    To "have no analogues"? There are also .338 LM and .300 WSM Perfect for such tasks. There is also for shooting at 1600-2000 meters .50 BMG and 410 Chey-Tac. And this oar is still very far from AWP.

Given that the army is at war with the army, it’s no longer realistic to break through the armor, and the helmet can already ricochet.
    But at a distance of 150-200 meters should penetrate the armor, if not 5 assault class (6 according to the old classification), then 4 (5 according to the old classification) should take stably.
    And with regards to Russia, we have troubles - or the Caucasus, mountains / greenback or a city. And consequently, the distance to 300 meters is the most working.
    Shooting on manpower, at distances of more than 1500 meters, this is nonsense, it is almost impossible to calculate the wind at all ranges, and guessing, this is no longer a sniper. Sniper, this is 1 shot, 1 corpse. If you are not sure about the shot, you can’t shoot. And at distances of more than 1500m, the bullet has been flying for several seconds, the enemy will want to tie a lace; he will sit down during this time and all misses.
    Rifles 12,7 mm and larger, and .408 Chey-Tacs, too, are called anti-material, not because they shoot with anti-matter, but because they shoot at the material base. In terms of manpower, they work extremely rarely, and real distances, as a rule, rarely exceed 1 km. For large unarmored objects, yes, 1,5-2 km is quite a working range. In terms of armor, no one shoots further than half a kilometer — you can’t penetrate armor or vulnerabilities, like triplexes cannot be healed, especially for a moving target, and the main rule in war is that for a long time one who constantly changes his position lives on.

    It’s easier then to do under 300 Winchester Magnum, it’s like 308, only with a higher initial bullet speed and greater muzzle energy. From rifles they shoot with him up to 1000 m. Plus - a long range direct shot.
