The question is not idle: whose Vladivostok

It seems that in Russia it is time to ask this very question - “whose Vladivostok”, and not “whose Crimea”. Supporters of the collapse of Russia will immediately come to light and cut it into a number of regions, some of which, in their opinion, should go under the wing of Comrade Xi from the CCP!

While our politicians and respected experts are discussing a future war between China and the United States over Taiwan, the leadership of the Celestial Empire is quietly turning Vladivostok into "its internal port." And not tomorrow and not the day after tomorrow, but already from June 1 of this year. And this is by no means a fake, as biased bloggers have already rushed to reduce tension.

And it all started a little earlier, back in 2020. Let me remind you that in July of that year Vladivostok celebrated its 160th anniversary. On this occasion, the Russian embassy published a note on the official page of the Chinese social network Weibo:

“Vladivostok was founded in 1860, when the Russians built a seaport on this site, called “Vladivostok” (literally means “Own the East”). At the end of the XNUMXth century, Vladivostok grew into a major port and industrial city. Today, the Russian Navy is based here in the Far East.”

That's what it said in the post.

It would seem that this note is special? But the Chinese immediately became indignant, claiming that Vladivostok was located on land ceded by the Beijing Treaty, and that Haishenwei was a Chinese city renamed Vladivostok.

This version was also voiced by a Chinese diplomat from the embassy in Pakistani Islamabad, quite an official. And a little later, a geographical map was issued in China, and there, on the site of Vladivostok, Haishenwei just flaunted.

However, the PRC carefully waited almost two years for the geographical map to become a reality. Finally it happened: "China's General Customs Administration has declared Vladivostok a transit port for domestic trade."

This was reported with reference to the statement of the representative office of the Russian Foreign Ministry (!) in Vladivostok. As you can see, our native Foreign Ministry has already surrendered Vladivostok to the Chinese.

From now on, goods shipped from one province of China to another will pass through Vladivostok without customs procedures. It remains to congratulate the Chinese, who, without any military action, took Vladivostok into their own hands.

At one time, Comrade Mao Zedong openly said:

“Russia has seized too much land… More than 100 years ago they cut off the land to the east of Lake Baikal, including Boli (Khabarovsk), Haishenwei (Vladivostok), and the Kamchatka peninsula. This account has not been paid off, we have not yet settled with them on this account. ”

In total, according to the long-departed restless leader of the CCP and the chairman of the PRC, Russia must return more than 1,5 million square kilometers to China. So, it turns out that Haishenwei has now returned "to his native harbor", to China?

Wasn't this the main result of Comrade Xi's visit to his dear friend - GDP? No, maybe someone believes that the Chinese will just use our port a little for “logistics convenience”, and then they will go home to mainland China?

For some reason, it seems that they will quickly oust our companies from Vladivostok, buy up land and - goodbye, Russia! In fact, appetite, as you know, comes with eating. Having easily squandered our port, the Chinese are unlikely to stop and open their mouths to our other cities.

By the way, they consider Sakhalin and Lake Baikal to be theirs. Chinese hotels have long been built around Lake Baikal and land has been bought up... Personally, I cannot explain the endless and boundless love of the Russian leadership for China. And the endless transfer of our territory to them.

We are driving gas and oil to China at bargain prices, selling timber for a penny ... And in 2004, an agreement was concluded and in 2005 ratified between the Russian Federation and China on the transfer of Tarabarov Island, the western part of the Bolshoi Ussuriysky and some small islands, which caused mixed reaction in Russian society.

Residents of the border territories said that a few years before the new delimitation of the border, the Chinese erected about three hundred kilometers of dams on their coast in order to artificially direct the Amur in the direction they needed, to shallow the Kazakevicheva channel, along the fairway of which the border is defined in this area.

Our officials did not pay attention to these actions at all. Do you think it's a big trouble that China will get more than Russia? More facts. The islands transferred to China were of strategic importance for Khabarovsk, which stretched along the Amur, and by no means small.

A fortified area was located on Bolshoi Ussuriysky, which, in the event of an attack by the Chinese, was supposed to hold the enemy near Khabarovsk for 45 minutes. And over the island of Tarabarov lay the trajectory of the take-off of combat aircraft of the Air Force and Air Defense, parts of which are deployed in Khabarovsk.

Incidentally, civilian planes taking off from the Khabarovsk airport are also gaining altitude over Tarabarov. I wonder if we are now asking the Chinese for the right to fly and are we paying for the use of Chinese airspace? I haven't been able to find answers to these questions...

Wide news the new status of Vladivostok is not discussed in the media of the Russian Federation. Why? Why did the Chinese need our Vladivostok so urgently, right now, when we are talking to the whole world about our surprisingly good partnership?

