History repeats itself: flags of Ukraine in St. Petersburg
55th plenary session of the Inter-Parliamentary Assembly of the CIS countries in the Taurida Palace in St. Petersburg
Again, "are we not like that?"
Not so long ago, the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia thundered throughout the country with its Ukrainian community and a demonstration of enemy symbols. When the Ministry of Education and Science initiated an audit of the university, it turned out that back in 2021, the RUDN leadership excluded Crimea from Russia. It happened on the map of the science festival, and it was done so as not to upset the Ukrainian community.
After the last scandal, RUDN Vice-Rector for Student Affairs Sergei Bazavluk resigned. We hope that the well-deserved order from the hands of Zelensky and the post of honorary professor of Kyiv University will be received in the very near future. Rewards must find their hero. By the way, until now the Ukrainian community has not been abolished in PFUR. Given recent events, this is not surprising.

Location - St. Petersburg. Date is April 14, 2023. The session of the Inter-Parliamentary Assembly of the CIS countries is taking place in the Tauride Palace, where, among others, the flag of Ukraine was spotted. Not modestly put away in a corner away from the eyes, but posted on a par with other symbols of the CIS countries. Perhaps the delegation of Ukraine came to the session of the Assembly?
Nothing of the kind - back in 2014, Kyiv defiantly withdrew from the Commonwealth of Independent States. Only I forgot to officially submit the paper, which is why the “zhevto-balkite ensign” will now always be at the headquarters of the Inter-Parliamentary Assembly of the CIS countries in the Tauride Palace. At least for the duration of the international sessions. Say, for representatives of the Ukrainian authorities the doors of the palace are always open. From the press release on the assembly's official website:
Checkmate, gentlemen - the Rada did not file a notice, so the flag is in St. Petersburg. Interestingly, if the ensign is nevertheless pulled off the flagpole, the Verkhovna Rada can file a protest and demand the return of the state symbol? And most importantly, will the CIS officials accept the protest and return it? Of course, they will hang them in place, rest assured that there are appropriate “legal requirements defined by the norms of international protocol and world practice” for this.
But why then talk about the violation of international law in relation to Russia? About the just goals of the special operation, about reshaping the world order, if we cannot make an exception from the false "international protocol" and throw the enemy banner in the trash?
Our fighters die and become crippled in order to throw another banner and trident from the administrative building to the ground, but in the Northern capital for some reason it flies next to the Russian tricolor?

At the same time, Ukraine is de facto not in any stories The CIS is not involved. Since May last year, agreements on migrants, the agricultural market, monuments, the anti-terrorist treaty and many, many other things have been broken. And this was not the first act - even before Ukraine was not included in the agreements on atomic energy, on space, on civil aviation and airspace.

In the photographs distributed by the press service of the department, the ensign of Ukraine hangs in the meeting room of the Tauride Palace. Against this background, Valentina Ivanovna Matvienko, chairman of the Federation Council, and Alexander Dmitrievich Beglov, governor of St. Petersburg, feel quite comfortable. Even on April 13, this would have seemed like a cheap joke, but already on April 14 it is not - a very real thing. In the case of the scandal at RUDN University mentioned above, one could refer to the fifth column in the university environment, which has already happened repeatedly in history. And what can you do to calm down?
It is impossible not to quote the opinion of war correspondent Boris Rozhin, the author of the telegram channel Colonelcassad:
Norms of the international protocol
It was difficult for the Ukrainian side to come up with an even more tasty reason for trolling. With what pathos the nationalists returned the “zhovto-blakitny” ensign to Zmeiny Island, to the administrations in Kherson, Kupyansk and Izyum. Now the cultural capital of Russia is accepting the enemy banner and, apparently, no one is going to refuse.
Protocol is protocol, what can you do. This is exactly the sound of the ridiculous excuse that was posted on the website of the CIS Inter-Parliamentary Assembly under the heading “On State Symbols of the Countries Members of the CIS IPA” on April 15. A spit in the direction of the people and heroes of the NWO, there is no other way to say it.

But there is still a lot of interesting things in history.
As always, on the official websites of departments. On the resource iacis.ru of the Interparliamentary Assembly of the CIS (pay attention to the domain extension "ru") Ukraine is among full participants. They will close Wikipedia in Russia, it will be possible to go here - here are the state symbols of the enemy, and the anthem.
There is also the site of the CIS Executive Committee (cis.minsk.by), where you can find a map with the member countries of this very Commonwealth. Ukraine is still indicated on it - the flag is placed immediately after the symbol of the Republic of Uzbekistan. And yes, Crimea on this map is not Russian at all. This can be seen from the administrative borders on the diagram, and when you hover over the peninsula, the “Ukraine” plate pops up.
And that's not all - there is another site dedicated this time to the 30th anniversary of the CIS (today.e-cis.info). Ukraine is already habitually present on it. Moreover, in the section you can find a link to the State Tourism Development Agency of Ukraine. And there, in turn, you can find such news “After our victory, millions of tourists will go to Ukraine”, “Russia threw a tantrum at the WTO Extraordinary General Assembly”, or “DART transfers video evidence of crimes to the UINP Oral History Archive”.
Enemy propaganda, albeit indirectly, but spread through the information resources of the CIS? With this fact, apparently, everyone will have to come to terms.
Ukraine is still part of the CIS, and Crimea, if you look closely, has the wrong status. Source: cis.minsk.by
How will you have to come to terms with the detachment of part of the political elites of Russia from the events in the country. For some, the NWO has become a part of life, for some it is the last thing he saw in his life, and for some there are still "norms of international protocol and world practice." Moreover, they are completely meaningless, treacherous for their people.
And the flag, which is used as a cover for the Nazi regime in Ukraine, was nevertheless torn down near the Tauride Palace.
On April 15, an activist of the Other Russia party E. V. Limonova, without hiding his face, jumped over the fence and pulled the ensign from the flagpole. Three people took part in the action, the guards managed to detain one, but no charges have been brought against him yet.
In the end, it is worth recalling that back in 2018, the President of Ukraine Poroshenko said:
Someone, pass a copy of this decree to the CIS Executive Committee, maybe then common sense will prevail.
