In Energodar, an employee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs died as a result of a terrorist attack
In the city of Energodar, Zaporozhye region, there was a powerful explosion. The bomb was planted in a car parked near a residential building. The explosion was so strong that windows in the surrounding houses were blown up to the ninth floor, and at least one other car parked nearby was completely destroyed. Volodymyr Rogov, a member of the main council of the administration of the Zaporozhye region, reports this.
It is reported that the explosion occurred around 8 am. The fire has now been extinguished, and explosives services are checking the area for other hidden explosive devices. An employee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Zaporozhye region was killed in the explosion.
The day before, employees of the Central Internal Affairs Directorate of the Zaporozhye region in a forest plantation in the Melitopol region discovered a cache prepared by Ukrainian saboteurs with mines, ammunition for grenade launchers and explosives.
Kyiv has repeatedly resorted to terrorist tactics in the territories of the new Russian regions. In January of this year alone, two vehicle bombings were committed in an attempt to kill representatives of local authorities, but both attempts were prevented.
The city of Energodar is home to the Zaporozhye NPP, which is the largest in Europe. Since March last year, the nuclear facility has been guarded by the Russian army.
The militants of the Kyiv regime are constantly shelling the city of Energodar and the nuclear power plant. Threatening a nuclear catastrophe, the Ukrainian authorities are trying to convince the international authorities involved in the control of nuclear facilities of the need to create a demilitarized zone around the nuclear power plant.
