The President of the Russian Federation met in the Kremlin with Russian military personnel who were awarded awards for their feats

Russian President Vladimir Putin today held a meeting with servicemen of the Russian Armed Forces taking part in the Northern Military District and receiving awards for their feat. The event took place in the Kremlin.

The Russian leader spoke with Private Ivan Kalashnikov, Private Vyacheslav Tarasov and Senior Sergeant Viktor Khamaganov (via video link), who were awarded the Order of Courage, as well as Corporal Alexei Ivliev, who was awarded the highest award - the title of Hero of Russia.

Let us recall that the above-mentioned servicemen of the Russian Armed Forces heroically repelled the attack of Ukrainian attack aircraft, who had a threefold numerical superiority. The episode occurred on August 22 near the settlement. Harvest (DPR).

According to Vladimir Putin, Chief of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces Valery Gerasimov reported to him about the feat of Russian military personnel and showed a video of their battle with an assault group of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, consisting of 12 people.

Of course, this is one of the iconic, good examples of courage and heroism

- said the President of the Russian Federation, addressing the military.

At the same time, the Russian leader noted that during the battle no one thinks about heroism. A soldier in such a situation only thinks about how to work in a combat sense to effectively repel an enemy attack.

But you did it exactly as they call it today. Heroism in the truest sense of the word

- summed up Vladimir Putin.

Naturally, he doesn’t think about it, but someone who was in battle himself should talk about it; as far as I know, VVP was not there.

Putin: convicted members of the North Military District gave their lives for their Motherland and atoned for their guilt

    This is from Kommersant...
This means that if he died, he atoned for his guilt.
And if you didn’t die, then you need to continue to atone for your guilt.
    Right?

Well, we - we justified everything,
      We were rewarded later:
Who are alive, those - with medals,
And who are dead - with a cross.
      And other prisoners
Let them read at the gate
      Our memory is glazed -

It’s a pity that these fighters don’t have the right to ask him a question about why our army is still supplied by volunteers and not his army? Is this so that the army will continue to be considered “the people’s”?

Those who died in Afghanistan, did they give their lives for their homeland?
Or did they die fulfilling their international duty?

      I think it's both.

Some soldiers may have been such, soldiers and other believing communists.

Probably everything happened because it was the Soviet Union.

      Greetings!

      In Spanish :

      "Creo que ambas.

Algunos soldados, tal vez, eran eso, soldados y otros comunistas creyentes.

Supongo que hubo de todo, porque era la Unión soviética.

      Cheers!"

They don't give honor! Perform a military salute.

Soul - to God, heart - to a woman, duty - to the Fatherland, honor - to no one!

Actually, it is not an honor that is given, but a military salute. And certainly not sitting in a headdress. Nightmare!

This is not the President's army, this is our Army. We need to supply it. And the President only decides where to use our Army. So the President has nothing to do with supplies.
There are specially trained people for this. And those who care that their friend may simply freeze in the winter where he doesn’t seem to exist, but the Moscow Region carries out SVO.

It's not his, and it's not this.
Why then is the president like this?

Every state has a Head of State. Someone had to take on these hardships and deprivations for us too.
