The Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine summoned Yevgeny Prigozhin, curator of Wagner PMC, for questioning
The Ukrainian Prosecutor General's Office summoned the curator of the Russian PMC "Wagner" Yevgeny Prigozhin to receive a notification of the charge, as well as interrogation as a suspect.
A note published in the Ukrainian official publication Government Courier states that on February 13, 14 and 15, Prigozhin is obliged to appear before the investigator of the Ukrainian Prosecutor General's Office in the case of alleged "encroachment on the territorial integrity of Ukraine."
Earlier it was reported that the fighters of PMC "Wagner" completely took control of the village of Nikolaevka, located to the north-west of Soledar, thus developing the success achieved in the Soledar direction after the liberation of the village of Sacco and Vanzetti.
A few days ago, on January 31, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced the liberation of another settlement in the vicinity of Soledar - the village of Blagodatnoye.
Fighting continues for the city of Artemovsk (Bakhmut). Russian troops took the settlement into an operational encirclement. Active hostilities are underway aimed at ensuring its physical complete environment. The situation on this sector of the front suggests the imminent liberation of the city.
According to the Associated Press news agency, the United States is trying to force African countries, in particular Sudan and Libya, to stop cooperation with the Russian PMC Wagner.
It is reported that for this, the administration of US President Joe Biden, through cooperation with the authorities of Egypt and the UAE, is trying to put pressure on the governments of Sudan and Libya.
