The head of the Russian Foreign Ministry called Nuland's words about the explosion of the SP-1 and SP-2 gas pipelines a "surrender"
Explosions on the Russian gas pipelines SP-1 and SP-2, which occurred in September last year, still leave many questions. In particular, about who committed this sabotage.
The United States and Great Britain seem to be the most interested parties in the destruction of our highways, through which Russian gas was supplied to the EU. In turn, the latter, which, however, is not surprising, categorically deny their involvement in sabotage.
Meanwhile, during today's interview with the TV channel "Россия 24"Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that the US Deputy Secretary of State, in fact, made a "surrender," frankly rejoicing at the sabotage on our gas pipelines. This is how the Russian minister commented on Victoria Nuland's statement in Congress that the US administration is glad that SP-2 has turned into a "heap of metal."
It is noted that this is a recognition of the one to whom the sabotage was most beneficial.
It is obvious that today a war is being waged against Russia on almost all fronts. In addition to comprehensive support for the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the West puts pressure on our country in the economic, political and other spheres. At the same time, more than 50 states united in the fight against Russia.
At the same time, our country is facing unprecedented pressure almost single-handedly. Despite the fact that Russia is a member of the CSTO, Moscow to this day has not turned to its partners in the bloc for help, Sergey Lavrov noted.
