Migrants and drugs. In Russia and around

Settlers or hosts?

We have written more than once about ethnic diasporas in Russia and about the situation with migrants (guest workers). We continue the topic, since the situation is getting more complicated, and the number of migrants in Russia is growing very quickly, and along with the growth of drug trafficking to Russia (From Afghanistan to Russia. Expensive drugs and profit).

According to the statistics of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, in 2022, 16,5 million people were registered with migration (and how many did not?). This is already more than 11% of the total population of our country, and without taking into account the fact that every year about 600 thousand people become citizens of the Russian Federation. Migrants, together with new citizens, already make up more than 15% of the indigenous population.

Lately, they've been coming almost every day. news about the daring crimes committed by migrants. The indigenous population is increasingly faced with the formation of settlements and microdistricts from citizens of a different culture, traditions and customs, often aggressive towards the original inhabitants.

Moreover, newcomers are beginning to displace these residents, introducing their own customs and culture. However, active supporters of mass migration, without peddling the theme of the extinction of Russians, are still on horseback. Moreover, they want to bring more and more migrants into the country.

By the way, have you ever wondered who came up with the idea to bring in thousands and millions of migrants? I think many will answer that businessmen. But that's not the case at all.

Who ordered the migration of Russia?

Indeed, why did the topic of bringing migrants into the country suddenly become so actively promoted in Russia? Allegedly, only they will work at construction sites, since the Russians do not want to go there? Strange.

After all, in Soviet times, it was the indigenous peoples of the RSFSR who actively built both at home and abroad. It should be recalled that the plants and factories that are still operating in the Central Asian republics were designed and built by Russian engineers and builders.

So whose idea was it in the first place?

So, programs for labor migration to Russia from Central Asia from 2007–2010. were just painted on the website international organization - the United Nations. The project itself was funded by the European Commission and the International Organization for Migration (IOM).

The main areas of activity were as follows: improvement of the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of labor migration; assistance to labor migrants, including legal assistance, information campaigns, provision of various services to labor migrants and much more.

Do you understand now who came up with the idea of bringing the inhabitants of Central Asia to us?

It was cunningly invented - to replace the Russians with citizens of the Asian republics, who have a completely different mentality and a different culture. And after the collapse of the USSR, by 2007 (from the beginning of the introduction of programs), a generation had grown up that did not know the Russian language.

Moreover, in the independent states throughout the post-Soviet years, it was argued that the Russians are occupiers and therefore owe a lot to the occupied peoples. It is unlikely that the Russians were aware that the NATO countries were occupied with the settlement of their country by foreigners.

I don't see anything, I don't hear anyone

But the officials should have known all this, right?

Of course they should. But, I believe, they wanted to please "enlightened Europe" and Washington so much that they did not even think of burying this program and not changing Russian laws to please the globalizers. Quite the opposite, officials tried and even managed to get their own benefit by saving money when hiring guest workers.

The next Regional Labor Migration Program for 2010-2013, CARM, was funded by the UK Government (UKAID/DFID) and implemented by the World Bank, UN IOM and UN Women. It was argued that its goal is to fight poverty in Central Asia.

Of course, migrants do not get to Russia in this way, but this does not change the essence of the matter

At the same time, the number of Russian citizens with incomes below the subsistence level in those years amounted to 18,5 million people. But the Western "partners" did not believe that it was necessary to fight poverty in Russia, unlike the countries of Central Asia.

Let me remind you, according to Luzhkov, 0,5% of migrants (just something!) In the country lowers salaries for everyone by 1%. And now in the regions of Russia only two working parents can feed one child, and in the countries of Central Asia, although the cost of living is lower there, the food is many times cheaper, and there are more children there.

So demographically, in a generation there will be fewer Russians, and more people from Central Asia. This is exactly what the programmers wanted. New programs in the field of migration logically continued the previous ones.

I won't tell you why

Why does the situation not change today, when Russia is conducting the NMD on the territory of Ukraine, but actually opposes the entire NATO bloc and the collective West, which has started a program of both the military destruction of Russia and the replacement of the indigenous population with migrants? This is the question I would like to get a clear answer to.

Why don't we leave the WHO and the WTO? Why do we pay money to the World Bank when we know that it finances Ukraine? By the way, Russia's contributions to this organization increased from $100 million in 2004 to $1 million in 188.

The head of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation Alexander Bastrykin, in an interview with Interfax, cited data according to which the total number of crimes committed by migrants in Russia in 2022 tripled compared to 2021, and the number of criminal cases for crimes such as murder increased by Five times. This sad statistic is just an intermediate result of migration.

The head of the UK also noted that "in the migration flows, there is a high probability of members of terrorist organizations penetrating the country." According to him, "in this regard, the migration policy in the Russian Federation should be aimed not only at obtaining labor resources, but also at solving problems of ensuring public order and the security of the country's citizens."

Alas! None of this has yet been observed. And it is through the Asian republics that supply us with migrants that the flow of Afghan drugs flows. And often they are also illegal migrants. Law enforcers believe that every year from three to five million illegal immigrants quietly enter and leave Russia.

Dope in Russia

According to official figures, 2021 Russians used drugs in 390. The data was cited by Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova in December 2022. But there are other figures that are much more terrible.

1,8 million people use drugs in Russia, which is more than in the countries of Eastern and Central Europe, as well as Central Asia (EECA). This is evidenced by the data of the Commission on Drug Policy for Eastern and Central Europe and Central Asia (ECECACD), published in November 2021.

You see, this data is already outdated. It's scary to think how many drug addicts we have today. And drug advertising is a muddy stream. According to Roskomnadzor, in 2022, 78 Internet materials with information related to the methods of manufacture, use and trafficking of drugs and other psychotropic substances were removed or blocked in Russia.

Need advertising?

But potion advertising sites are nothing. Advertising of drugs is now on the streets of cities. It is posted on houses, shops and schools. What is so difficult about this? The peddler quickly drives up to the chosen place - glues and leaves.

Experts say that the impetus for the mass posting of such advertising was, oddly enough, the closure in 2022 of Hydra, the world's largest drug marketplace.

The closure of Hydra led to the fact that the drug mafia began to wage war for its place in this profitable business, not only on the dark web, the shadow segment of the Internet, which by that time had become the main sales channel, but also on city streets. Advertising began to appear on YouTube. But there was no public reaction from the authorities.

The head of the Safe Internet League, Ekaterina Mizulina, drew attention to the situation and asked the Ministry of Internal Affairs to check two releases of the program of blogger Yuri Dudya (included by the Ministry of Justice in the register of foreign agents). Dudya was found guilty and fined 100 thousand rubles.

What a huge amount! And how many bloggers were not punished at all, although they also advertised and continue to advertise poison! Taking advantage of impunity, drug propaganda began to appear everywhere.

Loudest история occurred on the evening of December 19, 2022, when a bus with an advertisement for the Kraken marketplace (it had a name and a QR code leading to the marketplace page on it) blocked two lanes on Novy Arbat near the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. And at the beginning of February 2023, a BlackSprut advertisement was noticed in Moscow: a large animated banner depicted a girl in a mask with the signature "In search of the best, they come to me."

Kraken, BlackSprut and other drug mafiosi are investing a lot of money in their promotion in the hope of taking the place of Hydra. In 2019, as part of scheduled medical examinations in the Moscow metro, a large number of cases of drug intoxication of train drivers were revealed.

“The count goes to tens. People because of the excessive work schedule caused by the lack of employees, take drugs”, - noted in the press service of the metro. The topic is under the control of the capital's FSB.

According to drug police, special services record a sharp increase in the use of amphetamines and other drugs by drivers of the capital's taxis, truckers and couriers of postal services. And recently, on April 28, the Kraken drug market quietly placed its advertisement on carsharing scooters in the capital.

When the RIA Novosti agency published an article about scooters that allegedly steal money on a sticker with a Quarcode, this very code was not removed. And inquisitive readers of RIA could use it to go to the Kraken website. However, the link was later removed. And it was all just a coincidence?

    How so?
Migrants were brought in, but there are still not enough employees?
All this mess with the rampant lawlessness of migrants comes with the tacit consent of the upper echelons of power ... I will not name names.
This is a systemic sore of the state ... at the moment it cannot be solved ... because it is necessary to resolve the issue with government officials interested in migration smile... and officials are following the instructions of big business interested in cheap labor.
    Shit...another irreconcilable contradiction...another dead end.

Can you imagine the crowds of migrants in Chukotka? I can't. What was imposed on us from the West, we gladly accepted. Is there any interest of Russian officials here? Undoubtedly. I judge by renting premises. Those tenants who benefited the population have long been removed from the city center. Taxes. Migrants do NOT want to live on the periphery. Give them service and places where they can gather. There are few migrants from the east in Norway. And their laws are such that you can leave the country very quickly. The most profitable part of our industry is construction. The rest of the industry does not keep up with it. They build a lot of houses. Capitalism loves a beautiful picture. And you have to pay for this. So we pay.

