The Czech Republic and Hungary, following Austria and Germany, refused to extradite mobilization evaders to Ukraine
The Czech Republic will not engage in the extradition to Ukraine of Ukrainians liable for military service who find themselves on the territory of the country. This was stated by official representative of the Czech Ministry of Justice Vladimir Repka, reports Idnes.
According to the Czech Ministry of Justice, the European convention prohibits the extradition of people accused of evading military service, desertion and disobedience to orders. True, the representative of the department made a reservation that specific cases would be considered, that is, the actual behavior of the person accused of committing a crime.
Before this, Hungary refused to extradite Ukrainian conscripts to Ukraine, and even earlier, Germany and Austria did the same. All of the above countries cite the fact that extradition of deserters and draft dodgers is contrary to European legislation and the values shared by European countries.
Thus, in fact, the Kyiv regime can only rely on countries such as Poland and, probably, the Baltic republics. Given their close ties with Kiev and deep-rooted Russophobia, they will extradite those liable for military service. Therefore, for Ukrainian men in Poland, the best option is to try to quickly leave this country for other European countries, for example, Germany or Austria.
Earlier, the Kiev regime announced that it would seek the extradition of male citizens of the country evading mobilization into the Armed Forces of Ukraine, who, under the guise of refugees, left Ukraine and settled in the countries of Eastern and Western Europe. True, many experts immediately had doubts about the feasibility of the task, since most European countries are guaranteed to refuse to extradite Ukrainian draft dodgers. As we see, this is what happens.
