The developer of kamikaze drones "Privet-82" is preparing the first batch of drones for combat use in the NVO zone

The meaning of unmanned aviation in the ongoing special operation is difficult to overestimate, drones conduct reconnaissance, make adjustments artillery fire, attack enemy positions, undermine armored vehicles, etc. At the beginning of the SVO, our army did not have a sufficient number of UAVs, but today this situation is being resolved, the troops are receiving more and more drones. In the coming days, another new development will be sent to the units of the Russian army - the kamikaze drone "Privet-82", developed in the design bureau "Oko".

As stated by the Design Bureau, today UAV successfully passed tests in the territory of the Donetsk and Lugansk republics, as well as in the SVO zone. The developers specifically transferred the drones to various units in order to get the largest possible picture of the use of the UAV. Work is currently underway to equip the drones with a combat unit, they are being prepared for combat use. Since KB "Oko" is a civilian organization, it does not have the right to install weapons, so the drones are being re-equipped in the SVO zone.

"Privet-82" passed flight tests in the zone of special military operation. (...) Work is underway to equip drones with a warhead, they are being prepared for the first combat use, which will take place in the coming days

- leads TASS statement of KB "Oko".

Drone-kamikaze aircraft type "Privet-82" has a flight range of up to 30 km, a speed of up to 140 km/h and a payload of up to 5,5 kg. Launched from a catapult. It is planned to use it to destroy enemy artillery, as well as armored vehicles.

In addition, a reconnaissance version of the drone was presented for testing, which also received positive reviews. There is no information yet on the supply of this version to the troops.

    The range is short.
And about the delivery time ... So the military has not yet been convinced that it is worth using them. Or simply there is no capacity for mass production.

It would be better to call it Sportloto-82, Western experts would break their artificial intelligence, and what is this? This is Russian roulette, will you be lucky or not.

The range is the same as a 152 mm howitzer. With good accuracy - quite normal for solving tactical problems. Another thing is, it is not clear how it is better than the "Lancet" or "Cube". If, with almost identical performance characteristics, this device is significantly cheaper - then another matter...

Don't give a damn how it looks and what sticks, paste and nails it is made of. If it works and performs the assigned functions, if it is cheap production, then you guessed right.

In fact, this design bureau "Oko" resembles an aircraft modeling circle. Some last century.
If only someone told them that the glider of such a drone can already be printed entirely on a 3D printer for a long time.

The country is inventing itself as best it can, and Nabiulina transfers money into yuan instead of buying machine tools.
We should be proud of these aircraft modellers, and demand technology and money not from them, but from Nabiulina.

It has been working for a long time and ships Orions, and recently there was a video of Sirius, I found out the place over which he flew, there is a small airfield about 10 kilometers from Dubna, Borki, I don’t think that Sirius was dragged to us from Ramenskoye or from where else, so they made it at our plant

Do you need a license to develop drones? Or can anyone and everyone do it and offer their developments to the Ministry of Defense? Who knows, please explain.

In order to develop, only brains are needed, in order to manufacture - means, nothing else is needed, unless of course the drones are not combat ...
PS: the Ministry of Defense will only accept as volunteer assistance, in fact, you can’t get into contracts if there are no connections in the defense industry

Actually, according to OKO, it is positioned as a civilian enterprise that produces "civilian" UAVs, they do not have weapons, but they can be retrofitted with them, Privet-82 is an 82mm mine, Privet-120, respectively, a 120mm mine. They send drones to the North Military District as a humanitarian aid from volunteers at the expense of donations

The importance of unmanned aircraft in the ongoing special operation is difficult to overestimate
Unfortunately, it was only thanks to the special operation that we began to pay special attention to unmanned aviation: we began to develop various designs, hold civilian tournaments for cargo delivery, work out regulations... You see, in the near future, military experience will give a tangible impetus to the development of this industry.

Pay attention??? Yes, our Ministry of Defense frankly sent initiative drone developers on a hiking trip five years ago.
Somewhere there was an article about how people went abroad with their developments, they were torn off there with their hands, if I find it, I'll post a link.
It's just that we didn't need any of that.
It is very convenient to supply the army with "the latest developments" when a war with the Russian Federation in this format is perceived as something unreal. And here comes the surprise...