Let me remind you that the Chinese claim not only to Vladivostok. “Chinese politics is an endless path of cunning,” wrote the Chinese strategist Sun Tzu over two and a half thousand years ago (Chinese dating). in Chinese textbooks stories very often they recall that almost all of Siberia, including Western Siberia, right up to the Tomsk region, is temporarily lost Chinese territories.

It seems that China's territorial claims against Russia are not just the words of some Chinese, but an elaborate strategy. The Chinese are simply waiting for the “conditions to ripen” to solve the problem on Chinese terms. And this approach, as we see, works! And it all began in Gorbachev's times.

Let me remind you that Comrade Gorbachev gave Damansky to the Chinese, drenched in the blood of Soviet border guards. Type was the delimitation of the border. But we didn't get anything. Just such a delimitation. It happened on May 19, 1991. Damansky is now called Zhenbao (Precious).

And now our Vladivostok has become Haishenwei. What other cities and territories are planned to be transferred to "Chinese friends"?

We have a unique opportunity to choose whom to give what to.
There are already candidates for the under-privatized, but rather everything has already been divided. Now let's deal with the rest - friends in the east or friends in the west?
Who will be "dear partners" for the next 23 years?
Well, let's wait until autumn, until peace in the west ...

I wrote here more than once - China takes territories for its services and leases them for 25 or 50 years, turning them into their bantustans and pumping out everything from there, up to the export of fertile land. This is the usual Han impudence. After all, they do not indicate with whom, specifically, the border was established? It was the Manchurian Empire, three hundred years earlier, conquered the entire territory of China. And it had nothing to do with "Han" China. The Chinese count five thousand years of history in their own country, it’s good that they don’t become like the “Bandera”. In fact, the history of China begins with their great emperor - unifier, reformer - Qin Shi Huangdi. He was a great man who determined the fate of China for hundreds of years. Further, as usual: rebellions, unrest, the collapse of statehood ...

Our history books well describe the "opium wars" in China, when the European imperialists destroyed and humiliated China. But somehow it was hushed up that at the same time, tsarist Russia struck China from the north, ousted all Chinese settlements on the left bank of the Amur and imposed on defeated China a border treaty unprecedented in the history of mankind. According to this agreement, the border ran along the edge of the Chinese banks of the Amur and Ussuri. Attention!!! Not along the fairway, as it was and is everywhere all over the world on border rivers! Under such an agreement, formally all the islands were considered Russian. China has always offered to revise such a shameful treaty and hoped that under Soviet rule ... well, at least after the 2nd World War and the friendship of our peoples, the USSR would come to its senses and abandon such a shameful colonial treaty, but ...
Now find on the map about. Damansky and on which coast it is located on the Ussuri. Or who should own all the islands near Khabarovsk at the confluence of the Ussuri and the Amur, if the border is drawn along the fairways of the rivers, as is customary throughout the world? And it is good that China went to meet us halfway and agreed to cede half of the island. B. Ussuriysky, but Fr. Damansky had to be given away. request

I can’t make a diagnosis on the Internet, but the author needs to contact a specialist.
    Statement relationship logic
The Main Customs Administration of China declared Vladivostok a transit port for domestic trade
    suddenly
As you can see, our native Foreign Ministry has already surrendered Vladivostok to the Chinese.
    slips away from me.
Why did the use of someone else's port infrastructure in order to reload goods in the port from one ship to another without leaving the port suddenly become an occupation? I'll tell you a big secret - the trading ports of the whole world make money this way. There, the hopak must be danced from the fact that the infrastructure of China's ports cannot cope, and money from China's internal transit will flow into the Russian budget! Here, in the reverse situation - that a Chinese company is engaged in cargo transportation in Moscow, for example, in St. Petersburg. would certainly have caused a flurry of indignation. And fair. Russia just got a hefty piece for its activities. It consists in the fact that ship A in Vladivostok is unloaded onto ships B and C, all this is accompanied by service maintenance and is taxed, Vladik, in addition to money, receives jobs.
The smartest thing the author can offer is to tear everything down to the root and generally prohibit foreign ships from entering Russian ports! That's when we get stuck...

An unexpected bun (at least for me), from Sovcomflot authorized along and across, ended the 1st quarter of 2023 with a net profit of $ 285 million and immediately decided to pay dividends, and 82,5% of the shares belong to the state. The joke is that without sanctions Sovcomflot worked at a loss. That's what the "life-giving" sanctions do. Sovcomflot carries oil to the PRC in full. hi and not only. The suspicion that the EU is also involved in profits is the strange activity of Sovcomflot tankers to Murmansk.

the article is a typical holivar-vyser on a hype, in fact, no one captured anything, and the border of China from the picture is generally a lie, because read where and how the borders go, everything is clearly spelled out, as for what happened there, the whole point comes down to who and where does the customs pass, who and where is waiting for it, and who collects money from this, as far as I remember, it is more profitable for China in that region to make deliveries with entry into our territory, that is, unloading in our ports, delivery along our roads and return to China by land in the depths of the territory, before you had to go through customs, but now you don’t.

