Head of the Federal Air Transport Agency: More than 180 foreign-made aircraft are transferred to Russian jurisdiction

The head of the Federal Air Transport Agency, Alexander Neradko, announced that more than 180 foreign-made aircraft are moving into Russian jurisdiction. As the head of the federal air transport agency specified, all these aircraft, served by Russian airlines, were deregistered in Bermuda and Ireland. The reason for this, he called Western sanctions against the Russian aviation industry.

According to the official, the abolition of the so-called "double registration" continues.

Here is how he commented on further steps in this direction in an interview RBC:

Airlines have already started this work as they are interested in speeding up this process.

It should be noted that before the start of the special operation, as a result of which the European Union imposed a ban on the supply of aircraft parts to Russia and flights to the EU countries, Russian carriers had about 800 aircraft at their disposal, mainly Airbus and Boeing with foreign registration (768 in Bermuda, and 37 more in Ireland). In mid-March last year, these countries decided to suspend their airworthiness certificates for carriers from the Russian Federation. Soon, Russian President Vladimir Putin decided to register in Russia the rights to foreign aircraft under lease. All these measures contributed to reducing the risk of their arrest abroad. Due to the refusal of the authorities of Bermuda and Ireland to remove them from their registers, other countries, including Turkey, followed suit.

The authorities of these countries [Bermuda and Ireland] have made politically motivated decisions that are not in line with international practice. Restrictions were introduced by them without any discussion. But this is a matter of economics, since the leadership of these countries will still have to remove the registration if the lessor makes an appropriate decision on this issue.

– said Neradko.

Also, according to him, over the past year, Rosaviatsiya conducted an inspection of the technical condition of 647 aircraft registered in the Russian register, while airworthiness certificates were approved for almost 600 of them. As for the rest, according to the official, they will also be issued certificates after undergoing maintenance and repair.

This is not the Federal Air Transport Agency, but was a requirement of the lessor, including for passing a certified MOT of the aircraft.

First they ruined the aviation industry, now they are trying to convince everyone that everything is fine ...
Damn, they complain that the Bermudas refused them, well, well. They bought imports, now they don’t know how to dodge. Own certification is domestic flights. And even then - there are planes, but there are no spare parts. And every time they refer to China, they say "foreign countries will help us," of course.)

        And why is she here?

Come from the basics laughing The British, carried away by Mackinder's theory of the Heartland, unleashed two world wars, gaping their mouths at the exorbitant, and destroyed the British Empire. In addition to the fall of the Reich and Imperial Japan, the British Empire also grunted as a result of World War II. Moreover, the USSR and the USA conspired and "helped" her. But the treacherous British laid mines, like a flood after us. This is how India and Pakistan were divided, leaving the Muslim enclaves to the Hindus, and the Hindu Muslims, they also attributed Bengal to Pakistan, divided Arabia and the Middle East so that the Shiite majority was under the rule of the Sunni minority, etc. They left religious and ethnic contradictions, resulting in tens of millions of victims . But it was the greatest politician of the 20th century - Elizabeth who was able to mold the British Commonwealth from the former colonies, remained, allegedly the nominal head of Australia, Canada, etc. And she stuffed half a hundred new countries into the UN, such as islands with a population of several thousand simple-minded natives. Only the voice at the UN General Assembly of such an island is equal to the voice of one and a half billion and nuclear India or China. Naturally, they vote as British advisers advise, and the permanent representative of such an island has an account in a British bank and a villa in London. Well, at least the General Assembly does not really decide anything, but the Security Council runs everything. And the world economy, although it went to the United States, but thanks to the creation of offshore companies ... on the same islands. Britain was no longer able to receive a walrus, but still a percentage. And these islands were flooded with companies and bigwigs, hiding from taxes and duties from all countries. And so the vast majority of ships and aircraft, including ... domestic transportation, ended up under the flags of convenience of these islands. Even the Americans were taken aback by such impudence and began to create their own offshore companies. And the ingenious Lisa recreated the Empire, as if symbolic, but connected by politics and economics. And for the attempt on the British island, regardless of the losses, they hung Argentina. Like, don’t touch the islands, half of them are offshore and it doesn’t matter if there was one in the Falklands or not. Together with British Petroleum, Shel and other trances, Liza had both money and influence on the world, no worse than the United States, and taking into account the lobby within the United States of the same neocons and the Rothschild banks and Co., she probably ruled the Hegemon. But decay defeated her, the heir is infantile, mentally retarded, and even rear-wheel drive. Looks like the whole structure is about to collapse. It has already begun to fall and, together with the dollar, will go to Hell for Lisa.

