American expert: The purpose of Blinken's visit to Beijing is to avoid a repeat of the "Caribbean crisis"

On Sunday, February 5, US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken will pay a two-day visit to China. It is reported that during his working trip to Beijing, he will have to meet with Chinese leader Xi Jinping.

It is worth noting that if the aforementioned meeting takes place, then Blinken will become the first US Secretary of State in the last five years to hold talks with the main PRC.

In this regard, many analysts are trying to understand for what purpose the representative of the American authorities flies to China.

According to Jude Blanchett, an expert from CSIS, which he expressed in an interview with Reuters, the head of the US State Department is going to meet with Xi Jinping in order to speed up the course of the Sino-American confrontation and artificially bring its "detente" closer.

As Blanchett puts it, Blinken's goal is to avoid a repeat of the Caribbean Crisis, as was the case during the Cold War with the USSR, and bypass this scenario. Therefore, in the course of negotiations with the Chinese leader, the US Secretary of State will try to reduce the degree of tension between the countries and begin to "build the foundation" for new relations between China and the United States.

Recall that on November 15 last year, US President Joe Biden held talks with Xi Jinping on the sidelines of the G20 summit. This was the first meeting with a Chinese leader since the election of the head of the White House in 2020.

Blinken's goal is to avoid a repeat of the "Caribbean Crisis"

The goal is not to tear the navel by entering into open conflict at the same time with all those who have had time to spoil: With China, Russia and most of the Middle East.

Blinken is a hawk from the war party, it is naive to hope that he will bring peace to China, especially after his statements and graters with South Korea about the possible creation of a military bloc along the US-South Korea-Japan axis, and even with a wink to South Korea they say we can provide nuclear technology .

The Chinese comrades should have smiled sweetly at him and given him a good kick so that this bloody harbinger would fly home.
They can promise anything, but in the end it is their essence that will be deceived.

The US is not yet ready to confront China. To do this, they need to remove / poach the maximum number of third countries, build Europe and neutralize Russia as much as possible.

But China is now not ready for war with the United States. Pelosi's visit to Taiwan demonstrated this perfectly. For all the menacingness of its rhetoric, China rather gets punched in the face, wipes itself off and tries to go in from the other side than hits back. China lost the same Trump-China war more.

Both sides need, if not a truce, then a cold war and categorically do not need a hot war. They are too interdependent.

There is another version of this goal - to persuade China to closer cooperation with the US, the EU and the Anglo-Saxon world, providing more volume preferences in trade and joint production, in exchange for breaking relations with Russia and China's possible transition to the NATO bloc.
The fact that later the Yankees will scout the Chinese is not even in doubt, but now they have the main front in Ukraine and they will be ready to promise the Chinese anything they want, just to end the war in Ukraine in their favor.

Why does China need NATO? they need Taiwan, and there no one is going to return it in peace.

Why do they need Taiwan, if after that they will lose the "Mandate of Heaven" and not only Taiwan will fall off them? As it happened many times in their history.

China's problem is very simple - on this ball, only the Western world can feed them and guarantee the absence of serious unrest / a new citizen. The rest of the world (outside the EU and the US) simply does not generate even close the necessary turnover. And the Chinese have already tasted good social standards.

All right, just a couple of moments.

First, in a strange way, they are trying to persuade the Chinese to their side. Attempts to break the Chinese economy, the threat of inciting a "second Ukraine" in Taiwan... Is that how they incline? They would have merged Taiwan now - and then Comrade Xi, you see, would have thought.
However, the Nazis have the same habits always and everywhere - the students of America (of the excellent students, probably!) From Ukraine also tried to make Crimea and Donbass love themselves with shelling, terrorist attacks, water, energy and other blockades.