But the Chinese immediately became indignant, claiming that Vladivostok was located on land ceded by the Beijing Treaty, and that Haishenwei was a Chinese city renamed Vladivostok.

There are also different words written on fences and sheds, but if you look, there is firewood.
Let's start with the fact that the territory of the Russian Far East was not settled by the Han.
In March 1860, N.N. Muravyov ordered the military governor of the Primorsky region, Pyotr Kazakevich, to establish the post of Vladivostok. In turn, Kazakevich sent the 3rd company of the 4th East Siberian linear battalion to the harbor of Vladivostok (as the Golden Horn Bay was first called) and Posyet. Part of this detachment, a half-company under the command of Ensign Komarov, had the honor of founding the main city and port of Russia on the Pacific Ocean.
On June 20, 1860, the Manjur transport, under the command of Captain Alexei Shefner, entered the Golden Horn Bay. Ensign Komarov with 28 soldiers and 2 non-commissioned officers were landed on the northern shore of the bay, approximately in the place where the stele "To the Founders of Vladivostok" now stands.
According to the Manchurian transport magazine:
"June 20 afternoon, afternoon ... The wind is calm, clear, the barometer height is 30,01, according to the thermometer +13
This date was brought ashore. Box with ammunition - 1. Barrels of meat - 4; hemp 25 pounds; rye flour 29 pounds; cereals 4 pounds; box with guns -1; cartridges 2160 pieces; cast iron boilers 3; - ropes 5 pounds 20 pounds; - sheet iron 50 sheets -; net 1. Horse - 1 and bulls - 2 ...
On this date, 1 chief officer, 2 U.O (non-commissioned officer) and 28 privates No. 4 of the Linear battalion were sent ashore to take up a post.

On November 1, 1860, Komarov reported to his superiors that the following had been built under his leadership: one barracks, a kitchen, an officer's house, and a warehouse for provisions.
No other permanent settlements near the established military post appeared in the reports.
The Aigun and Beijing treaties are known.

the leadership of the Celestial Empire quietly turns Vladivostok into "its own inner port". And not tomorrow and not the day after tomorrow, but already from June 1 of this year.
    ...
The Main Customs Administration of China has declared Vladivostok a transit port for domestic trade.

So Vladivostok immediately became an internal transit port of China?
Annual data of Rosmorrechflot and the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation for 2022:
The cargo turnover of the seaports of the Far East Basin amounted to 227,8 million tons (+1,5%), including 154 million tons of dry cargo (+3,5%), 73,8 million tons of liquid cargo (-2,3%). The cargo turnover of the ports of Vostochny amounted to 82,3 million tons (+5,9%), Vanino - 37,6 million tons (+6,4%), Vladivostok — 32,2 million tons (+8,9%), Nakhodka - 25,8 million tons (-4,1%), Prigorodnoye - 15,4 million tons (+6,3%).

China refuses Russian gas in favor of Turkmen
Not certainly in that way. Russia "threw" Turkmenistan into the 90s, promising to buy as much gas from it as it can pump through the existing gas pipeline to the Urals through Kazakhstan. But our menagers got excited and stocked up on their gas - there was nowhere to go. After that, shameful excuses began from the promised and even mysterious accidents on the gas pipeline, so long as they did not pump ... Turkmenistan was wildly offended then and was forced to bow to China. And China, at its own expense, has already built 4 lines of gas pipelines from Turkmenistan, having agreed with all transit countries along the way. And now it receives Turkmen gas at a low contract price to cover its gigantic construction costs. Just think, whose gas will China buy first of all? request

PS The industry was physically destroyed under Putin (and they continue to do so intensively), under Yeltsin the plants were still standing in their places (sometimes even working), it was not difficult to start them up. Under Putin, they were literally demolished. Keep praising this guy!

Not tired of working according to the training manual, can you come up with something new? The industry is reviving to its full potential, in our Chelyabinsk region factories are being built and production facilities are constantly being opened, just have time to find new employees. And the existing industry is constantly being reconstructed. It’s good to mislead people with your paid whining.

If you want to know whose Vladivostok, hold a referendum among the inhabitants, although its results will probably surprise the Kremlin and those who live up to the Ural Mountains ...

ps of course I understand that our liberals really want to give Crimea with the Rostov region to Ukraine and switch to a war game with China so that the people grind there, in principle, the author does not even hide this

    Quote from Bingo

You need to go there and live there, if you are not blind, you will see everything yourself.

