Music is eternal. The orchestra must play. Once again about PMC "Wagner"

Don’t you find it strange that the interest in the personality of Yevgeny Prigozhin that arose after his death? It is clear that Yevgeny Prigozhin is an extraordinary, interesting person with a difficult fate. A man who destroyed many stereotypes in our minds. For many, it was a revelation that some “private owner” could have his own opinion, different from the opinion of those in power.

I’m not saying that the death of a person is something ordinary for war. No, the death of a general, and Prigozhin, of course, is a general for his soldiers, this is really a crime or a serious operation of the special services. The investigation will be meticulous and the perpetrators or perpetrators will be found. I don’t think that only the Investigative Committee and the Russian intelligence services will be looking. PMCs also have good specialists on their staff.

I mean that along with Prigozhin, people no less significant for the PMC died. Those who were little visible on screens, on the Internet or in the press. Those who made decisions on the battlefield in those countries where Wagner appeared. Those who were responsible for the real areas of the company's activities. Those who had some connections, some contacts, etc.

I did not have to deal with PMC structures personally. But I can imagine how it works. And many readers too. The same Utkin-“Wagner” is a completely unfamiliar face for most PMC employees, not to mention ordinary people. Probably, many remember the video when Utkin spoke to his fighters for the first time after leaving Artemovsk.

Remember the evening, the formation of fighters on a dimly lit field and the commander who began his speech with the words: “Hello, I am that same Utkin-“Wagner”... Everyone knew about him, and most did not know. A man-legend, a man-mirage, a man-shadow... A non-media person. A military worker for whom the work is important, and not what they say about it.

Exactly the same can be said about those who were next to them during the plane crash... And about those who took command of the PMC today. Of course, the option of losing one of the PMC commanders was considered and thought through. Therefore, it seems to me that the question of who will lead the company’s divisions and in what position is not on the agenda.

Play your game on the bones of the dead

I didn’t want to write about this, but if I already started, then... I think those who closely monitor the Internet have noticed how the number of channels allegedly associated with the Wagner PMC has grown. Literally every day one of their “musicians” opens another “closed channel” supposedly “for their own people.” The number of Prigozhin’s letters, “last” speeches and other nonsense is simply amazing.

I even feel sorry for the family of Evgeniy Viktorovich and his fighting friends. How much scum pops up after such tragic events. It just gets to the point of insanity. Remember the Alyosha tank and its crew, which Putin personally awarded? Yesterday I heard "the closed part of the operator's negotiations drone and tankers."

You probably already guessed that it was “Prigozhin personally” who admonished the tankers for battle! Well, he lacks the nation's well-deserved fame. Some bastard is helping to “finish the biography” of the hero. But, if you carefully read what is published on the Internet, the purpose of all these stuffing becomes clear.

The dead Prigogine must continue what the living Prigogine abandoned. All these lies are designed to make inadequate people believe that the “musicians” are supposedly defenders of another Motherland, another state. Their Russia has nothing to do with Putin and the state that was created.

They are for another Russia... True, no one deciphers which one. Simply because for musicians, as well as for soldiers and officers of the Russian Defense Ministry participating in the Northern Military District, there is no other Russia. They sat in the same trenches, beat the same enemy... And they lost comrades, healed their wounds, received awards side by side and together...

PMCs need to be reorganized and turned into...

A special topic that they are also trying to disperse today is the reorganization of PMCs. I already wrote above that, most likely, the option of quickly replacing retired commanders has probably been worked out in the company. But the topic still comes up almost every day, in one version or another. And not only in Russia and Ukraine, but also in the West.

A completely logical question arises: why? I will express my own opinion. Each reader has the right to decide for himself whether it is correct or not. Many readers remember my position on the issue of conscripting prisoners into PMCs. I thought and still think that this was a last resort. Unacceptable for the Air Force. But in PMCs, as it turned out, it is quite possible and effective.

And the fact that among those amnestied there would be those who would return to crime was clear from the very beginning. In such matters there is no XNUMX% result. It is also clear that after graduation, some of the participants will probably join the ranks of crime.

