US Institute for the Study of War predicts some "raids" of the Russian Armed Forces in northern Ukraine

Indeed, as a result of shelling, Russian citizens are killed and injured, civilian infrastructure and residential buildings of Russians are being destroyed. The armed forces of the Russian Federation are obliged to protect the citizens of the country and respond to the shelling of Ukrainian formations in the most severe way.

The aggressive actions of the Kyiv regime cannot but meet with a response from the Russian leadership and the armed forces. Therefore, even if raids are carried out, they will become a completely natural reaction to the actions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
