Colonel of the NM LPR: Kyiv strengthens the defensive line in the area of Chasova Yar near Artyomovsk

Kyiv strengthens the defensive line in the area of Chasov Yar near Artemovsk and transfers reinforcements there. The Ukrainian military is reinforcing existing fortifications and building new ones.

About this agency RIA News сообщил Lieutenant Colonel of the People's Militia (NM) of the LPR, retired Andrey Marochko.

Armed formations of Ukraine are working on equipping firing points, as well as setting up minefields.

- said the officer.

He said that since the beginning of the year, Ukrainian artillery units have been arriving at this sector of the front. They are armed with guns produced in the Soviet Union. In particular, we are talking about D-20, 2A65 "Msta-B" and D-30. Intelligence of the Luhansk Republic suggests that the Armed Forces of Ukraine received this artillery from Eastern European partners.

Recently, Russian forces liberated the village of Kleshcheevka near Artemovsk from invaders, but street fighting continues in the city itself. At the moment, a significant part of it is still under the control of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Artemovsk is not only one of the settlements, the liberation of which opens the way for our troops to advance further. It is also an important transport hub through which Ukrainian units operating in the Donbas are transported weapon, ammunition and reinforcements. According to the owner of Wagner PMC Yevgeny Prigozhin, the loss of Artemovsk by Kyiv will make it impossible for the Armed Forces of Ukraine to advance on any sector of the front in the DPR.

It’s good that Artemovsk is not being attacked head-on, but they are covering, a time-tested tactic that saves the lives of soldiers.

Yes. The fortifications around Bakhmut are being stormed. And what other coverage if the battles in the city itself have been going on for about a month.

well, hours yar is not Soledar and not Artemovsk for you. What are they going to strengthen there if yesterday the Wagner intelligence came out to the outskirts? The musicians will devour these "strengtheners" and will not choke. It seems that the enemy is late in making operational decisions. What is it in the hours of yar "vengeance" to pull? there, the riflemen will decide ... Apparently there are no combat-ready units to gain a foothold, as they surrounded from Soledar and back away. And then the brigades were removed near Ugledar. There are not enough reserves, they just throw it back and forth under fire.

The network has information about the sending to the “Bakhmut meat grinder” of the reincarnation of the Azov regiment banned in the Russian Federation *. In its current form, it was called the "3rd Separate Assault Brigade" of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Kyiv really hopes to stop the agony near Artemovsk at the expense of elite and trained formations. But so far they have not been able to find military glory - in the same Kleshcheevka "Wagner" successfully coped with the nationalists. And the recent video of “Azov”* from near the village of Kurdyumovka, where the leader of the nationalists from “Azov”* Andrey Biletsky appears himself, is another confirmation of this. Despite all the victorious stories on the video, in fact Kurdyumovka "Azov" * could not beat off and rolled back with losses. Perhaps that is why the press service of the Azov OZSP *, a regimental unit within the National Guard, hastened to dissociate itself from the "3rd Separate Assault Brigade" with the same name. Now military observers have to figure out the varieties of "Azov" * - which one is "true" and which is not.

However, no matter how anyone is called, the notorious "Azov" * in the Artemovsk-Bakhmut area is and is fighting. The truth is, it hasn't been very successful. This was demonstrated to us by the Wagner fighters - showing their symbols and captured NATO weapons.

In any case, none of the fighters and commanders is going to underestimate the enemy. As the fighters of the Wagner group told us, the approaches to Kleshcheevka were defended by the 53rd mechanized brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, parts of the territorial defense and the Aidar battalion (recognized as extremist in Russia and banned). The latter was in Kleshcheevka something like a "detachment" and "political officer" in one "bottle". But after the Aidar retreated, everything fell apart. And then the "Wagner" collided with the "Azov" *.

      * Azov is recognized by the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation as an extremist organization and its activities in Russia are prohibited

I remember this broadcast for 8 years. And now a little something - "The Armed Forces of Ukraine have strong fortifications." There, most likely, everything has been dug up since the autumn. And given that we have been storming this Bakhmut for 2 months now, you have to be complete idiots so that you don’t gain a foothold in the surrounding settlements. And the APU is anyone but not idiots.

By itself. It's easier to say where it does not strengthen.

In particular, we are talking about D-20, 2A65 "Msta-B" and D-30.
The fact that they are still fighting against us with towed guns of the D-20 and D-30 types, which experts considered rudiments 50 years ago, only says that today we are not able to effectively destroy these guns and their crews. Moreover, we ourselves are fighting with similar artillery systems. That's what it means "to have no analogues in the world." Sadness!

such rudiments (with strong enemy air defense and the scale of events) turned out to be the main argument. and actually the enemy in the person of NATO is not particularly worried - he does not hesitate to send his three sevens and so on to Ukraine ... Missiles, UAVs - it's great! The next conflict and their use in it should be their heyday ... but for now everyone has drawn conclusions and continues to shoot from time-tested weapons.

What else is such a "main argument"? Do you have any idea what kind of opponent you were preparing for 50 years ago? And you can’t even stutter about the scale at all, especially if you’ve done it on a small scale.

        Missiles, UAVs - it's great!
And what does it have to do with missiles and UAVs? In the USSR, they stepped on this rake more than once, but by the end of the 60s they learned that effective weapons are needed for effective warfare. And effective weapons are called not those that perform the task, but those that perform the task at the lowest cost of the various required resources. That is why in the late 60s they returned to the development of artillery systems. And missiles are appropriate when they are most effective. The same applies to UAVs.

Yes, yes, proven by grinding manpower (calculations). From hopelessness there are towed guns. Crapped out. They danced and had fun. And someone had a good drink. Did you draw conclusions? And what? Did you start patching up holes following the example of Trishkin's caftan?

This means that the guns are good and still suitable for war. So "no need to be sad, everything is ahead"