Several versions of events related to musicians are being promoted quite actively today. Let's start with the radical ones.

The version most often prevails among military personnel of the “old formation.” Dissolve the PMC. Employees are either contracted to the army and other law enforcement agencies, or, as they once said, to the national economy.

It seems clear to me why this version is quite popular.

Firstly, and most importantly, it seems to me, this is an attempt at rebellion. No matter how hard the authorities and the media tried to hush up the fact of this attempt, it happened. And thanks, among other things, to the fallen PMC commanders for quickly resolving the issue and stopping the rebellion.

Secondly, the military really doesn’t like it when someone meddles in their affairs. When decisions of commanders and superiors are criticized. Alas, the leadership of the PMC, represented by Yevgeny Prigozhin, was constantly doing this. To be honest, sometimes it was unpleasant to see the clearly far-fetched claims of musicians. Especially against the backdrop of exactly the same problems among army units.

Well, thirdly. Experience of the Great Patriotic War... Be that as it may, the army is waging the war. And no one can cancel the control system in the army during war. The inferior carries out the orders of the superior. This is the law. Do it, and then report to the command about your disagreement with the order. Even the partisans in those days followed orders from the headquarters of the partisan movement...

Well, the commander is not obliged to explain to his subordinates the reasons why they should act this way. The old bearded joke about aluminum and cast iron, which has been laughed at by many generations of civilians, has saved lives and ensured the completion of combat missions many times...

In my opinion, this idea has one important drawback. And the military knows this very well. PMCs were not initially designed to perform tasks within the country. The company was created to work in other regions of the world. And the fact that the musicians appeared in the zone where the SVO is being held is precisely due to the miscalculations of our army commanders and the lack of personnel at the front.

“Private traders” plugged holes where the army and specialists could not do this for various reasons. In many ways, it was the heroism of the musicians that made it possible to stabilize the LBS. It was they who took over many units and formations of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. And for those who think that this is not so, I advise you to look at the awards of musicians. For state awards! And on the results of their work.

The next version of the development of events is the subordination of units of PMCs to the RF Ministry of Defense or, due to a change in the location of units, to the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Belarus. The version is weak from the start. What do we get in this case? Theoretically, such a decision will replenish the MTR of Russia or Belarus. But practically?

The PMC personnel, the backbone that worked in Africa and Syria, are people who left the army for some reason. Those who were once “not suitable” for service and were forced to leave. They learned a lot during their time at the company. They turned pro. But the resentment remained. And rejection of many things that exist in the army, too.

Those readers who keep in touch with former LDPR militias know how many doubts they had during the period of transferring units and divisions of the corps to the subordination of the RF Ministry of Defense. Many really wanted to go to Wagner. Precisely because the model for the formation of republican corps was closer to the system for the formation of musicians.

PMCs were created by smart people who understood what they were for

In general, if we discard all philosophical and other abstruse reasoning, we should understand that those people who created this structure were not fools at all. The scheme is thought out to the smallest detail. Of course, today we can say that in many ways Wagner copies the structure of American PMCs. Is it bad to use the enemy’s experience?

By and large, private companies have long become an instrument of foreign policy for all the leading states of the world. They exist and play a fairly important role in the foreign policy of world powers. Yes, the management schemes for these companies differ in different countries. Yes, interaction with the state varies among different PMCs. But they all fulfill the tasks set, among other things, by the state.

It’s probably worth opening up a little bit about these very schemes of interaction with the state.

Let's start with... PMC "Wagner". Whatever we say about this company, it is a purely commercial organization that was created to provide services to those who order them. It was not for nothing that I said above that this is an American scheme. The Americans were the first to create PMCs, and precisely according to this scheme.

There are other options. Particularly in Iran. You shouldn't be surprised. Iranian PMCs are companies created from foreign fighters, in particular from Afghan Hazaras, who are completely controlled and supervised by the IRGC. Accordingly, the main customers for these PMCs are the IRGC.

Another option, which I think is not very successful, is the PMC of the People's Republic of China. The Chinese are quite limited ideologically, so Chinese PMCs do not have the same “freedoms” as others. In fact, Chinese PMCs are part of the PRC army, part of the PLA. Interaction with private commercial structures is minimal there.

