On the basis of compounds of the rocket forces and artillery of the district, more than 250 cadets from the Mikhailovsky Military Artillery Academy and the Penza branch of the Military Training and Research Center of the Ground Forces "Combined Arms Academy of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation" have been trained.
