Settlers or hosts?
We have written more than once about ethnic diasporas in Russia and about the situation with migrants (guest workers). We continue the topic, since the situation is getting more complicated, and the number of migrants in Russia is growing very quickly, and along with the growth of drug trafficking to Russia (From Afghanistan to Russia. Expensive drugs and profit).
According to the statistics of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, in 2022, 16,5 million people were registered with migration (and how many did not?). This is already more than 11% of the total population of our country, and without taking into account the fact that every year about 600 thousand people become citizens of the Russian Federation. Migrants, together with new citizens, already make up more than 15% of the indigenous population.
Lately, they've been coming almost every day. news about the daring crimes committed by migrants. The indigenous population is increasingly faced with the formation of settlements and microdistricts from citizens of a different culture, traditions and customs, often aggressive towards the original inhabitants.
Moreover, newcomers are beginning to displace these residents, introducing their own customs and culture. However, active supporters of mass migration, without peddling the theme of the extinction of Russians, are still on horseback. Moreover, they want to bring more and more migrants into the country.
By the way, have you ever wondered who came up with the idea to bring in thousands and millions of migrants? I think many will answer that businessmen. But that's not the case at all.
Who ordered the migration of Russia?
Indeed, why did the topic of bringing migrants into the country suddenly become so actively promoted in Russia? Allegedly, only they will work at construction sites, since the Russians do not want to go there? Strange.
After all, in Soviet times, it was the indigenous peoples of the RSFSR who actively built both at home and abroad. It should be recalled that the plants and factories that are still operating in the Central Asian republics were designed and built by Russian engineers and builders.
So whose idea was it in the first place?
So, programs for labor migration to Russia from Central Asia from 2007–2010. were just painted on the website international organization - the United Nations. The project itself was funded by the European Commission and the International Organization for Migration (IOM).
The main areas of activity were as follows: improvement of the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of labor migration; assistance to labor migrants, including legal assistance, information campaigns, provision of various services to labor migrants and much more.
Do you understand now who came up with the idea of bringing the inhabitants of Central Asia to us?
It was cunningly invented - to replace the Russians with citizens of the Asian republics, who have a completely different mentality and a different culture. And after the collapse of the USSR, by 2007 (from the beginning of the introduction of programs), a generation had grown up that did not know the Russian language.
Moreover, in the independent states throughout the post-Soviet years, it was argued that the Russians are occupiers and therefore owe a lot to the occupied peoples. It is unlikely that the Russians were aware that the NATO countries were occupied with the settlement of their country by foreigners.
I don't see anything, I don't hear anyone
But the officials should have known all this, right?
Of course they should. But, I believe, they wanted to please "enlightened Europe" and Washington so much that they did not even think of burying this program and not changing Russian laws to please the globalizers. Quite the opposite, officials tried and even managed to get their own benefit by saving money when hiring guest workers.
The next Regional Labor Migration Program for 2010-2013, CARM, was funded by the UK Government (UKAID/DFID) and implemented by the World Bank, UN IOM and UN Women. It was argued that its goal is to fight poverty in Central Asia.

