Punishment Service would think of sending a minor there. Of course, if this officer does not want to sit down for a couple of years.

Tell us how about 700 children from 12-17 years old are detained and held in military, non-civilian temporary detention centers every year. For some reason not in a pre-trial detention center. When you point your finger at others, three point in the opposite direction. That is three times

Detained. And they contain it. But what? Everything is under the strict control of lawyers.

And we have everything under the strict control of lawyers. Only they are detained and detained by the military, not the police. You are probably friends with the ministers and they tell you everything in confidence

They talk all about legality, about legal subtleties, but the point is different - they beat a person, taking advantage of his helplessness, his inability to respond. How does this generally relate to the mentality of a mountaineer, a warrior?
This is a direct blow to his image. Or are such feats now not considered shameful? From a purely human point of view, many will recoil from the bearers of such a mentality. That’s what the SBU was counting on.
They got a super effect for ridiculous money and the term of a person who was ideologically alien to them.
Well, how can you expose yourself like that? Who advised these heroes to be executed?
Most likely, they were intimidated by the possible mass scale of such burnings, and the need for warning. But in the end they lost face.

GDP may look like a fighter in the eyes of the rest of the Muslim world, against the backdrop of free actions in the EU countries, but within Russia itself, such actions cause serious fluctuations in society, which would be better avoided. I hope Kadyrov understands well that now, until the end of his life, he is a media person and is involved in the state apparatus, which means that any sneeze must be shown with caution. These are the realities of the modern world. what

How Kadyrov bends our people. We hand him over to Russian ourselves; was it really not clear what awaited him there? Yes, this was already understandable, after his words, at what time he killed the first Russian.
And of course, the great geostrategist, as always, demonstrated that he doesn’t care about the Russian people by meeting with Kadyrov and declaring Grozny the cultural capital of 2025.
The authorities are moving by leaps and bounds towards the “L” shaped pillars in the central squares of cities.

It’s strange that no one is outraged by the fact that the Koran was burned.
In our country, 11% of native Russian citizens are of Muslim faith.
And some scumbag who accidentally received citizenship of my country began to act weird with such a provocation.
Let him say thank you that they didn’t cut off his head.