It's honestly nice to hear that we have understanding people who know about Harland and then know that Britain has been our enemy for 300 years!
I do not agree that the prince will ruin everything there, I think there is another aristocracy in charge of everything.
Ps. I shake your hand. I wish we had more people that they know at least about Hartand and that the British Empire has been dreaming of capturing it for 200 years.

where did he go? this blah-yula-blah has been divorced for almost 20 years ... The Superjet has been produced since 2007. even then they said that the path chosen by the authorities is disastrous. but who would listen to them??? they killed the Tu line, they killed the ILs under the sweet broadcasts of the mustachioed Poghosyan ... then they said that the Superjet was in fact the same imported aircraft, only locally assembled. but we needed international cooperation ... now, after 15 years, a decision has been made to produce now hopelessly outdated carcasses ... the same thing with the MS-21, which should have been flying for a long time, but it turned out that the insidious "Western partners" abandoned international cooperation...

Now it turns out that we really don’t have any engines, no avionics, no electronics ...

oh who did it??? but Putin is delirious about some hundreds and a thousand planes ... if only they are stuck on him from newspapers ... and at the same time cars too ... because somehow it turned out that all these pseudo-Russian Toyotas, Renaults and other Volkswagens in one the moment they turned out to be non-Russian ... that's surprising ... who would have thought ... after all, our general staffs are not fools ...

It may be that you really don’t have any engines, no avionics, no electronics. In order to do even Toyota and the rest, first it was necessary to teach people how to work on modern product lines, a complete package of the production process, from safety precautions to quality control. Aircraft are being made and will be produced in our country, despite the sanctions

PD-14 went through all this and has all international certificates. And already having experience in PD-14, you need to go through the same thing for PD-35 (PD-38 in the case of IL-96-400M). Another thing is that they can simply be banned from flying aircraft as sanctions. They say we won’t allow it, that’s all, even if according to all the rules everything will be normal.

I want to remind you that the Irish company took the Superjet 100 and tried to fly them. and no one bothered her to land ... but the valiant "superjet" take off with their unique craving for the complete absence of maintenance of their aircraft and disruptions in all terms of supply of spare parts completely interfered ... and as a result, the Irish abandoned these aircraft

and in the current conditions, they won’t let “Russian” Boeings into European airports because of sanctions, that Carcasses ... only if Russia continues to sit and wait for “international cooperation”, then it will lose civilian skies forever.

while we were given such a pendel, we need to start investing in science and aircraft engineering (and not only). And at the same time learn to value customers ...

In general, for our entrepreneurs, the tax authorities, the Duma, and just any statesman, the ultimate dream was, and still is, trading for currency. The whole structure of the state is built with an emphasis on selling anything for currency and buying for currency. Any rollback from a transaction is much more pleasant to receive in foreign currency, but what to do with the ruble? It’s better to give the ruble to suckers in the form of a salary, and it’s easy to get it, once again collapsed the ruble, sold the currency and filled the budget out of thin air ... you don’t need to work or develop anything, and you don’t even need to think.

Did you read the text? Or overlooked? It doesn’t register, but registered, and by the way, do you know what leasing is in general and in particular aircraft ?, there is such a practice of registering aircraft that are leased and many companies in the world, in particular Turkey, are or have been engaged in this practice. A leased aircraft is not your aircraft, you borrowed it and the company from which you borrowed it and maintains it and the lessors set the rules, and since such companies are foreign, what are you wondering about, some Cayman Islands. You still ask why the lion's share of ships in the world belongs to some small Panama?

Did you read the text? Or overlooked?

I'm afraid that you don't really understand this. Or rather, you take the word of that nonsense that the representatives of the Federal Air Transport Agency tell you. Yes, you register aircraft anywhere - there is no problem here. They just can't fly. Because the manufacturers that transfer the aircraft under a leasing agreement, when concluding agreements, support registration (and most importantly - safety certificates) in two places - in Ireland and Bermuda. Regular maintenance is important for the aircraft, which the leasing companies require to be carried out according to the certificates issued in these two places. I don't know if Turkey registers planes with itself. But if she does this, it is because the well-adjusted Turks defended the interests of their country even when concluding contracts with the lessee. What representatives of the Federal Air Transport Agency did not do (including because they wanted to fly to the UK on business trips).

and the rules are set by lessors

Of course he defends. They are not stupid people, so as not to observe their interests. But who prevents the lessee from defending his interests? Disagree - slammed the door and left for another company. There are many people who want to lease planes. But there are far fewer of those who want to lease aircraft. Therefore, in this case, the lessee, and not the lessor, should dictate the terms of the leasing agreement.

Half of these planes have become scrap metal, as there is cannibalism for spare parts. The West does not sell spare parts.
And it is dangerous to fly on non-certified aircraft with counterfeit parts and non-updated software.

And it's dangerous to fly on non-certified planes

It's not dangerous to fly them. If our maintenance is carried out normally, then it is no more dangerous than on aircraft with Bermuda registration. You used to fly on planes sometimes produced in the 70s, you just didn’t know about it - so you didn’t worry. Yes, and before they removed a spare part from one aircraft and put it on another, if necessary - you just didn’t know about it. And now all this hype associated with a very big mistake on the part of the Federal Air Transport Agency simply creates unnecessary panic.
The problem is something else - that these planes will be able to fly only within Russia, and at best - to those countries with which there will be tacit agreements (but already at the level of the government, and not the Federal Air Transport Agency).
