The losses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in armored vehicles during the June counter-offensive are at least 10 times higher than in last year's offensive in the Kharkiv region

The information was confirmed that the Russian army, having launched a series of counterattacks on the enemy advancing on the Vremevsky ledge, knocked him out of Makarovka, as well as from one of the heights he had previously occupied on this sector of the front. As a result of air strikes against the enemy, who tried to settle on the second height - north of Urozhaynoye, was destroyed to an infantry platoon. This infantry, according to the plan of the command, was supposed to cover the advance of other units in the direction of Harvest and Staromlinovka.

From the moment the repeatedly announced Ukrainian counter-offensive began, it began to attract attention that in terms of its tactics it is in many ways reminiscent of the offensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine of the 2022 model in the Kharkiv region. The same raids by assault detachments, the same company tactical groups. At the same time, there are differences. For example, the use of numerous heavy Western military equipment, attempts to break through minefields.

By now, it can be stated that despite the similarity of the June offensive with last year's (Kharkov) offensive, Ukrainian troops not only cannot show the same result, but also suffer dozens of times more serious losses. Thus, the number of counter-offensive actions lost in a week in the Orekhov area and on the Vremevsky ledge of armored vehicles is at least 10 times higher than last year near Balakleya, Izyum and Kupyansk. Every day, in their attacks, the enemy only in the southern direction loses at least 25 pieces of equipment, including Tanks Leopard, AMX-10, Bradley infantry fighting vehicles, Oshkosh armored vehicles, MaxxPro.

An indicator of the problems that have arisen with the counteroffensive are the statements of representatives of the Ukrainian command either about changing the direction of offensive operations, or about changing the tactics used. And all this against the backdrop of recent attempts to claim that the counteroffensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine did not even begin.

Now aviation and combat helicopters are doing a great job. It is necessary to produce Lancet drones day and night with more destructive power for the heaviest armored vehicles, as well as build up thermobaric artillery

Carlos three million for the Lancet is not too expensive? Kamikazde drones are being tested more efficiently than the Lancet and costing up to 100 thousand rubles. They need to be mass produced!

When will the testing end? What results will show? Unknown. And the Lancets are already being mass-produced. And they are needed now, and not when they pass the tests and establish the production of new devices.
By the way, 3 million rubles is about 36 bucks. The price of similar Western-made UAVs is around $000.

The enemy seeks to reach Staromlinovka, from where the road goes towards Mariupol. Only he decided to break through not through Novodonetskoye, but through the lowlands, along the Wet Yaly River. And they move along both sides. Initially, it seemed that this was not the best idea, because the heights around us were behind us. But the enemy clearly decided not to reckon with losses. In some areas, he managed to gain a foothold on the heights. And it will push further with more resources, forcing us to transfer reserves from another site.

Wall Street Journal: “According to the 28-year-old soldier, as soon as the regiment crossed the road beyond Malaya Tokmachka, the Russians began to fire at them from Grads. "The fields were mined. Russian helicopters and jet fighters were buzzing overhead," the fighter said.
According to the soldier, one of the Leopards was hit and put out of action. "They were just waiting for us ... positions were prepared everywhere. It was a steel wall. It was terrible," the military man says.

"The plan was to move south towards the Russian-occupied city of Tokmok... The other two units would also be advancing towards Tokmok from different directions," one of the soldiers said. A fighter with the call sign "Finn", who is fighting near Velikaya Novoselka, says that because of the rains and in the swampy terrain, the MaxxPro armored vehicles lose their effectiveness. "They were made for urban combat and the desert. In our reality, they can get through, but this is a fight," he said.

What about the meaning? In general, I am aware of the effectiveness of the use of tactical nuclear weapons by the troops, the ratio of the cost of use and the target, taking into account the contamination of their territory, I bring it to practically zero. Modern conventional weapons are close to weapons of mass destruction in terms of their power, fire damage, and in many respects surpass tactical nuclear weapons in terms of efficiency and cost. And most importantly, they do not require special training of their personal / s and protective equipment, which also takes time, effort and money. It will not work on the ball.

Yes, there is not a game of giveaway over, but rather, one of the daddy porters had an insight.
It’s not worth inventing lisipets, you need to remember military science and bring the density of troops to values \uXNUMXb\uXNUMXbacceptable for defense, about which SMART people have long written in books like charters. And as it turned out, with the presence of troops and normal command, all the dashing Taras on tarantasses and other equipment cannot break a damn thing. In a word, if you don’t read a lot and follow the requirements of the charters, others will think (this is exaggerated, of course), but this is something that has already been invented a long time ago.

