The number of deployed equipment is not called, but earlier the Ministry of Defense of the United Kingdom promised Zelensky to supply at least 30 (thirty) AS-90 self-propelled guns.

The fact that the UK will provide Ukraine with "additional support" was announced in London in mid-January this year. At the same time, the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, Rishi Sunak, called Zelensky and delighted him with new supplies, promising, in addition to tanks also supply a "big batch" of AS155 90mm self-propelled howitzers. Preliminary, at least 30 units.

In early February, the British Ministry of Defense announced the launch of a program to train crews of the AS-90 self-propelled guns, as well as the arrival of a group of Ukrainian military personnel in the UK. At the same time, it was confirmed that Ukraine would receive 30 self-propelled howitzers.

The AS90 is an armored self-propelled gun that the UK is donating to help Ukraine defend its homeland and retake territory.