I remember a couple of years ago everyone went crazy that the Chinese allegedly cut down and set fire to the forest in Siberia, so we urgently need to overthrow the government. Because forests are very important for the environment. I suspect that this is all the work of the CIPSO. Because it is very suspicious that they are so worried about the environment, but they do not care at all that not a single tree has remained in Geyrop since the Early Middle Ages and this has not affected the environment. And the Bandera people themselves have already sold the entire Carpathian forest somewhere. And nobody cares either. But for some reason, everyone is worried about Siberia, they blame the Chinese and want to overthrow the government.

The article is of course polemical. This is good - it draws attention to itself. About the conversations about who will own what in our country, the USA, the EU, China, it remains outside the brackets that nothing actually belongs to the local population .... Formally, everyone should also be a co-owner of Norilsk Nickel, Gazprom or any other company, get an oil production license and become the new Rockefeller... Or vote for any candidate for the Duma, the President. We are building capitalism once, then what difference does it make to whom in our country belongs, if only in the national interests. But the point is that those who own the steamboat factories order the music in terms of the rules of the game - the laws ...
The question is not whether to sell to one's own or someone else's, but the question is where are the interests of the people? What is our strategy? I have not seen the national goals assuming technological, product leadership and leadership in innovation relative to other countries and peoples. Just to be the best and much better than China, the EU, the USA and beat them in their own markets and the standard of living in our country and not in Moscow, but in small towns and villages where not citizens of the second, third and other grades live, but such same citizens. Create new markets. In the meantime, all the talk is about who will buy our gas, oil, fertilizers. While talking about armaments that have no analogues in the world, which is already an oxymoron, our people are throwing off their underpants and socks on the SVO and Chinese drones. It seems to me as the cat Matroskin said in the movie "Prostokvashino" - "We have money, we don't have enough mind," however, a number of figures also have a conscience and a system of responsibility for decisions made.
I have nothing against the extraction of resources. This is also technology, jobs and money. But this is hunter-gatherer thinking. Everything is great as long as the community is small, there is something to collect and another tribe did not come and take away what they had collected. A smarter move is to get real values in exchange for glass beads, which are used to buy shamans and leaders of these tribes - this is how our non-partners have been doing for hundreds of years.
Where as a more progressive move to stop deceiving yourself and others and start today to build a completely different future, both your own and this world's really Great Results.
There is the experience of the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Indonesia, Singapore, and it’s even scary to say that there was such a country of the USSR that was No. 2 in the world in terms of economy. I note that they lived mostly in poverty, but they lived in poverty so that future generations would live more and more richly - we somehow forgot about the second part of the equation - about why and so that they live no better than 1-2%, but everything. Yes, there were a lot of mistakes and stupidities and even abominations, as well as great achievements. In the course of our history, both in Tsarist Russia and in the USSR and the Russian Federation, it lost largely because we did not appreciate the Man, the Creator, the Professional, not formally, but in essence. At best, they were forced to put up with them. Neither then nor today do the authorities need strong independent citizens united voluntarily and in capable public associations. No one is interested in the majority earning decent money, not living on credit and having more leisure, meaningful leisure.
As the practice of the NWO and other wars of the 21st century shows, there has long been no democracy, even grassroots, in the countries of old Europe. Obviously, there are technologies when free people are made into sheep and sheared, and when necessary they are taken to the slaughterhouse without question. Although perhaps those who were made followers were never free, except in their illusions that they are free.

There is a reliable way for Russia - it is necessary to develop the Far East. Equip life, infrastructure, develop cities, create jobs. Grow the population, ideally. Then all views from the outside, not only Chinese, will go out. A big plus for us is the huge Russian-Mongolian border - it's a safe and quiet line. Of course, against this background, it is necessary to support the military force, especially the fleet. TNW should be in the troops and it is necessary to conduct exercises with conditional use, so that it is visible from the outside (and scary). The most difficult thing, of course, is to increase the population.

Strange question! If Russia transports goods from China to Europe, this is normal. If from Vladivostok, then this is the transfer of territories to China. More like hysteria. We are actually invited to stop trade relations with China, as in the times of Khrushchev-Brezhnev. Let China trade with the United States, We will live on. Somehow this is the meaning of the message of the article. Only America has already become once great, thanks to trade cooperation with China, and We ruined the economy by abandoning it. Probably the problem is that you have to learn how to trade, not sell. In order for Vladivostok not to become Chinese, women must give birth. As strange as it sounds, it sounds normal. Then no one will claim Russian territory. So it was and so it should be.
