Armored repair plant №206 in Primorye is living the last days

24
The defense enterprise in Ussuriysk was turned into a warehouse and vehicle base.

Recently, in connection with the ongoing military reform, defense enterprises, military camps and units have undergone significant changes. Many objects were disbanded and mothballed, some went into private hands. A similar fate befell the Armored Repair Plant №206 (BTRZ 206), which is located in Ussuriysk. The company is literally living out the last days. RIA PrimaMedia continues the cycle of photo reports on the former power of the Primorsky Territory in the framework of the project "Lost Primorye".

Still preserved emblem 206 BTRZ

Already from the carriageway of the city, empty, in some places with broken windows, the buildings of the plant workshops are striking. Attention is also attracted by the huge 47-meter pipe of the stoker, which has not been heated for many years.

Empty workshops are rented or sold

A huge amount of disassembled and sawn equipment has still been preserved on the territory of the enterprise. Rusty parts and parts from tanks - towers and caterpillars.

Parts of armored vehicles are scattered throughout the enterprise.

All this reminds us that some five years ago the plant was still working for the benefit of the country's defense.

On the territory of the enterprise there is a huge amount of semi-sawn machinery.

It all started back in the middle of 1936, when the Military Council of the Red Army ABTU decided to build Repair Base No. 77 in the Far East. In March, 1940 was commissioned for the installation of process equipment building "A" (disassembly and assembly of tanks, tractors and tank engines). Simultaneously with the installation of the equipment, the first tanks and tractors were submitted for repair.

At the moment, the company declared bankrupt.

The opening day of Rembase No. 77 was set for 12 in May 1940, by which time five tanks and two tractors had been repaired.
Time passed and the plant gained momentum. In 1941, the overhaul of light tanks T-26, BT-2, BT-5, BT-7 was mastered.

On the territory of the enterprise there is a huge amount of semi-sawn machinery.

In 1950, due to the general growth of the production program, the plant was transferred to a conveyor assembly, and already in 1953, the repair base was renamed 206 armored repair plant.

The remains of armored vehicles are finished by metalworkers.

With 1989-2009, there has been a dramatic reduction in orders. Back in 1989, the factory made 25 tanks per month, in 2009 - only 13 per year.
On the basis of the order of the Minister of Defense of Russia dated 19 on April 2009 of the year No. 271 from 15 on July 2009, the enterprise was transformed into the open joint-stock company 206 Armored Repair Plant.

Remains of documentation

From this point on, the plant became in itself. But he could not cope with debts, so he began to sell the property.

That which the enemy has not destroyed is cut down by a metalworker

At the moment, the company has been declared bankrupt and litigation is underway, but already now the vast territory has been "cut" into pieces, and the shops where the cars necessary for the defense of the country were once assembled are leased for painting cars. Also in the territory created carpool and warehouses, some sites are sold.

Enterprise buildings are leased or sold.

The remnants of the equipment are finished and the metalworkers are taken out from the territory

Recently I was on a business trip in the capital of our beloved homeland, in the area of Malaya Kaluzhskaya, 15, I drew attention to the converted industrial buildings for offices, parking lots. I was interested, but it turns out that this is the territory of the Krasny Proletary plant, I am not afraid to even name it, a strategic plant.

Moscow Machine-Tool Plant "Red Proletariat" named after A. I. Efremova, one of the oldest and leading enterprises of machine tools in the USSR. He played a significant role in the development of machine tools in the USSR. He produced universal screw-cutting and special machines.
It was founded on March 26, 1857 by the English entrepreneurs who accepted Russian citizenship, the Bromley brothers.
In 1922, at the request of the workers, he received the name "Red Proletariat", began to specialize in the production of metal-cutting machines and internal combustion engines. In 1944, for the first time in the world practice of machine tool construction, a conveyor assembly of machine tools was introduced at the plant.
At the factory 3 there WAS a type of production: large-scale (universal turning and precision machines, as well as machines with numerical control); serial (vertical multi-spindle semiautomatic devices); small batch and single (special machines of various models mainly for the automotive and tractor industries). The plant was awarded the Order of Lenin (1939), the Order of the Red Banner of Labor (1957) and the Order of the October Revolution (1971).

Now the plant exists as OJSC "KP" and is transferred to a new territory, near the metro station Kaluzhskaya ("Stroyploschadka").

Vedis Group and Rosneft are in dispute over 11 hectares of the old territory of the plant. This explains why the territory of the plant has not yet been developed.

Indigenous Muscovites certainly correct, if I am mistaken.

And how many plants are leased. FOR THE KEEPING OFFICIAL

I'm even sadder. The memories of youth. I’ve been a sergeant at this factory for a month, in 1970. They handed over the T-54 tank for overhaul. Handed over from military unit No. 43430 from Lazo station.

Probably the same is happening at the Bikin station. There was a "training" and a storage base. And there I lived for a month, taking 9 T-54 tanks from the storage base. After the reform, the number of tanks in a tank battalion with a motorized rifle regiment was increased from 31 to 40.

Yeah. In those days, in stores, they sold Algerian wine for bottling. Having settled in for two days in the barracks of the Ussuriysk factory and having made a reconnaissance, I made a sortie to the nearest store. There I bought 3 liters of wine in a kettle. In the evening we sat with the guys. In the morning, a major flew into the barracks. He built everything, introduced himself as the head of a special part of the plant. He began to slowly go around the line. He stopped near me and pulled out of the collar of the overall. And he screamed at me for about ten minutes. The major said to all the others that I drank alcohol yesterday, Algerian wine. I, in the army, stupidly poked eyes at the major and denied everything. Until the major brought an undeniable argument. It turns out he was in civilian standing behind me in the line of the store. But the major did not say anything at the duty station.

And it would be possible as in Borisov tank repair. They produced (I don’t know how now) a decent line of civilian equipment based on military equipment, such things would be very useful in the Far East and Siberia.

Everything must have an OWNER. And if it is not, then the result will be see above. It doesn’t matter which plant, candle, beer or tank. State corporations are bad owners.

Serdyukov ordered the Air Defense Academy to be put up for sale when he learned that the drive to the Volga was 10 minutes. So the place is good here too. I would not be surprised if the guys from "Celestial Empire" bought it.

Sorry, a little off topic. Do dynamic protection units use explosives (a little blasting, but explosives)? It should not be freely available, otherwise DZ blocks are present in the photographs - take it whoever wants it. Or are these blocks already empty?

The explosive is loaded only with the "Military Hazard" BG. Even in combat units, the explosives are not loaded, and at the bases and, moreover, at the repair factories, there are no explosives in the boxes.

Wat here it is necessary to put Serdyukov with Vasilyeva to steer! They have grandmothers. Let them invest, but they won’t be able to raise ......... you can start felling immediately after the plant for 15 years!
