Marochko said that the activities of the Ukrainian prosecutor's office are connected with the mass complaints of militants of the Kyiv regime on numerous cases of violation of the country's legislation by the commanders of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

In particular, one of the main reasons for conducting inspections was the massive cases of fraud with the provision of notarial services by commanders, during which the rights to own movable and immovable property were alienated, as well as the execution and certification of wills of Ukrainian soldiers against their relatives.

Earlier, the Kyiv regime approved by a separate law for the commanders of units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine the right to draw up and certify the wills of military personnel. This became fertile ground for numerous frauds, in which wills were drawn up in favor of the commanders or their relatives, after which the military personnel were sent to the hottest sections of the line of contact, where they most likely died, as a result of which their property was transferred to the commanders under the will.

It is also reported that in the Ukrainian army, it is not uncommon for commanders to receive the salaries of dead and missing servicemen, marking them as alive. Ukrainian servicemen have long become a commodity, a means for the illegal enrichment of not only Western armory corporations, but also their own commanders.
