At present, an anti-American bloc has actually formed in the Asia-Pacific region. Federico Giuliani, a columnist for InsideOver, writes about this, analyzing the risks for the United States in East Asia.
The author of InsideOver emphasizes that a "triangle of death" that threatens the United States has formed in the Pacific region from Russia, China and North Korea. All these countries are negatively disposed towards Washington. According to Giuliani, North Korea, China, and Russia are happy to increase pressure on the US administration.
Now, the observer notes, the White House is forced to closely monitor both the events in Ukraine, in which the United States has become involved, albeit only with the supply of financial and military assistance, and the situation in the Asia-Pacific region.
Recent military exercises in the Pacific fleet Giuliani considers the Russian Navy a demonstration of Russia's strength in the Asia-Pacific region. It is no coincidence that the fleet was put on full alert shortly after the US began to show growing interest in events around Taiwan and in the Asia-Pacific region as a whole.
Giuliani writes that Russia's cooperation with China and North Korea is forcing the US authorities to reconsider their operational plans, including the presence of military forces in the Pacific.
However, the United States does not hide from anyone its efforts to cobble together an anti-Chinese grouping of countries in the region, to which they have attracted Great Britain, Australia, Japan, Taiwan, South Korea and expect to attract a number of Southeast Asian states that have territorial disputes with China. So why, in this case, Russia, China and the DPRK cannot block themselves to protect their own interests in the region and ensure their security.
