The enemy is not there
It seems that not only you, dear readers, are pretty tired of our showdowns there - “almost at the top”, which we now have to observe. And with shell hunger, and with the "Wagnerites", and with the supply in general, and with the under-mobilization in all directions and at all levels, and with the grain deal, be it amiss.
The most important thing was already enough, so much so that even on Victory Day he did not hesitate to recall this. In Kyiv, someone, apparently, just rubs his hands, they say, everything that we have done here has worked. Even the Immortal Regiment and the air parade of Muscovites were forced to cancel.
And whether or not there will be a notorious counteroffensive is no longer so important, more important is PR in the West, from which dollars interspersed with euros are dripping. Well, with the financing of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and what, who else is there, everything is more or less clear, but where the Russians get the money from, in the West, it seems, they cannot understand, but they really want to know.
They have the eleventh package of sanctions in the EU and the USA, and the Russians keep hitting Ukrainian and mercenary groups, warehouses and strategically important facilities. But the infrastructure is protected at the same time, although General “Armageddon” Surovikin, who is now responsible for interaction with the same “Wagners”, almost did not translate independent energy to zero.
Nothing but the Russians want to leave something for themselves - for the future a big offensive. God forbid, to Warsaw, and even to Berlin. And after all, they can completely get rid of enemies inside the country - the situation only favors this. However, someone there is very interested, but at what cost is such a banquet? Let's try to figure it out.
Have we already given dinner to the enemy?
300 billion, either dollars or euros, that were stolen from us, by and large, the United States or the European Union, by and large, do not really need it. Both the FRS and the ECB are essentially very similar to the hero of the brilliant artist Mikhail Vodyany from Wedding in Malinovka with the funny but very common Greek surname Popandopulo. In the sense that they "still draw" for themselves.
The main thing was that the Russians were not only stripped, but humiliated. Like, don’t even rock the boat, and since you haven’t stopped rocking the boat, then we will sanction you. However, it acts badly, and not at all because the notorious “turn to the East” worked.
He, of course, turned on, but somehow not very much, and the grain deal, from which we receive income, like from a goat's milk, also seemed to work. But the main thing, as it turns out, is the warming up of the economy within the country, even with its relatively poor population by Western, again, standards, and with not obese businesses.
Judge for yourself, in April 2023, Russia's oil and gas revenues amounted to 648 billion rubles, which is 6 percent lower if you count month by month, and immediately by 64 percent if year by year. It would seem that the ceiling on oil prices is working against us, and very effectively, but without it, revenues would be a little more - such is the situation today.
After all, it’s not just that at once more than half of OPEC members went on a voluntary reduction in both production and oil exports - China is not warming up, and oil prices are creeping down. April oil and gas revenues were 324 billion rubles. lower than those expected by the Russian Ministry of Finance. In May, in all respects, it will not be much better.
However, it is the population and business that, despite all the negative forecasts, are maintaining the budget balance in the country, albeit a very relative one. After all, the decline in the already analyzed oil and gas, as well as other export revenues, is accompanied by a reduction in the leakage of funds in two key areas at once.
The first is a decrease in the outflow of capital to the West, more precisely, to various offshores, a process that is gaining momentum, which for some reason is still stubbornly silent in the Central Bank. Maybe because you don't like it? They built, built bridges in the FRS and the ECB, and no one wants to run along them.
And the second is a decrease, and a sharp one at that, in deductions to various kinds of egg-pods, about which the Central Bank is just ready to ring the bells. But it is already no secret for first-year students of economic universities that our various reserves for many years were not reserves at all.
The reserve is, after all, the resource that should help the country at the right time, and so - in any form - the National Welfare Fund or the gold and foreign exchange reserves of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, for years remained unclaimed pantry. Now, times seem to be finally changing, the reserves have gone into action, and the West will continue to wonder where the Russians get the money for the NVO.
Don't make yourself an enemy
In conclusion - a little about the money in someone else's pocket - in Kiev. The fact that half of our country, and this is at least, has relatives and friends in Ukraine, is not even worth talking about. Many of them have now turned their backs on “their own” in Russia, because they don’t want to understand – “what are we for?”
Others simply dumped in Europe and are trying to somehow get settled there, either for a while, or forever. But the speech in this note, as the reader could already understand from the title, is not about this, but about that - what are the shisha for?
Most of those who escaped from the "square" are by no means refugees, and they fled, not at all from under the bombs. They just decided to immediately move to where their dream was waiting, or sit out for a while.
Muscovites, of course, are hated, and such hidden malice can last for a very long time, the example of the heirs of the inveterate Bandera only confirms this. But here, I repeat, not about that. Here - about the means. That is, about what kind of money millions of Svidomo patriots in general did not settle so badly on the old continent.
I know for sure that many of them today are stubbornly mastering languages, and mostly German. And all because with German you are everywhere in Europe - almost a master, but for example, to the same Polish from a warped language, which in recent years has been planted everywhere from Zhmerinka to the banks of the Dnieper, if you wish, it’s easy to switch.
But then again, you can pay for the language, especially since there is something. After all, almost the majority of those who escaped from under Russian missile strikes are by no means poor people. They stole, sawed, grabbed during the years of the rule of the Ukronazis - the Turchinovs with the Yatsenyuks and the Poroshenkos with the Zelenskys.
But they stole something, they robbed mainly from those for whom their doomed "zahisniki" fired daily in the Lugansk region and in the Donbass, and from those whom they, who escaped, abandoned. They threw them under their own "wide graves" and finally under the Russian art. And by the way, are ready to throw further.