The problem is that in 30 years a lot of new "smart" books have been written, and they were written just by papa porters, you explain to him that it doesn't work that way, and he sends you to read a book of his own composition, for which he received a star on shoulder straps and a medal, and even doctors of military sciences

If we assume that there were initially about 1500 units of armored vehicles in the direction, then 750 units will be lost at such a rate in 30 days (8 days have already passed). I chose 750 as 50% - a certain "pain" threshold for the Armed Forces of Ukraine, after which they must recognize the futility of frontal attacks. If they decide to throw all the reserves directly into battle, then in the event of a likely defeat, this will turn into a strategic defeat, but I don’t think they are such fools.

In the first three days of the offensive alone, Ukraine lost 3715 military personnel, 52 tanks, 207 armored vehicles, 134 vehicles, five aircraft and two helicopters in all directions. That is, 259 units. will drop to 750 units per day. Let's assume. Then over the next 50 days, at 10 units per day, they will lose 50 units of equipment and plus 500 losses of the first 259 days. I’ll leave the technology in a month of advance.
      The current map.

Well done, well prepared. The situation is a bit reminiscent of the Great Patriotic War, at first the Germans had an advantage due to experience and established production, and then we knocked out experienced personnel from them and deployed the evacuated industry beyond the Urals. Well, they gained experience.

Near Kharkov, there was a multiple advantage of the Armed Forces of Ukraine over the Russians, and the Russians had extended logistics. And even then, the Armed Forces of Ukraine threw their corpses at Russian checkpoints. Now many are beginning to evaluate the Patriotic War of 41-45 in a different way. We were strenuously rubbed that the Russians filled up the German troops with meat. That the losses of the Red Army are almost three times greater than those of the Germans. But looking at today, you understand that everything was exactly the opposite. If in 41 g the Red Army had heavy losses due to the retreat and the capture of many, then with 42 g the opposite is happening. The Germans used Romanians, Bulgarians, Slovaks, Finns, Czechs, etc. as meat. And you will not find the quantity of this meat anywhere in Western historiography. And there is reason to suspect, looking back at today, that there the bill went into the millions. History tends to repeat itself, and the methods of achieving the goals of the West have not changed, and, accordingly, the results obtained did not differ much from today.

Most of the human losses of the USSR during the Second World War are civilian losses. The fascist did not bother with sorting, bombed cities, columns, civilian ships with refugees and destroyed entire settlements, along with residents where there were no military at all. That is why our losses in the Second World War are so great, although some would like to imagine that they were mostly military.

There, surprisingly, it is clearly described how the losses of the Red Army were overestimated during the Second World War in the 90s and how losses were underestimated when calculating German losses and the Axis countries. This does not take into account the losses of the so-called. so-called volunteers neutral countries that, in fact, also fought on the eastern front. Nothing from the word at all. And as we know from the words of Prigozhin, only near Bakhmut there were under 6 thousand corpses of mercenaries. During the Second World War, Finns, Norwegians, Swiss and other citizens of the so-called. fought on the side of the Germans on the eastern front. neutral countries. Also Moldovans, Estonians, Latvians, Lithuanians, Ukrainians such as Vlasov and Bandera and other corrupt rabble. It is not at all clear how these were considered. Although many fought for the Wehrmacht, for some reason the losses were attributed in the West to the Red Army.

Agree that the Red Army has lost them since their surrender to the Germans. And the fact that they agreed to cooperate with the Nazis, for this they were rewarded either by the Soviet court or the highest.

It makes no sense to compare with the battles in the Kharkov region - we had practically no defense there, besides, most of the forces and means were redeployed near Kherson. The "holes" between the checkpoints were several kilometers long.

It's about the change of season, to start the offensive. Although, to be honest, Russia is most to blame here. Ukrainian, armed by the West, bandit formations were going to go on a "counterattack", a counteroffensive in translation into Russian, but since the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation did not advance, instead of a counterattack, Ukrainian bandera formations armed with Western equipment had to go on the offensive. Operation "citadel" performed by "75 quarter".

Mathematics is simple 25 units of armored vehicles per day are multiplied by seven days of advance and we end up with 175 units of losses. And that's the bare minimum! Lukashenka announced the figure of 150 armored cars and 30 tanks. We will find out the exact numbers later, but it is already clear that three villages are not worth so many losses, especially since they will now be taken back. A reasonable question arises - why did the West arm these idiots?

The losses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in armored vehicles during the June counter-offensive are at least 10 times higher than in last year's offensive in the Kharkiv region

I wrote six months ago that the Kharkov option is impossible, the situation is not identical to that one for many reasons!