PMC "Wagner" must be preserved. Keep it exactly with the structure that exists today. The company is not legally Russian. “Offshore”, like many other global PMCs. The company concludes contracts directly, bypassing Moscow. Which is also important. And the company’s authority in the countries where they operate is quite high... There’s no need to talk about the quality of tasks performed.

If you dig a little deeper, musicians are perfect for fulfilling the tasks set by the Russian President, for example, in relation to African countries. Let me remind you that President Putin is not talking about seizing African countries and establishing control over them, but about peace in these states. Peace as the basis of economic cooperation. Not “divide and conquer”, but “unite and cooperate”.

Now about the unpleasant.

About what happened before the eyes of the whole world for quite a long time and is happening today. About the confrontation between PMCs and the Moscow Region. I don’t want to delve into this topic, but I know about the voyage of Deputy Defense Minister General Yevkurov to Syria and Libya, and then to Africa.

I don’t want to say anything, it’s just that for some reason the route goes exactly where the orchestra is giving concerts... Again, purely philosophically, why does an authoritative general “fight terrorism” (and this is the official purpose of visits) where musicians are doing this? And why, after a meeting with General Yevkurov, Syrian Defense Minister Abbas demanded that the musicians be removed from Syria by September 20?

The orchestra must play

It is very difficult to write about PMCs at a time when a tragedy of such magnitude occurs within this company. The campaign to reform the Wagner PMC began a long time ago, immediately after the attempted rebellion. Everyone understood perfectly well that after this attempt, many of the “goodies” that the musicians received from the Russian government would disappear. The company seriously damaged relations with the Russian authorities.

The PMC management actively worked to reorganize the company and adapt it to new conditions. The disaster, I will call it that until the end of the investigation, complicated the situation. Many contacts that existed between the commanders of the musicians and officials not only of our country, but of those countries where the PMC is present, have been cut off.

The new commander of Wagner today, again, if we put aside “philosophy,” is obliged to recreate the company. In what form this will be decided by the orchestra command. In what structure – too. The main task is to preserve personnel and units. Well, and, if possible, equipment and weapons. PMC "Wagner" is today a global brand that is quite expensive.

It is very important that our management does not lose interest in this company. Breaking is not building. Breaking is fast, building is long. I repeat, in the modern world, PMCs are quite an effective instrument of foreign policy. A tool that helps solve not only political but also economic issues. We managed to create a good “tool”. Refusing it is stupid and even criminal.

The orchestra must play!..

Music is eternal and if our orchestra does not play, we will soon hear other people's orchestras...

In this case, a thorough study of the Wagner PMC phenomenon is required. It is no secret that in their strength they surpassed not only other PMCs, but also professional armies. And still a long battle for Bakhmut. It was not representatives of private companies who opposed the Wagnerites, although they were there I have no complaints against anyone, especially after going to the store I drink validol myself. But all this requires study.

So what happened, what they expected and were afraid that it would happen! The hyenas attacked the corpse of a lion! Prigogine personally pooped under the door to many? Actually, you just need to perpetuate his memory, name a street, square in his honor, erect monuments to him in the Donbass. And PMC Wagner should also be left alone, called Bakhmut Wagnerovsk, thereby paying tribute to this PMC for their dedication. And if you want to crush the bones of PMCs, let's go through other Gazprom PMCs, for example. How did they show themselves in the war? And why are other PMCs not in the war? I would like to hear an answer from the Kremlin to this.

In what strength were they superior? Under Bakhmut, 20 were left.
For comparison, Vasilevsky left 1945 near Koenigsberg in 18. wink

Artst, you will study the issue and then compare with Vasilevsky, Königsberg took 3 armies of 110 thousand fighters, 2500 heavy guns, and a little more than 2500 field 76mm guns, 2500 aircraft, 564 tanks and self-propelled guns, forces are different, losses of spacecraft according to some sources from 3000 to 10 thousand, along with sanitary 18 thousand. The scale is different both in cities and in the forces used, in the suburbs Vasilevsky had another army, this is plus 000 thousand fighters.