There are a lot of both Slavs (and not Russians) and Africans in Norway ... they are just a sea ... they also come under the UN program to combat hunger ... Somalia is in the lead there, for example ... they do not work, unlike the Slavs migrants, live on benefits and sell drugs ... By the way, the UN program does not apply to Russians ... Ukraine, etc., it does, it doesn’t apply to us ... because someone is yelling that we are a superpower ... therefore, Asia is being driven to us ... but we are not over .. we are not leaders in third world countries now ... the economy is a failure, corruption, and also the army turned out to be like the same economy ... the nightmare is shorter

They found the guilty. Only labor migration was also in the USSR. For my county town, I’ll say, at our garment factory, Vietnamese girls worked, about three dozen for five years, from the late 70s to the mid-80s, they changed kanesh, and for grape fields, at the same time, at the time of harvesting, workers from Poland. They swept everything off the shelves. The only difference is that then migrants received on an equal footing with Soviet citizens. And now migrants receive many times less than a Russian. Therefore, they cheap labor is profitable for entrepreneurs. Hence the other problems. The VTS building, this is our time, was built for us by a Russian contractor, and the workers were from Central Asia, they ate and slept there. 10 years have passed since the commissioning, so every year we repair during these years. How much money the contractor saved on this contract, God only knows, because the contract was not a small price.

Well, I do not. This "work" is not so cheap now. An attempt to hire builders from "cheap" Central Asia will surprise you very much - they break at 4, and agree at 2 times more expensive than our serious construction and repair offices or private traders.

Russian Ambassador in Tajikistan reprimanded (https://t.me/bigtransfer2024/17140) for "anti-immigrant raids by the security forces" in Russia.
The correct reaction of the Russian Federation to such attacks would be the annulment of at least 100 Russian passports that citizens of Tajikistan received and the expulsion of at least half a million guest workers from this country. There is no need to hope for this, Rakhmon was even allowed to publicly attack Putin (https://t.me/mnogonazi/000), what can we say about the humiliation of the ambassador. The more they are allowed, the bolder they become.
40% of Tajiks in Russia are members of ethnic OCGs/OPS.
    Main activities:
    1. Drug dealing.
    2. Drug smuggling.
    3. Importation of illegal migrants.
    4. Forgery of documents.
    5. Aiding the Ukrainian special services.
    6. Prostitution.
    7. Extortion.
    8. Robbery and robbery.
    9. Arms trade.
    10. Illegal banking.
All this is done under the roof of corrupt police officers and under the protection of the embassy and consulates.
Pawnbrokers, drug dealers, rapists and robbers, and now GUR informants.
This threat is no less dangerous than the threat of war with NATO. Moreover, I am sure that the Anglo-Americans will definitely use the Central Asians to set fire to Russia from the southeast and from within.
The East respects only strength. The whip is more effective than the gingerbread. The tougher we behave with the countries of Central Asia and the Caucasus, the more pro-Russian they will be.
diaspora=organized crime groups and ethnic mafia. Not for nothing in the words "diaspora" and "" - the same letters. This fully reflects the essence of the activity of diasporas in Russia.

But this is a very big internal problem, the increase in drug addicts leads to the number of unhealthy people and, consequently, the safety of the population. Only at the beginning of the year, which major parties were detained, the key ones were detained, but there are parties that were not detained. And about migrants, what to say, the authorities apparently don’t care, but I remember how they laughed at Europe with their problematic migrants on Channel One, and now we ourselves find ourselves in such a situation.

And internationalism does not exist in a capitalist society, only tolerance exists in it. And the main slogan of a bourgeois state is "Divide and rule!" They are cheaper. "Own" - for example, we from Dagestan are cheaper than attracting our own locally, they require permanent work, and not seasonal and other nishtyaks, but any visitors do not. The price of labor affects the cost of production.

The author expresses himself figuratively: "The officials are to blame."
What kind of officials are such that since 2007 they will not stand up for the indigenous citizens of Russia? Either they will allow visitors to work for a salary less than the indigenous demand, then they will raise the retirement age, that there were more workers, then, so that these pre-retirement hands could not find work, visitors are again invited ...

Kraken, BlackSprut and other drug mafiosi are investing a lot of money in their promotion in the hope of taking the place of Hydra.
1994 The foundation has been laid for drug policy reform. George Soros and Ethan Nadelman [both Jews] founded the Lindesmith Center. Six years later, the Center merged with the Drug Policy Foundation, a new organization called the Drug Policy Alliance, which became the world's largest structure working to stop the war on drugs.
1995 Open Society has launched "harm reduction" programs in Albania, Russia, Ukraine and other countries.
1996 George Soros personally financed the campaign to legalize "medical" marijuana in California, his efforts were crowned with success [the first state to allow the use of narcotic cannabis for "medical" purposes, now in some states it is prescribed even to minors]. The states of Oregon, Alaska and Washington followed two years later [details in the article "USA: On the Road to Drug Madness"].
1998 More than $20 million has been allocated to create harm reduction services in Maryland.
2002 Open Society and its grantees called on the Global Fund to invest in "methadone substitution therapy" and needle and syringe programs. The Global Fund has since committed more than $800 million to harm reduction programs around the world.
2004 Drug law reform in Russia. The Open Society and its local grantees insisted on changing Russian legislation, as a result of which possession of small doses of drugs was decriminalized.
2005 year. The Open Society and its partners pushed for WHO to include methadone and buprenorphine on the list of "essential medicines". This contributed to the introduction of "replacement therapy" with these drugs in China, Ukraine, Malaysia, Vietnam and other countries <.....> and beyond.

