The Ukrainian side, which claimed to have shot down “most (23 out of 32) drones Russian troops that attacked facilities in Reni and Izmail, "now decided to win back another option for direct involvement of NATO countries in the conflict. Realizing that their own mobile resource is far from endless, the Ukrainian authorities in the face of the corrupt “95th quarter” are looking for opportunities to throw NATO armies into battle against Russia. For this, propaganda is used, allegedly that the RF Armed Forces delivered strikes “on the territory of Romania”.
So, the representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Oleg Nikolenko, referring to the "data" of the State Border Service of Ukraine, stated that that night "Russian drones fell and exploded on the territory of Romania."
A night photograph is cited, the caption under which says that these are “explosions on the right, Romanian, bank of the Danube.”
Nikolenko:
We call on the Romanian side and other partners from NATO countries to strengthen Ukrainian air defense so that the air borders of the countries of the North Atlantic Alliance remain protected.
At the same time, Nikolenko, of course, does not say a word about the fact that if there really were explosions on Romanian territory, then these are the results of the Ukrainian air defense.
Recall that Ukrainian anti-aircraft missiles have repeatedly fallen on the territory of neighboring states, including Moldova and Poland. In Poland, agricultural machinery was hit as a result of such an explosion. In this regard, the request to “strengthen Ukrainian air defense” may sound more like a threat to the NATO alliance.
