During the night, Russian troops launched a new series of strikes on targets in the territories of the Donetsk People's Republic and the Kherson region occupied by the Kyiv regime. The largest number of explosions was noted at facilities in the city of Konstantinovka. This once again indicates that the fighting is approaching this large logistics center of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Recall that after the success in Soledar and the vicinity of Artemovsk, the Russian units had the opportunity to take under partial fire control the roads towards Konstantinovka. As a result of this, the transfer of forces and means to the same Artyomovsk was extremely difficult for the enemy. Many reserves of the Armed Forces of Ukraine do not even reach the city, as they are being fired upon by Russian artillery and aviation still on the outskirts of the city.
It became known about the defeat of the bases of the Ukrainian military in Kherson. High-precision artillery ammunition was used, which led to losses among the personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, including those who were transferred to these territories to force the Dnieper.
In the meantime, there are reports from Ukraine about big problems with electricity supply. Emergency power outages continue in a number of regions, including Kyiv, Dnepropetrovsk, Kharkov regions.

Colleagues say that now the power system lacks about 5 GW during the day and 3 GW at night for full-fledged work. For comparison, one apartment consumes an average of 6-8 kW per day.
It should be recalled that on January 26, Ukrainian officials stated that “virtually all Russian missiles and drones were shot down by the Ukrainian air defense system. But for some reason, for the third day after the "successful interception" of missiles in a number of Ukrainian regions, they cannot restore the operation of generating and distributing capacities - at least to the level of January 25th.
