"Born" thanks to CBO: Russian tiltrotor drone capable of flying 1800 km
The Russian NMD in Ukraine has made it clear that without the widespread use of UAVs, it is practically impossible to conduct successful military operations in modern conflicts. However, drones Nowadays, they are used not only in war.
As the author of the video notes, the SVO showed that Russia today needs a lot of small, primarily reconnaissance drones. Several little-known firms are already engaged in the development of such.
At the same time, one of the domestic samples of the ADA TR-10 reconnaissance UAV from the ADA AERO company attracted special attention. The drone is capable of flying a distance of 570 km on a single battery charge.
In the case of using an internal combustion engine, the drone is able to fly 1800 km and reach a speed of about 225 km/h.
Tellingly, ADA TR-10 is a tiltrotor in a new aerodynamic design. The device takes off and lands like a helicopter, and flies like an airplane. The internal combustion engine is used as a generator.
Nose section drone - interchangeable. According to the representative of ADA AERO, there is a special connector inside that allows you to install various payloads on the device: cameras, thermal imagers and other devices that help solve certain problems.
Finally, if we talk about delivery, then a special container is provided at the bottom of the drone. In it, the drone is capable of carrying up to 10 kg of payload, as an option - heavy ammunition.
Military acceptance tells about what is happening in the Russian UAV industry in its video:
