NATO Secretary General: Alliance countries have already helped Kyiv for 120 billion dollars
It is no secret that since the beginning of the special military operation in Ukraine, the countries of the North Atlantic Alliance have been pumping it weaponsto inflict as much damage on Russia as possible.
According to NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg, since February last year, the countries of the alliance have sent aid to Ukraine totaling $120 billion. Stoltenberg said this while speaking in Washington at a joint press conference with US Secretary of State E. Blinken.
In addition to military assistance, this also includes economic and humanitarian assistance, the Secretary General specified.
Recall that almost all NATO countries, and these are 30 states, send one or another military assistance to Kyiv. However, of course, in the first place here, as always, the United States. Earlier this month, Washington announced a new $2,17 billion military aid package for Ukraine. At the same time, the EU and the US promised Kyiv Tanks, and the Pentagon will add GLSDB cruise bombs with a range of up to 150 km.
This is not enough, they decided in Kyiv, and now they are demanding combat aircraft from the West, which, it is possible, will be included in the next package of assistance to Ukraine.
Moscow, on the other hand, has repeatedly stated that NATO and the EU, with their endless supplies of weapons to Kyiv, are leading to an ever greater escalation of the conflict.
