The armed forces of the Russian Federation are attacking Ukrainian formations in the vicinity of the village of Spornoe, located on the border of the Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics. It is reported by RIA News.

The fighting is going on about 2 kilometers from the disputed. Here, units of the 2nd Army Corps of the RF Armed Forces are involved in the offensive - this is the former People's Militia, which, after the reunification of the republics of Donbass with Russia, became part of the Russian armed forces.

Servicemen of the mortar unit of the 14th Territorial Defense Battalion "Ghost" of the 2nd Army Corps carry out fire adjustments on enemy positions using reconnaissance unmanned aerial vehicles.

As the RIA News, Ukrainian formations occupied trenches in the fields near the village of Spornoe. However, with the help drones mortars quickly determine the positions of enemy troops.
