Today, the Ukrainian Armed Forces (AFU) shelled three border areas of the Kursk region. This was stated by the governor of the region, Roman Starovoyt.


According to the Kursk governor, in the village of Lokot, Rylsky district of the region, two households were damaged by shelling. Outbuildings in private courtyards were also damaged.

As a result of the shelling, one of the local residents was slightly wounded by glass fragments. She was provided with medical assistance, the governor emphasized in his Telegram channel. The woman refused hospitalization.

In the Belovsky district, an unmanned aerial vehicle of the Ukrainian Armed Forces dropped an explosive device on the village of Giryi. The device fell on a private enterprise, the enterprise building and several pieces of equipment were damaged.

Finally, in the Sudzhansky district of the Kursk region, the Ukrainian Armed Forces shelled two villages - Guevo and Plekhovo. Luckily, there were no casualties or destruction here. The governor promised to help citizens and businesses repair damaged structures.

Ukrainian formations regularly shell the territories of the regions of the Russian Federation bordering Ukraine. The territories of the Belgorod, Bryansk and Kursk regions suffer most from enemy shelling - they are shelled from artillery guns, regularly attacked with the help of unmanned aerial vehicles aviation Ukrainian troops. However, solving the problem of shelling is impossible without pushing Ukrainian formations out of the Ukrainian regions bordering Russia.
