“In addition to the Russian language”: Kyiv will allow teaching in schools in minority languages in order to join the European Union

The Kiev regime has finally become concerned with the languages of national minorities living in Ukraine and wishing to communicate and study in their own languages, and not in the Ukrainian language. As Deputy Prime Minister Olga Stefanishina stated, a decision was made to make additional amendments to the law on secondary education. But they will not touch the Russian language in any way.

In Kyiv, they decided to allow teaching in schools in Hungarian and Romanian. Why the choice fell on them is explained quite simply. The thing is that Ukraine really wants to join the European Union, and one of the conditions for joining the community of European countries is the adoption of a special law protecting national minorities. So they started fussing in Kyiv.

However, with the amendments everything is not as simple as stated. In Kyiv they do not want to allow free teaching in Hungarian or Romanian; it is necessary to make sure that the language of the “titular nation” is also studied at the same time, i.e. Ukrainian.

Ukraine will this week begin bilateral negotiations with Hungary and Romania to try to work out an agreement on the balance of teaching in Ukrainian and national minority languages in secondary schools

Stefanishina said.

The Russian language will not be included in the amendments; it is as if there is no Russian-speaking population, despite the fact that the Venice Commission under the Council of Europe has already hinted to Ukraine that the Russian language also needs protection. However, in Kyiv they prefer to hush up this problem, believing that if they don’t talk about it, then it’s as if it doesn’t exist.

As previously reported, preliminary negotiations on Ukraine’s accession to the European Union are scheduled for December this year. Hungary opposes Kyiv's membership in the EU. The main disagreements between Budapest and Kiev are the rights of Hungarians living on Ukrainian territory.

        - allow teaching in schools in Hungarian and Romanian...
Hungary opposes Kyiv's membership in the EU.
Won't the Poles and Slovaks be offended?
May the “Spartans of the North” forgive me.

If they join the EU, the EU will have to put up with the fact that it prohibits the movement of part of the population to other countries - men from 16 to 60.
It will be noble legal joke - "To citizens of the European Union forbidden departure to the European Union."
Moreover, since Kyiv LDPR and Crimea considers legally his own and will join naturally WHOLE - there will be even more anecdotal legal conflict - the EU will not be able to ban the entry of Ukrainian citizens living with us.
Otherwise - claims of citizens in the ECHR on the topic "Restrictions on the movement of EU citizens within the EU".
Any attempts to get out of it like “occupied territories, special status, etc.” will not work because they will be a recognition of territorial problems.

What are the problems if he is a citizen of Ukraine? What difference does it make where he lives - in Lvov, Crimea or Moscow.
There won't be any problems here.
Now, if he threw out his Ukrainian passport and became a Russian, then of course the border is closed.

Let them not set foot on any sane horizon; don’t go to a fortune teller here. Ahead of the Turks?!
Here the task is to lick those whose tongues “permit” and by using a carrot to delay the indignation of the people.