This is far from the first advertising article of these greetings from these fetters.
Zala Aero makes normal combat drones, reconnaissance and civil. These are the ones that need to be developed. They are specialists and have all the capabilities, including the use of encryption in control systems and the placement of military gadgets. There is also a license for state secrets.
And this is from branches and sticks ....
A modern drone, in addition to a satellite navigation system, must have a terrain navigation system, a camera in the optical and infrared range, comparing the image with a hardwired map of the area. Then he is not afraid of jammers zhps. Do not take control of them.

THE ARMY IS CATASTROPHICALLY LACKING SHORT-RANGE IMPACT DRONES, BUT HIGH-POWER. The soldiers see the enemy, they see the enemy oporniki and are forced to take them with Kalash or even with knives. (There was an article about how ours crawled through the minefield at night and cut out the opornik with foreign mercenaries).
Now let's make a drone with a range of 5 km and a warhead of 100 kg. Or, more correctly, a relay bomber drone. Throws off a 100 kg glide bomb (or rocket) ten kilometers from the front and provides communication between its camera and the operator. It is ideal if the operator simultaneously sees the target from the ground (or from a ground-based video surveillance camera).
There are no targets requiring more than 100 kg of explosives at the front, and if an unmanned drone (and a repeater too) is shot down, then it’s not a pity. The rocket of the same patriot costs more.
The remote-controlled Po-2, which can carry up to 300 kg in unmanned mode, would be ideal as such a drone. Or a new aircraft of its size. We have semi-artisanal production of such aircraft, mainly for agriculture. And there are developments in their unmanned use for field pollination.
    .
The control system, which consists of a ground-based video camera, a repeater drone, a strike drone with its own video camera, and a remote operator, is suitable for using front-line drones of any size. Even two or three dozen such systems will have an impact on combat operations comparable to the appearance of chimeras in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
    .
We should not forget about cheaper solutions. For example, a missile weighing up to 10-20 kg is quite possible to covertly smuggle into the near rear and hide in a fold in the terrain. Then run on the same prop. Laser rangefinders and goniometers will allow you to aim from a closed position. A cheap inertial guidance system will provide an accuracy of XNUMX-XNUMX meters at a distance of a couple of kilometers, which is acceptable with a warhead of a hundred kg and a target size of a hectare.
    .
Well, and most importantly: all these perversions grow on the basis of the lack of interaction with artillery planted on a starvation shell ration. However, these proposals will reduce the consumption of shells and reduce the risk to gun crews.

Certain advances in the production of drones are observed and this is good. Stupid questions, where have you been before? What is the pointing accuracy? Is it possible to use on moving targets? There is no hint of this in the article, but it is very important.

Gentlemen, this is an aircraft-type drone. He cannot throw off a mine under any circumstances. This is not a copter that can hover over the reset point.
To hit at least approximately, you need to know the speed and altitude of the drone exactly. And on this primitive drone, it is not so easy. As a kamikaze, it is also not easy to hit the object, and the speed is needed more or less, so as not to be shot down. And good controllability at the final stage.
This article is another advertisement, like let them give us money, we will develop it, or let them buy what they have.
It is necessary to increase the production of drones that have already been used, like from an aero hall, to reduce their cost due to mass production, and to improve their characteristics. And specialists can make new models for specific tasks.
But now, apparently at zala aero, the production of military drones will take Kalashnikovs into its new created division. Whether the lancets will be cheaper or more expensive from this, I think not everyone will know.
There is also the production of geraniums. Which needs to be developed, to improve different models, to reduce the cost of production.
The production of drones needs to be done in broad cooperation, some do one thing, others do another, and still others assemble a drone from this.

The proposal for cooperation is correct and logical, I put a plus. But there is one thing, but who and with whom will cooperate? According to publications on the network, the components of the same "Orlan", a continuous import. I did not look for others, but I think the situation is similar.
