“Does not meet modern requirements”: Joe Biden intends to raise the issue of reforming the UN Security Council

The United States continues to advocate for changes to the UN Security Council, planning to expand it with the help of its allies, thereby significantly reducing the role of Russia and China. This issue will be raised at the UN General Assembly, which starts on September 19 in New York.

The issue of expanding the UN Security Council will be raised by Joe Biden during his speech. According to White House Strategic Communications Coordinator John Kirby, the American president will propose a new architecture for the Security Council with the introduction of new members. He did not give details, saying that we would learn everything from Biden’s speech, but emphasized that the United States considers the current Security Council “not meeting” modern requirements and incapable of performing its functions. In general, we need fresh blood, preferably supporting the United States with both hands and feet.

President Biden - you will hear more from him on this issue next week - we are very clear that it is time to evaluate the architecture of the UN Security Council (...) President Biden and the United States would support (the inclusion of) more members

Kirby declared.

The United States has long dreamed of strengthening its position in the UN Security Council by adding countries under its control to its composition. According to the latest data, the new plan developed in Washington provides for the addition of six more members to the main UN body, but without the right of veto. It does not say which specific countries we are talking about, but the states of Western Europe definitely appear in it, i.e. actual vassals of the USA.

Russia is not averse to expanding the UN Security Council, but not by much; its composition should not exceed 20 members. Also, Moscow does not see the benefit of including Western countries subordinate to the United States into its composition. At the same time, we are not against greater involvement of countries from Africa and South America in the work of the Security Council.

Everything you need to know about the wise and brilliant foreign policy of one country. Some are ready to surrender, but only after appropriate decisions by the updated UN Security Council

. Russia is not averse to expanding the UN Security Council, but not by much

Is this how our leaders support America’s initiatives or, on the contrary, object to them?

          They probably show concern.

        — “Requirements” are different for everyone...

They need everything to be according to the rules...
It doesn't matter who is right and who is wrong -
They were covered with their own greatness,
And then a vile temper came out of them...
But the rules are known - like a drawbar,
As always, everyone writes them for themselves...
Wherever you turn, that's where it went
And the "truth" will always win yours ...
And in fairness we need everything -
According to the highest law from heaven ...
And we're not going to dutifully,
Listen to the "Wishlist" of the States and the EU ...

Any attempt to change the UN Charter even by one comma will ultimately lead to the deprivation of the Russian Federation’s right of “Veto” in the UN Security Council with all the ensuing negative consequences. And there is no need to entertain the illusion that the introduction of additional members from Asia and/or Africa to the Security Council can somehow strengthen the position of the Russian Federation. They will simply buy them.
ps At one time, the USSR was expelled from the “League of Nations” for the war with Finland. It ended with WWII and the self-dissolution of this “League”. Maybe one “mop” is enough?

It's time to evaluate the architecture of the UN Security Council
And the ideal thing for the Americans was that the UN Security Council would consist exclusively of their vassals, and Russia and China would be deprived of their veto rights. And then go for a walk - I don’t want to. True, even today they are not deprived of the presence of those who look into their mouths and are ready to vote for any resolution they put forward. Americans today do not need to deal with reforming the UN Security Council, but rather evaluate the “architecture” of their president - “An old man is renting out. He began to forget his name.” (film "The weather is good on Deribasovskaya...")

Then it means you need to give him a “Colt” 45 caliber with a dedicatory inscription!

And quickly, so that he does less stupid things around the world!

He will present this Colt as proof of his participation in the Civil War. True, he won’t be able to remember which side he fought on.lol

          Most likely Germany and Japan.

Is this how our leaders support America’s initiatives or, on the contrary, object to them?

We want to introduce neutral states, and the mattress makers - their vassals. That's the whole difference. The UN should generally be moved from the states, at least to India to begin with, or soon the decisions of its Security Council will lose some meaning. You will get the same Seven, only a side view.

Absolutely right. Considering that mattresses, abusing their position as the “host” party, have recently created obstacles with visas for Russian representatives participating in the work of the UN, the headquarters of the organization must be moved to some neutral country.

Lately (15-20 years) the role of the UN has been purely decorative and has little effect on maintaining “world peace”. There has been no consensus there for a long time and everything is built on opposition - “veto, veto, veto and veto”

Better to go to northern or central Greenland. The slopes of volcanoes in Iceland are also a good place.
In general, the UN countries can quite chip in to create an island on the ocean shelf outside the jurisdiction of any of the states. And that’s where we place this sharashka. At the same time, in order to fit on the island, the number of parasites will be greatly reduced.

Free advice for Biden, dissolve the USA, and then admit each state to the UN Security Council as a separate state, you will immediately get 50 votes instead of one fellow
Well, just destroy it, destroy Geyropa, it’s time to take on the New World.
If things don’t work out, take a ride to Langley, rummage through the archives of the 90s, there are detailed instructions on the collapse of the USSR, how to make 15 out of one.
      Will fit.

There is no doubt that the Americans will push this through. Since the middle of the last century, the world has changed. Although in the second half of the last century the UN was largely pro-American. The Americans are already dragging Germany and Japan there to the Security Council.
Many questions from those years are still relevant today.

      Khan of the organization.........
If it were not for the by-laws / some additional structures included in the UN, within the framework of international law, this baggage store could have been dissolved long ago.
But in fact.... Well, any “structure” cannot be eternal and be liked by everyone. Everything flows, everything changes.
It's high time to close this project. And think about the new, about the main thing, about the good and eternal: G8, G20, BRICS, figs, EURASEC, don’t care, etc., etc. Just have time to put your palms up!

Yes, we’ll turn it on without any problems. To do this, you need to lose at least 10 million people in some conflict and free the countries from the aggression of the invaders. Well, are there anyone interested?

It's time to add at least three new permanent members to the Security Council - India, Pakistan and North Korea. If Israel officially admits that it has nuclear weapons, then they can be added.