On the example of drugs, the scheme works like this. Big business is seeking legalization or introduction of "substitution therapy". In parallel, shares of relevant pharmaceutical corporations are acquired and (or) their own companies are created, including the cultivation of narcotic hemp. After legislative restructuring, “harm reduction” programs begin to work, conditions for the development of the market appear, as a result, stocks rise in price, and it is easier to capture the market.

As I recall, the massive importation of migrants coincided with the removal of Luzhkov and a massive construction boom.
Luzhkov stated that 500 bucks per sq. meter in Moscow is too expensive, and he will do everything to reduce the price. Under him, Turks, Belarusians, Russians, even the French and their firms worked in construction.

After him, they all "left", and "Tajiks" were brought in. "Central Asians" were brought in so that they are now used everywhere. At elections, in banks, in state institutions and shops.
And you can see the prices per meter for yourself, where there are "terribly expensive 500 bucks per meter ..."

So whose idea was it in the first place?
By the way, the idea of handing out Russian passports to everyone who was born in the territory of the former USSR was actively lobbied by Zyuganov in the mid-1990s. Who, by virtue of some kind of his conviction, believed that the working dekhkans who moved to Russia would not forget the one who helped them settle in Russia, and, like the most working, former dekhkans, of course, they would unanimously vote for the Communist Party of the Russian Federation.
But Zyuganov miscalculated. Dekhkan workers from Central Asia, of course, massively rushed to Russia, but those who received our passport did not vote for the Communist Party at all, but for those for whom they were ordered to vote by the leaders of their diasporas. And the leaders of the diasporas always gave the command to vote for representatives of the party in power. First, for the party of the hand with a house: "Our home is Gazprom", then for "United Russia". hi

So, programs for labor migration to Russia from Central Asia from 2007–2010. they were simply painted on the website of an international organization - the UN.

The author distorts the meaning of what is written. The UN programs were just aimed at ensuring that migration had a civilized appearance, and not the wild and unpredictable migration that we observed in reality.
This is evident from the title
Promoting safe and skilled migration along the Central Asia - Russian Federation corridor

    The text is the same.
The largest share of migration in this corridor occurs in an unstructured manner, with potential migrants using social media to plan their migration strategies and seek employment only upon arrival in the destination city. Such strategies pose challenges for countries of origin and destination, as well as for potential migrants and employers.
Given these dynamics, there is a need and interest for partner organizations in the Russian Federation, Kazakhstan and countries of origin in Central Asia (Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan) to create more structured labor mobility programs, involving the organization of the selection and training of personnel at the stage of pre-departure preparation in countries of origin.

That is, the speech in the program is that not a criminal and semi-criminal element should come, but qualified workers in accordance with the real needs of Russian industry.
The author replaces concepts and diverts the question, who is the initiator? It can be seen from the author's link that this is clearly not the UN.

Firstly, the IOM, although it played a negative role in the migration sphere, could not order or indicate anything to our officials. It is no secret that long before 2007, back in the 90s. interstate agreements were signed between Russia and other CIS countries on a common space for economic cooperation, including labor migration. These processes were actively promoted and promoted by "scientists"-quasi-liberals, and were implemented on the "land" for mutual benefit by officials and entrepreneurs!
ps Mass migration could not but worsen working conditions and wages for the local population and, of course, aggravated the criminal situation...

The authorities are mistaken, believing that migrants are useful to our "businessmen" and only spoil ordinary citizens of Russia - over time, the criminal clans of the native cattle breeders who have settled in our country will become a problem for both rich Pinocchio and the country.
Migrants everywhere create their own national communities. Moreover, all of them come from the most Russophobic sub-states, which were marked by the genocide of Russian speakers. Our government did not prevent the natives from killing, humiliating the Russian-speaking, did not demand an apology from the native non-states for the evil done. Now the migrants simply wash out the indigenous population of Russia - they breed like rabbits and drag their relatives to us.
With all the former, a visa regime is needed, and in order to obtain citizenship for each native, restrictions must be set - for at least 10-15 years to live with us only with a residence permit, which is given only to those who know spoken Russian.
For violations of the law, kick out of the country both the violator himself and all his relatives. Crime is growing and it is not heard that one of them was deprived of citizenship, deported to their village. It is necessary to lift the moratorium on the death penalty and punishment for migrants should be tougher than for the local population.
