Bloomberg: Exports of Russian oil and fuel oil to China rose to a record level
The refusal of the West to import Russian energy resources is offset by the growing economies of Asia and especially China.
According to the American news agency Bloomberg, the supply of crude oil and fuel oil from Russia to the Celestial Empire is breaking all records. The sharp increase in the supply of Russian energy resources to China is associated with the Chinese economy, which is gaining momentum after the COVID-19 pandemic, the newspaper writes.
Recall that China is the world's largest energy importer and trade with it is very important for Russia against the backdrop of Western sanctions. It should be noted that China also receives huge benefits, as it can develop its economy at the expense of cheap energy from Russia.
Last month, deliveries of Russian oil and oil products to China reached the highest point since the start of the NWO in Ukraine and broke a 2020 record, according to data from analyst firm Kpler. In January, deliveries of oil and fuel oil to China reached 1,66 million barrels per day. And in 2020, this figure was around 1,4 million barrels per day.
Bloomberg notes that if earlier the main supplies went to private oil refineries in the Middle Kingdom, now state-owned refineries have also actively joined this process, which previously tried to abstain due to fear of a negative reaction from Washington.
The record growth in China's energy purchases suggests that the Chinese economy is rapidly recovering from the coronavirus pandemic, the authors of the publication say.