        Under Bakhmut, 20 were left.

In Bakhmut, Wagner's task was not to take the city "quickly and with minimal losses", but to tie AS GREAT FORCES as possible. Therefore, there the Wagner either advanced or retreated from some quarter, luring and provoking, enticing with a possible victory, teasing and challenging the best enemy forces to fight. It was necessary to tie down as many enemy forces as possible near Bakhmut, set up the same meat grinder there and pull this volyn until the end of spring, when the RF Armed Forces will mobilize and prepare reserves, and industry will give these fresh forces new tanks, guns, etc. For when removing from storage, military equipment needs to be driven through refurbishment and modernization.
And they carried out exactly this task and completed it. Under and in Bakhmut, the enemy left from 40 to 50 thousand only killed, and this was in the conditions when Wagner was advancing (!). Those. According to all military science, he had to suffer losses greater than the enemy. And half of those 20 thousand of Wagner’s losses were former prisoners. Which, by definition, did not have the same level of training as the Wagners themselves, and there was not much time for their training - superman could not be done in such a period, but in freedom and courage they still fought like lions. And the loss pattern is evidence of this.
And if there was a task just to take Bakhmut, they would take him for a maximum of 2-3 months, or even for a month. And with much less losses. But there was just a game of luring the best special forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the best units, units and brigades.
Do you remember WHAT preceded this?
The collapse of the Kharkov front and the famous (not the first for the Northern Military District) “Guards Drap”.
And the “Difficult decision” to abandon the Kherson bridgehead.
And Wagner in Bakhmut stabilized the entire front with his work.
So take your hat off to the heroes.

In general, I read that Wagner lost 22 thousand during the entire war on the LBS. And this was voiced by an officer of the Wagner command. I haven’t heard about Bakhmut specifically. But Soledar Vagner also did not fall down on his own. The battles there were also not small.

Wagner created a new tool of geopolitics for Russia.

This is a new practice of interaction between personnel and command personnel, a de facto training ground, a substance on which you can model, direct new tactical and technical methods of combat operations - without any army restrictions.

    And now the legendary image.
In the West (whether it is not good, but giving birth to innovations more often than us),
such things (structures, ideas, etc.) are promoted in order to have even greater influence.
De facto, Wagner is already a "super-horror story" - for bad guys.

I think it would be stupid to refuse such a "scalpel" in the confrontation with the West.
And such a confrontation is a long-term agenda, not only in the external,
but also in domestic politics. Their future, to some extent..

They won't... those people who eliminated the top of the Wagner PMC are sitting too high.

And as for the future PMC Wagner, it will most likely be disbanded (well, maybe they will leave a small group for Africa and that's it). MO competitors are not needed ... Uncle Zhenya somehow tried to pull the financial flows of the MO to Wagner, and what came of it?

It was decided to liquidate Wagner as a structure, and reassign the Defense Ministry .... and after that the events of June 23-24, 2023 happened (by the way, it is still not clear whether there were strikes on the rear camps, because no one understands didn't want this issue and then they just hushed it up...) but in any case, the decision at the top about Wagner had already been made. Moreover, it was adopted not after the campaign against Moscow, but before it, and this is important for history ... so as not to confuse cause and effect.

In general, Prigozhin is a historical figure, and Russia has lost a lot since his elimination .... and Wagner was sentenced a long time ago). By the way, Yevkurov's train to Libya (before the liquidation of Prigozhin/Utkin) and the appointment of a PMC curator on behalf of the Moscow Region, after the death of the above persons... definitely has a connection.

The experience of using PMCs on the territory of their own state is unique and negative. Firstly, in connection with well-known events - even a rebellion, even a march, but it was a stab in the back of both the army and Russia. And world history is full of examples of mercenary rebellions from Carthage of antiquity to the Congo of the mid-twentieth century. Now Russia is 2023. And also Machiavelli argued very reasonably and with impeccable logic the danger of using mercenaries. Secondly, an extremely controversial and ambiguous decision to use criminals, who six months later went "on free bread" and now slowly nightmare the province, which they are bashfully silent about - otherwise they will have to admit mistakes, and our government does not like to do this. Any Russian PMC has no place in Russia. Otherwise, we will get a bunch of independent and practically uncontrolled chieftains, as was the case in Ukraine during the civil war. We need to build a normal, combat-ready and fully controllable one. army, and not rely on adventurers always ready to stab in the back.