And secondly, the Americans are greatly mistaken, considering themselves smarter and more cunning than everyone else. Not noticing that their ears stick out further than they can see themselves. Who are they trying to fool? There are no such headless Ursuls and Olukhovs and Emmanuels in China. They have not grown and will not grow. They have at least four thousand years of statehood, and then the "young and greyhounds", the same age as our Bolshoi Theater, have come, and now everyone will be deceived. YEAH....
I myself negotiated with the Chinese. Partners are reliable, you can negotiate with them. The only thing "haram" is to try to deceive them. They don’t say anything, they don’t react in any way, they smile. But they go into a deaf defense and it is impossible to pick them out from there. I was warned in advance by good people - I did not try.
And America has a genetic trouble, by birth, that they consider themselves smarter and more arrogant than everyone else.

You have clearly been spared the "happiness" of meeting with the bandits, because this is their signature trick - first to scare the victim (we won't let you beat him up, you won't pay, we'll burn the store), and then milk him if he agrees.

Unfortunately, in China, as in Russia, there are Westerners and admirers of the Anglo-Saxon model of behavior, the Yankees know this, therefore they do not consider the Chinese smarter than themselves and play long, counting on the strangulation and subjugation of China as well as Russia.

In the 90s, with my father, all-round defense against bandos was kept in the office with two "verticals" for a day. Police at a safe distance "organized the cordon" - Waiting for someone to shoot him.
After that, no one else came.
It depends, of course, on the amount of steel in the "tomatoes", but, I think, today's China is not a "whipping boy", not Libya, to bomb it with impunity. And that's why it's not that scary.

Yes, only in China they are pressed much more significantly than in our country. Such a pro-American, dollar-based, economic bloc like ours is simply impossible in China.
The Chinese do not work for us, not for the Americans. They work for themselves. And they have their own economic model. And if someone really wants to introduce the American order in the country (in the economy or something else), then he is VERY quickly explained who he is and why he is sitting in his office chair, and not under lock and key in a cell for 50-100 people.

That's the difference between us and them. The Chinese do not let THESE come to power, but in our country they are the only ones who rule.

Or maybe they are not going to persuade China to their side, but to intimidate them with threats.
I want to clarify, do the Chinese go into defense after trying to deceive them?

Maybe I just expressed myself a little wrong.
The Chinese are leaving "in defense" - I mean that they are completely closed to dialogue, stupidly stand their ground and, if they do not achieve their goal immediately, they postpone negotiations indefinitely until their negotiating partner is ripe to accept their conditions.
And if you are on good terms with them, then they are quite open for dialogue, it is easy to negotiate with them. The main thing that they value is kindness. If you don’t be rude with them, don’t puff out your cheeks and don’t speak “through the lip”, as Americans love, then a lot can be achieved from them.
My negotiations went very well then.

But America is unlikely to be able to intimidate China. Neither money-economy, nor weapons. Break off the last teeth.

Once, a very long time ago, I won a competition by tearing a muscle in my leg during the final fight. There was no special, unbearable pain, I finished the fight with a clear victory, the judge raised his hand ... I could not go to the award ceremony even under injections, the adrenaline shock passed, the pain came. They took him away in an ambulance.

What I mean is that the United States is now in an "adrenaline shock" - everywhere they want to put their snout in, out of habit, out of inertia, they consider themselves "the most, most exceptional."
But the anguish has already occurred, something has already burst inside them very strongly. I don’t know how many Korea-Vietnam-Afghanistans America, due to its innate stupidity, needs to understand that adrenaline ends sooner or later. But what happens after that will be such a break in the pattern for them that they are unlikely to survive in their current form.

They would scatter their shit around the world in small batches They would have fought with Grenada, they would have bombed Libya and, you see, they would somehow hold the authority of the "first" among their "flock of friends".
No - it is necessary to contact Russia, it is necessary to contact China - for global purposes, for the role of "master of the world" it was drawn. So this is what they call a "muscle tear". They have already "torn their navel", as you, Andrey, said.
Only they don’t know about it yet, they don’t understand it yet, they still don’t feel pain ..

The United States will try to reduce the degree of tension between the countries and begin to "build the foundation" for new relations between China and the United States.
And do the Americans have no desire to reduce the degree of tension between the United States and Russia? Or as planned earlier - first do away with Russia and then take on China. I hope the PRC understands this well and draws appropriate conclusions.
