The Russian government has simplified the procedure for issuing documents about the death or missing persons of special operation participants

In the Russian Federation, it will be much easier to obtain certificates of death or missing persons of participants in a special military operation of the Russian Armed Forces than before. The corresponding decision was made by the government of the Russian Federation.

Previously, only medical organizations could issue certificates of death of military personnel who were participants in the Military Military District. Now commanders of military units will be able to issue such documents in a simplified manner, which significantly increases the efficiency of issuing certificates.

Commanders of military units are obligated to inform the civil registry office or MFC that a serviceman died during service. This will make it possible to more quickly assign payments and other measures of social support to relatives of deceased servicemen.

The government decree emphasizes that a certificate of death of a serviceman will be issued if his death is beyond doubt, but a medical certificate cannot be obtained. This is possible, in particular, if a fighter goes missing while performing a combat mission or simply while in a combat zone.

In the military unit, the relatives of the deceased will be able to pick up such a certificate. It will be enough to initiate recognition of the fighter as missing in action in court. Three months after the court decision comes into force, the fighter will be declared dead. After this, his relatives will be able to receive the assistance they are due from the state and region, as well as enter into inheritance.

They write about the participants of the Wagner PMC that the Ministry of Labor excluded them from the category of combatants and deprived them of benefits and payments.

And what was paid earlier will be taken away by the court.

"Wagner"? There was no “Wagner”, they forgot about Prigozhin within a week, about the rest even faster

"Wagner"? There was no “Wagner”, they will forget about E. Prigogine in three days
Wait, the prisoners who passed through Wagner are also recognized as having escaped from places of detention, with all the corresponding consequences. And all the rest are members of illegal armed groups. In my opinion, it was immediately clear that those at the feeding trough would take revenge on Wagner by any means, including illegal ones.

They say about you that you are exhausted and now specialize in stuffing. But this, of course, is not true request

A couple of questions for you, though:

        - as it follows from the paper you cited that all Wagners have already been deprived of benefits and payments (correct answer - no way)
        - as it follows from the paper you cited that All Wagners will have their accrued money taken away from them in court (correct answer - no way).

I would recommend that you be more careful when approaching, um... documents that fall under your feet. Of questionable authenticity, by the way, but that doesn’t matter in this case.

For zealous fans of fried foods, I suggest you use your brains... and don’t overeat, it’s harmful laughing

“In war, politicians give ammunition, the rich give food, and the poor give their children. When the war is over, politicians shake hands, the rich raise food prices, and the poor look for the graves of their children” - Serbian proverb.

What happens if the serviceman is later found, for example, in captivity? Will the payments be recovered by recourse? Well, this is a real situation when a shell-shocked/wounded person lies in the mud and shows no signs of life, and after an hour he can wake up and move in a certain direction on adrenaline. It’s good if it’s ours, but if not...

Don't worry about that. The situations were much worse under Dzhugashvili (Stalin), somewhere in 1943, when a dead soldier was declared missing and the family received nothing. This was much worse and more disgusting. Believe me, I know what I’m writing about.
This is a big minus from me, also because you confuse your own pocket with the state’s, if not according to what is written by implication.

How could it not be without Comrade. I.V. STALIN, and laid mines and bombs, okay, Air Force Marshal Lavrinenko was a prisoner, but he also knocked the Germans out of the sky, the Commander-in-Chief of Air Defense, my uncle was also a prisoner, but no !!!! there were no repressions, yes, the graph was about the "occupied territories" but she did not interfere with anyone

In our country, the officer was considered missing in action. A lot of people saw how he died, several times they tried to bring the group to this place to find the body, and then it turned out that he was alive and in captivity. While on staff, his status changed several times.

What happens if the soldier is later found

And my grandfather is listed as “missing in action” during the defense of Odessa! And everyone who died in this battle...And a lot of witnesses to the event are not taken into account. The reason is the destruction of the regiment's documents during the evacuation from Odessa! And then the regiments were recruited from the villages... In the letter from my grandmother’s brother (I don’t know what this clan is called correctly... My husband’s sister’s brother...) it clearly states who was wounded and who was killed. And ALL those killed are still walking along "Missing" column...

It is strange that the Ministry of Labor did not attach a photo of the Supreme Commander with his aphorisms to this paper - it would have been more convincing. sad

If you look at TV channels from the locations of military units, missing people are a sore subject for relatives. But to the credit of the military, they did not abandon or kick their relatives, but decided together how to solve this problem. Let's see how it will be in practice.

According to statistics from both Chechen wars, for each
      officially killed serviceman accounted for
      at least three missing.
      And still not found.
I wonder what the results of the SVO will be like?

Vouaka uh. Modern weapons leave little chance of finding or identifying the body. We don’t hide this with the missing. You need to know where to look. But NATO uses this to the fullest, death is recognized only if there is a body. Our RCBZ troops leave little chance relatives to find out the fate of their husband, brother or nephew. There is no body - silence. For us, this problem is still being solved with difficulty. We are fighting with irretrievable losses and this is not hidden at the regional level or the places of previous work where a mobilized or volunteer left for the Northern Military District.

In our regiment you can count them on your fingers. One later turned up alive in the rear. The second one was captured. Well, the unidentified bodies in Rostov are identified later. They take an analysis from the relatives of the missing person and compare it with the unidentified person. I don’t think there will be many missing people. Well, everyone is trying to get the bodies. Sometimes exchanges take place. If it is not possible to get it, the coordinates of the bodies are recorded. Strangers too.

The legal term “missing person” has not been used in the army since Soviet times. The term "missing in the location of a military unit" is used.

Commanders of military units are obligated to inform the civil registry office or MFC that a serviceman died during service. This will make it possible to more quickly assign payments and other measures of social support to relatives of deceased servicemen.

Now it will become easier for commanders of military units. Fill out the certificate in a form that has probably already been approved, send it to the registry office or MFC to which the deceased is assigned, and make a note in the journal about sending the certificate. Make a record of receipt of confirmation in receipt of the certificate.
What about partially mobilized, volunteers, military personnel from other units? What if there is a soldier, but only his name and nickname are known in the unit?
      Or doesn’t this happen?

The higher the leader climbs, the worse he sees that someone on earth is doing something useful.
