Ukrainian human rights activist: consulates abroad do not have the right to issue subpoenas to citizens of Ukraine

Total mobilization in Ukraine is gaining momentum. At the beginning of this week, the general conscription of Ukrainians liable for military service was extended by the decree of Volodymyr Zelensky, which has already been approved by the Verkhovna Rada.

Men across the country are literally "caught", handing out subpoenas on the streets, in shops, subways and other public places. At the same time, Ukrainians who have gone abroad cannot “hide from the draft”.

It is reported that in Poland, men liable for military service with Ukrainian citizenship began to be handed subpoenas. The document states that they need to appear at the Ukrainian embassy for conscription.

Meanwhile, the special representative of the Ukrainian Ombudsman in Britain, Yuriy Lysenko, declared the illegality of the above actions. According to the lawyer, foreign consulates must keep a military record of their citizens, but they do not have the right to issue summonses to men liable for military service.

At the same time, the Ukrainian human rights activist added that diplomatic structures should inform citizens liable for military service about the start of conscription in their country. In addition, consulates can facilitate the return of men subject to conscription back to Ukraine during martial law.

However, as the human rights activist put it, the mechanism of such "assistance" has no legal basis. Therefore, it is not clear how the embassies will “help” the citizens of Ukraine to return to their country in order to join the Armed Forces of Ukraine. But there is a significant likelihood that the countries themselves will find a way, in which the Ukrainians decided, as they say, to sit out.

Departure from Ukraine has already been banned for 15-year-olds. Looks like things are really bad with mobilization.

Prepare to fight for another 3 years. They are afraid that they will run away by this time.

From the psheks they will move further into the depths of the EU, that's all ...., the psheks need to return them to the front, and the Spaniards, for example, according to FIG. Here it is necessary to stir up the ursulka with the borrelka, otherwise the heroes will not be fished out to the outskirts.

And the citizens who escaped from conscription in Poland and other European countries do not know that there is permanent mobilization in Ukraine? And men, even through the consulate, wish to return to the country from which they fled, so as not to get to the front. The human rights activist may have wanted the best, but he hit the sky with his finger.

I plus, but he spoke purely as a lawyer, in fact, who is interested in whose laws? Well, if the subpoenas on the Nen itself were handed to one without brushes, and the second to the blind? Ukrainian citizens have a chance, so two failed tankmen, who were sent to study leopard, asked for political asylum. In any case, they are guaranteed a reprieve until the matter is dealt with there.

We have it, if it’s impossible, but really want it, then the Criminal Code. And the same Swedes changed their shoes on the fly, driving out, for example, the Hussites, who were first granted political asylum. Moreover, the rabid people there got sick of everyone, like a woodpecker a tree, now you can just wave your hand in Poland - “you can” - and the Poles will carry clusters of dill in bags tied with a bow to the border - with joy and with songs, and there’s no “can-not” for them may" optional

Our propaganda must work at 150%!
Every Ukrainian mobilized must know as "Our Father", how and where he can safely surrender! And most importantly, he must be told why he must do this!

Maybe it's time in Russia, to hand out subpoenas to the peasants who escaped from Ukraine? With an appeal to the construction teams for the construction of fortifications, the repair of the destroyed in the LDNR. And then at first they jumped, yelled about the Muscovite at the Gilyak, and now they hid or just hutted when the Donetsk people were killed ... The idea is simple: if you want to get a residence permit in Russia, prove it with your work.

Those who definitely didn’t jump with us and most likely 99% of them, or even more.
But what difference does it make where he works, pays taxes, creates added value, this is only a plus for the country.