Of course, migrants do not get to Russia in this way, but this does not change the essence of the matter
At the same time, the number of Russian citizens with incomes below the subsistence level in those years amounted to 18,5 million people. But the Western "partners" did not believe that it was necessary to fight poverty in Russia, unlike the countries of Central Asia.
Let me remind you, according to Luzhkov, 0,5% of migrants (just something!) In the country lowers salaries for everyone by 1%. And now in the regions of Russia only two working parents can feed one child, and in the countries of Central Asia, although the cost of living is lower there, the food is many times cheaper, and there are more children there.
So demographically, in a generation there will be fewer Russians, and more people from Central Asia. This is exactly what the programmers wanted. New programs in the field of migration logically continued the previous ones.
I won't tell you why
Why does the situation not change today, when Russia is conducting the NMD on the territory of Ukraine, but actually opposes the entire NATO bloc and the collective West, which has started a program of both the military destruction of Russia and the replacement of the indigenous population with migrants? This is the question I would like to get a clear answer to.
Why don't we leave the WHO and the WTO? Why do we pay money to the World Bank when we know that it finances Ukraine? By the way, Russia's contributions to this organization increased from $100 million in 2004 to $1 million in 188.
The head of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation Alexander Bastrykin, in an interview with Interfax, cited data according to which the total number of crimes committed by migrants in Russia in 2022 tripled compared to 2021, and the number of criminal cases for crimes such as murder increased by Five times. This sad statistic is just an intermediate result of migration.
The head of the UK also noted that "in the migration flows, there is a high probability of members of terrorist organizations penetrating the country." According to him, "in this regard, the migration policy in the Russian Federation should be aimed not only at obtaining labor resources, but also at solving problems of ensuring public order and the security of the country's citizens."
Alas! None of this has yet been observed. And it is through the Asian republics that supply us with migrants that the flow of Afghan drugs flows. And often they are also illegal migrants. Law enforcers believe that every year from three to five million illegal immigrants quietly enter and leave Russia.
Dope in Russia
According to official figures, 2021 Russians used drugs in 390. The data was cited by Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova in December 2022. But there are other figures that are much more terrible.

1,8 million people use drugs in Russia, which is more than in the countries of Eastern and Central Europe, as well as Central Asia (EECA). This is evidenced by the data of the Commission on Drug Policy for Eastern and Central Europe and Central Asia (ECECACD), published in November 2021.
You see, this data is already outdated. It's scary to think how many drug addicts we have today. And drug advertising is a muddy stream. According to Roskomnadzor, in 2022, 78 Internet materials with information related to the methods of manufacture, use and trafficking of drugs and other psychotropic substances were removed or blocked in Russia.
Need advertising?
But potion advertising sites are nothing. Advertising of drugs is now on the streets of cities. It is posted on houses, shops and schools. What is so difficult about this? The peddler quickly drives up to the chosen place - glues and leaves.
Experts say that the impetus for the mass posting of such advertising was, oddly enough, the closure in 2022 of Hydra, the world's largest drug marketplace.
The closure of Hydra led to the fact that the drug mafia began to wage war for its place in this profitable business, not only on the dark web, the shadow segment of the Internet, which by that time had become the main sales channel, but also on city streets. Advertising began to appear on YouTube. But there was no public reaction from the authorities.
The head of the Safe Internet League, Ekaterina Mizulina, drew attention to the situation and asked the Ministry of Internal Affairs to check two releases of the program of blogger Yuri Dudya (included by the Ministry of Justice in the register of foreign agents). Dudya was found guilty and fined 100 thousand rubles.
What a huge amount! And how many bloggers were not punished at all, although they also advertised and continue to advertise poison! Taking advantage of impunity, drug propaganda began to appear everywhere.

Loudest история occurred on the evening of December 19, 2022, when a bus with an advertisement for the Kraken marketplace (it had a name and a QR code leading to the marketplace page on it) blocked two lanes on Novy Arbat near the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. And at the beginning of February 2023, a BlackSprut advertisement was noticed in Moscow: a large animated banner depicted a girl in a mask with the signature "In search of the best, they come to me."
Kraken, BlackSprut and other drug mafiosi are investing a lot of money in their promotion in the hope of taking the place of Hydra. In 2019, as part of scheduled medical examinations in the Moscow metro, a large number of cases of drug intoxication of train drivers were revealed.
“The count goes to tens. People because of the excessive work schedule caused by the lack of employees, take drugs”, - noted in the press service of the metro. The topic is under the control of the capital's FSB.
According to drug police, special services record a sharp increase in the use of amphetamines and other drugs by drivers of the capital's taxis, truckers and couriers of postal services. And recently, on April 28, the Kraken drug market quietly placed its advertisement on carsharing scooters in the capital.
When the RIA Novosti agency published an article about scooters that allegedly steal money on a sticker with a Quarcode, this very code was not removed. And inquisitive readers of RIA could use it to go to the Kraken website. However, the link was later removed. And it was all just a coincidence?
