Kyiv has decided to allocate about 20 billion hryvnias ($541 million) for the purchase of drones for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. However, as Zelensky stressed, this is not the limit. The regime intends to saturate the Ukrainian army as soon as possible with drones, which have already proved that they are indispensable in modern warfare.

Kyiv plans to accelerate the production of drones by Ukrainian manufacturers, giving preference to domestic developments over foreign ones. At the same time, Ukrainians are also not going to refuse the supply of drones from abroad.

As previously reported, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine plans to massively use drones to defeat Russian troops. Particular attention will be paid to small kamikaze drones capable of destroying both personnel and armored vehicles. In total, it is planned to create 60 strike companies of the “army of drones”, which should go in the first wave during the offensive. According to Kyiv, Russia simply does not have the means to destroy such a number of small drones.

By the way, according to a source in the office of the President of Ukraine, Taiwan handed over to the Kyiv regime almost a thousand UAVs capable of operating as part of a swarm and interacting with each other automatically.
