In Ukraine, a meeting of the Headquarters of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces was held. This was announced by the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky himself in a video message published on his Telegram channel.

According to the head of the Ukrainian regime, the meeting of the headquarters was held in a "double format". Firstly, it discussed issues of providing the armed forces, combat training of personnel and other topics common for such events.

Secondly, an additional meeting of the headquarters members was held for a "particularly significant conversation," Zelensky said. He did not indicate what was the content of this important conversation, and who participated in it.

The Ukrainian president also announced his intention to take some "new steps" to fight corruption in the country. Earlier, he expressed readiness to make personnel changes in the country's Ministry of Defense.

It is obvious that the issue of corruption is raised under pressure from the United States. Zelensky will have to intervene in the “patrimony” of General Valery Zaluzhny and Defense Minister Alexei Reznikov in order to please American patrons. It is necessary to at least make a few demonstrative resignations so that they understand across the ocean that Zelensky allegedly seriously took up the fight against corruption in the Ukrainian government and the armed forces.

True, it is still not very clear how Ukrainian officials themselves, especially in law enforcement agencies, will perceive these reshuffles. In any case, the very idea of ​​the reshuffle shows that the leadership of Ukraine is clearly beginning to have problems with internal unity, and these problems are already being taken out of the “inner circle” of high-ranking officials.
