At the moment, 20 people are known to have died, 7 of whom died in hospital, the bodies of 13 people have not been identified, they were sent to the medical examiner's office. There are a very large number of victims with various burns, most of them in serious condition. Local medical institutions cannot cope, and they do not have specialized equipment for this, so urgent evacuation of especially severe patients is required.

- said in a statement.