    Water in the sieve, IMHO.
"Doesn't it seem strange to you that interest in the personality of Yevgeny Prigozhin, which arose after his death?" - sounds like satire.
The oligarch, Cook and friend of Puctin, PR in the media EVERY PART, blew the "March of Justice", got out like Stirlets, and then was liquidated by someone, by analogy with Colonel Zakharchenko and others, a hero was buried without military honors, etc.

    Shouldn't there be interest?

Well, the rest is the thoughtful reasoning of the author, who writes "I did not have to deal with the structures of PMCs personally."

And if you can somehow agree with the statement about the difference between PMCs about the RF Armed Forces, they intersect with the article about those dismissed from the LDNR police and others, then Putin said unequivocally about the future of PMCs: PMC Wagner does not exist.

Let's see what happens with this statement by Puitin of July 13

In today's world, money plays a major role. And our state has less and less of them, so the transition under the Moscow Region is rejected. They need to decide their own fate. In this context, I would like to note that soon there will not be enough money even for the Army Headquarters. Well, you understand the general curtsy. I am sure that PMCs must be. But… under the strict control of the state. PMC is a community of professionals, first of all. And their past is their own business. All of us, judged and not judged, are citizens of one country. And then, the mistakes of Russian rulers and autocrats were corrected, with the blood of Russian soldiers. That's the story. It’s better for these mistakes to be corrected by professionals than by snotty boys from the outback. And the last: PMC office is private. If somewhere they screwed up some foreign army, then claims against the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation will not be accepted. What the Department of Defense has to learn from is Wagner's planning and execution of military operations. Interaction within the unit, intelligence, communications and responsibility. Whether there is someone there who is able to learn and transfer experience correctly is a question.
And brands, “loss of contacts and contracts” is a profitable and fixable matter, never a disaster. All these contracts were concluded under the name of the Russian Federation, and everyone understands that without material support from the Russian Defense Ministry and comprehensive political support, these PMCs are nothing ("Shoigu, where are the shells").
We need a law and regulation of activities, let them already accept and assign them under the GRU, there will be someone to at least formally hold accountable for raids, criminal charges and extrajudicial reprisals.

No. The contracts were concluded under the word of the leaders of Wagner. Name of the Russian Federation the Kremlin brethren have worn out in order. By drawing red lines and expressing deep concerns. And whining about the fact that "partners cheated."

The investigation will be meticulous and the perpetrators or perpetrators will be found. I do not think that only the Investigative Committee and the special services of the Russian Federation will look for it. PMCs also have good specialists in their composition.

Will private company specialists be allowed to participate in the investigation?

The company to reform PMC "Wagner" began a long time ago, immediately after the attempted rebellion.
Yes, there was no rebellion, no one talked about it or announced it. And by the way, most of the fighters on the front end supported PMCs during their "campaign" (this is so, for reflection .......)

Yes, they don’t care, they will listen to nightingale droppings, and then also tell the participants in the database how everything really happened.

Why are you writing an article if you do not understand this!? Obviously, to cut the dough on the hype + it's no secret to anyone that the Kremlin is trying in every possible way to extinguish this story and slow it down by all available means

    Once again about PMC "Wagner"
I assume that Yevgeny Prigozhin was essentially a media personality at the Wagner PMC. For those interested in reading the material on this company in more detail, here is a link to the article; there are many interesting names there:
    https://kun.uz/ru/23475558?ysclid=lm4gq6wigw798844245
To encourage you to read the entire article, I will publish a couple of excerpts from it:
On December 9, 2016, a gala reception dedicated to honoring the heroes of Russia was held in the St. George Hall of the Kremlin. Among the invitees were the commander of the Wagner PMC Dmitry Utkin, his deputy Andrey Troshev, the commander of the assault company Andrey Bogatov and the commander of the assault company Alexander Kuznetsov.
All four are captured in the now famous photograph with President Putin.

