The drone of the Armed Forces of Ukraine again tried to attack Kurchatov - the city where the nuclear power plant is located

Russian regions bordering Ukraine, such as the Belgorod, Bryansk and Kursk regions, have long been the targets of Ukrainian attacks. drones, and here, for some time now, a high level of terrorist danger has been set indefinitely.

Another attempt to attack the territory of the Kursk region was made by the Ukrainian Armed Forces using a UAV last night. As the governor of the Kursk region, Roman Starovoyt, reports on his Telegram channel, the target of the attack was the city of Kurchatov, which is located almost in the center of the region.
Let us remember that the city is home to the Kursk nuclear power plant, with which the construction of the city itself was connected in Soviet times. According to Starovoit, it is quite possible that the drone of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was heading specifically towards the nuclear power plant, a strike on which could lead to a nuclear catastrophe.

The head of the Kursk region also said that as a result of the incident, a fire broke out in a non-residential building in the city of Kurchatov. The fire was soon extinguished. According to Starovoit, there were no casualties or injuries. Special services and security forces are working at the scene of the incident.

Earlier, the Russian Defense Ministry reported two drones shot down last night in the sky over the Black Sea near Crimea and over the Kursk region.

I don’t understand well what the Supreme Commander-in-Chief is waiting for. It is obvious that the level of threat to Russian territory is constantly growing, (as if it wasn’t enough already) while there is nothing (or very little) new on our part - defense or squeezing out the VFU at the pace of a sick snail. Chop the dog's tail into very thin pieces.

Well, then ask, let’s say in the Italian style (we’re like the Third Rome) “Duce - throw us into the fire!” and occupy the entire territory of the neighbor with the whole crowd, so that drones with other threats do not arrive.

The building of the reactor hall is designed for the fall of a Boeing-737 with a full supply of fuel, which UAVs can really damage it? It's just panache and a desire to intimidate ordinary people

Well, there are some systems outside the hall itself, like generators that provide electricity for cooling. For example, the Japanese, American stations, they were flooded with a tsunami and the reactors went into disarray.

We have a little differently than American nuclear power plants, when power is lost, graphite moderator rods fall, there is a pit under the reactor, where, if anything, the melt will drain

What is the Supreme Commander waiting for?

Apparently, everything will somehow resolve itself.
People who are accustomed to thinking exclusively in terms of agreements are not capable of fighting.
Now Erdogan is coming to persuade him to negotiate another grain deal, how can he refuse?

"On September 4, 2023, at night in the northwestern part of the Black Sea, naval aviation aircraft of the Black Sea Fleet destroyed 4 US-made high-speed military boats Willard Sea Force with landing groups of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, traveling in the direction of Cape Tarkhankut on the Crimean coast." Russian Defense Ministry As I understand it, the Ukrainians still have a lot of rubber boats and landing forces for them, since they are pushing with such enviable obstinacy and stupidity............?!

. It is clear that in addition to increasing capabilities and the effectiveness of air defense, it is necessary to fight against saboteurs effectively, radically.... in this matter, the assistance of the population and vigilance are important, these are not empty words, this is a necessity!!!

"Non-residential building" is a loose concept. For example, a research institute or some kind of production workshop is also non-residential buildings.

Well, they don’t indicate where exactly the UAV was “landed”, what kind of building (industrial purpose, research institute, educational institution, etc.), otherwise enemies at the location will receive the results of the flight, so most likely they said - the building is non-residential, which means there are supposedly no civilian casualties:
The head of the Kursk region also reported that as a result of the incident, a fire occurred in a non-residential building in the city of Kurchatov.

Later, the townspeople will post it online anyway...
