President of Ukraine: If the West does not supply us with combat aircraft, we will launch a counteroffensive without them
The President of Ukraine made another statement about the "need to increase the supply of Western aid in order to successfully achieve goals by military means." The main emphasis in this regard, the head of the Kyiv regime made on the provision of military aviation. Kyiv is waiting for the supply of NATO-made fighters, including American F-16 aircraft. However, in the United States, having started training Ukrainian pilots, they nevertheless declare that they do not plan to supply F-16s to Ukraine "due to the lack of conditions for their operation at Ukrainian airfields."
Zelensky, commenting on these statements by the American side, said that Ukraine, nevertheless, continues to expect military aircraft supplies from Western "allies".
Head of the Kiev regime:
According to Zelensky, preparations are underway to launch a counteroffensive. And on the eve of the Minister of Defense of Ukraine Oleksiy Reznikov said that the Armed Forces of Ukraine "in global terms are ready for a counteroffensive."
In the West, the Armed Forces of Ukraine warn against the fact that if the counter-offensive is large-scale, then the advancing Ukrainian army may face "great activity of Russian aviation." In conditions of insufficient saturation with military air defense systems, as well as with the use of planning bombs by the Russian Aerospace Forces, the losses of Ukrainian troops can be catastrophic.