At a meeting held in early February 2014, Dyumin introduced Utkin to Yevgeny Prigozhin. By March, Utkin, Kuznetsov and Bogatov were able to gather almost all of their comrades, with whom they received baptism of fire on October 17, 2013 in the Syrian province of Homs. Andrei Troshev was “sent” from Prigozhin’s security service to these three.
It was also no coincidence that Yevgeny Prigozhin himself received either an offer or an assignment to recruit volunteers and organize their training at the GRU training center.

Power spoils and corrupts people in it quietly and imperceptibly ... absolute power leads to the degradation of thinking among those in power.

    That's right!
All these rotations, maneuvers with the extension of powers, strengthen the grandfather in the idea of \uXNUMXb\uXNUMXbhis uniqueness.
Take, for example, Sobyanin and his shadow, the parrot Vorobyov (he follows everything after the mayor of Moscow).
During his first term in power, Sobyanin improved the infrastructure, roads, opened many metro stations, etc.

In the second term, he began to “pamper” a lot.
    Closed many beds in hospitals.
And when the pandemic started, I regretted it.
    Further more.
His court construction companies, like the relatives of the Sparrow parrot, began to fill the Moscow region with human buildings of 30 floors.
Migrant builders realized that money can be earned not only by mixing concrete.
A huge part of the former plasterers and stone layers rushed “to the fields.”
Working in a food delivery service, they also began to “deliver” drugs, simultaneously robbing and raping those who were not killed.

Sobyanin and Vorobyov reacted extremely passively to the cries of the aborigines about the criminal dominance of migrants.
Having made a couple of loud statements on the most egregious cases, such as the rape of a 67-year-old pensioner in Sergiev Posad by a horde of illegal migrants, he (Vorobiev) calmed down.

Well, our power-suckers, like other officials around the world, cannot work normally for a second, much less a third, term.
A decent politician (they turned it up) should leave on his own after the expiration of his first term.
Remaining means you recognize yourself as a scumbag in power.

The offices of this PMC in the regions have already been closed. It is necessary to develop the Aviation Army and Navy first of all

“All external enemies benefited from the existence of E.V. Prigozhin after the famous march, when the Hero of the Russian Federation showed his courage, real strength and character. The whole vile camarilla was alarmed and rushed into scattered. So external enemies were completely out of business. “It became clear to everyone that the main beneficiaries of the tragedy were the domestic vile cosmopolitans. Remember their characteristic emphasis on the vile explosions of houses in September 1999, in the cities of the Russian Federation, with the aim of intimidating everyone and everything. The same style in eliminating the most dangerous thing for leading cosmopolitans - the truth teller E.V. Prigozhin! A thorough analysis of what happened points to, undoubtedly, a very narrow circle of real, extremely cowardly architects. Appreciate the demonstrativeness of their revenge, in the style of Mossad degenerates. Revenge for that mortal fright, shock and paralysis from the inevitable retribution for the troubles and many years of betrayal of the interests of Russia! This is revenge on the entire Wagner PMC, because they calculated the moment when not only Evgeny Prigozhin, but also the Wagner commander Dmitry Utkin, Prigozhin’s deputy Valery Chekalov, and authoritative PMC fighters would take off. To prevent a second march on Moscow. One thing the customer and performers did not know, and could not even assume, was that Evgeniy Viktorovich was not an ordinary person, but possessed Knowledge of the Power of a special influence on people. He did not leave for another world instantly; before his death he clearly “saw” his main enemy, the customer. He had tens of seconds, and he cursed the enemy and his entire family. Now the Customer and the Contractor will not live even 9 months from the moment of the explosion - Karmic death will occur! This is IRREVENTABLE! And a lot points to their elimination using the same villainous method - the method of explosion! “I will repay!” Remember, Our Heavenly Father, Your child, the murdered Eugene, and Create for him Eternal memory! Eternal memory! Eternal memory!
