The decree establishing this right for the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs was signed by the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, the text of the document has already been published on the legal information portal.
Previously, the list of persons who, by virtue of their position, can fly aircraft of the “Russia” detachment, according to the presidential decree of 2009, included: the President of the Russian Federation, the Chairman of the Government, the heads of the Federation Council and the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, the heads of the Constitutional and Supreme Courts of the Russian Federation, Prosecutor General, Head of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, Head of the Presidential Administration and Minister of Foreign Affairs. Now the Minister of Internal Affairs is on this list.
