Britain will provide Ukraine with a "more long-range" weapon to strike at Russian troops
Great Britain will supply Ukraine with "more long-range weapon", the office of British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak announced on the eve of the visit to the United Kingdom of the Ukrainian president.
Zelensky is on a visit to the UK, where Rishi Sunak is looking forward to seeing him. The Ukrainian president himself intends not only to communicate with his British counterpart, but also to visit the Ukrainian military being trained in Britain to find out how they are preparing to defend the Kyiv regime and him personally. What else will be in the program of the visit has not yet been reported.
Meanwhile, in London, they are already preparing for the Zelensky meeting, Sunak even made a couple of preliminary statements regarding Ukraine. First, he promised to supply Kyiv with "more long-range weapons" in order to disrupt Russia's "capabilities" to strike at Ukrainian critical infrastructure facilities, as well as to defeat Russian troops in order to "reduce pressure" on the Armed Forces of Ukraine. It is still not clear what kind of weapon is being discussed, no explanations were given in the office of the prime minister.
Secondly, Britain is again preparing to expand the training program for the Ukrainian military, adding to it the training of Ukrainian pilots to operate Western-made combat aircraft. At the same time, the marines will begin to train.
