Advisor to the Acting Head of the DPR: Russian soldiers are clearing summer cottages in the south of Ugledar

Currently, the Russian armed forces are already fighting in Ugledar and are cleaning up the dacha sector in the southern part of the city. This was announced by Jan Gagin, Advisor to the Acting Head of the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) Denis Pushilin.

Earlier it became known that Russian troops approached Ugledar, and then entered its outskirts. The Ukrainian command was also forced to recognize the difficult situation in Vuhledar.

Now our storm troopers are cleaning up summer cottages in the south of Ugledar. The battle is serious, the enemy bites

- Gagin said in an interview with TASS.

Also, the Russian military was able to block the Pokrovsk-Ugledar highway. Having taken positions on the outskirts of the city, the RF Armed Forces are engaged in fierce battles with the Ukrainian formations defending Vuhledar. The Armed Forces of Ukraine, in turn, are trying to counterattack in order to cut off the advancing units of the Russian troops.

The release of Vuhledar is necessary in order to cut off the supply of ammunition to the AFU grouping in Marinka, which is still defending part of this settlement. The loss of another important component of the fortified line of the Armed Forces of Ukraine will also have a corresponding moral and psychological impact on the Ukrainian military personnel and command.

In addition, the establishment of control over Vuhledar will secure the direction towards Mariupol and will allow more active movement towards that part of the Zaporozhye region, which is still controlled by Ukrainian formations.

They are cleaning it, which means that the line of contact has gone at least a couple or three kilometers.

What a couple of three kilometers, if Ugledar itself is only 1,5 km by 2 km?

Vuhledar, when viewed from Google, is an urban-type settlement. You correctly indicated the dimensions, this "town" with Khrushchevs is smaller than the village of Pavlovka, which is southwest of Ugledar. On the northern part of Ugledar is a barrier of many buildings that look like garages. The whole town is surrounded by now bare fields. It is difficult to imagine how assault groups approached this fortress.

Probably under the cover of a massive artillery raid.

They would have already decided who should inform society about the situation on the fronts, directions, sectors, otherwise there are somehow a lot of "communicators".

It's been almost a year since we decided. The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation provides official information on the course of the SVO.

Well then, not official infa from the Moscow Region, but from Izvestia:
The Russian military began to work on enemy targets with improved Tornado-S ammunition. The newest missile hit a strategic facility near Artemovsk.
According to Izvestia, the "Russian HIMARS", as they are called, are highly accurate due to the possibility of adjustment and the use of a stabilizing parachute.
The explosion took place in the industrial zone of the city, where a large railway junction is located, as well as a refractory plant workshop. Accurate information about the destruction has not yet been received.

With a parachute? Then they most likely used Tornado-G. Only Tornado-G has rockets with a parachute. The journalists probably got it wrong again.

Is there a conversation about a new charge in my opinion? Parachute to stabilize the missile on the target, air blast

Good joke! laughing Especially after incidents with unverified facts: such as suppressed air defense, dominance in the sky, after which our aircraft cannot fly to enemy depths and every day we continue to shoot down enemy aircraft.

I am not kidding. Only the MoD provides official information, it is strange that you did not know about it.

Official - yes, but to consider what they voice as a source of information is very loudly said. lol

As I guess, as part of the information work of the RF Ministry of Defense, it is not only reporting to society about the latest events at the front, and Konashenkov does not say what came to his mind before recording. There is no need to interfere with the military and special services to do their job.

Then all the rest of their news comments should be announced only after the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

Oh those advisers! They rush to report, and then deflate when their words are not confirmed. It would be better if they spoke after the fact, after the enemy began to pinch somewhere else.

The population of Ugledar was 3.5 times more than in Pavlovka, which means more buildings (places of residence).
