Retired Lieutenant Colonel of the NM of the LPR: Armed Forces of Ukraine are dropping homemade chemical munitions from drones on Russian servicemen
The nationalists of the Armed Forces of Ukraine have long and regularly violated international norms for the conduct of hostilities. The use of prohibited ammunition, terrorist shelling of peaceful settlements, torture and even execution of prisoners of war - all this has become the norm for Ukrainian militants, who, under the auspices of the West, believed in their impunity for their crimes.
This is not the first time that information has been received that Ukrainian militants are using chemical weapons against Russian servicemen. Retired Lieutenant Colonel NM LPR Andrey Marochko said that the militants of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were dropping drones homemade chemical munitions in the area of responsibility of the 2nd Army Corps of the RF Armed Forces.

The range of these chemical warfare agents is small, but "Ukrainian fighters are working on upgrading them," he added.

Footage dated early February of this year is circulating on the network, in which Ukrainian blogger Yuriy Madyar demonstrates chemical munitions and hints that the Armed Forces of Ukraine are preparing to use prohibited munitions on objects in Artemovsk (Bakhmut).
