Sukhoi Sukhoi Su-35 aircraft links its immediate future on the global fighter market. This machine should take place between the Su-30MK and the fifth generation fighter.

The bulk of Su-35 export deliveries is projected for the 2013-2020 period.

Deliveries of Su-35 for export are planned to the countries of Southeast Asia, Africa, the Middle East and South America. Among the first possible buyers of the Su-35 should be noted Libya, China and Venezuela.

In particular, a preliminary agreement was reached with Libya on the purchase of X-NUMX Su-12 fighters. With Venezuela, negotiations are underway for the supply of 35 Su-24.

As expected, the prospects for China’s purchases of Su-35 multi-role fighters will become clearer following the meeting of the Russian-Chinese intergovernmental commission on military-technical cooperation, which is scheduled for the end of the first decade of November.

For the first time, the substantive interest of the Chinese side to the Su-35 was displayed at the MAKS-2007 showroom. Several Chinese delegations visited the Sukhoi AHK stand to clarify the technical parameters of the fighter. At the same time, it was reported that the parties had begun a preliminary study of questions on plans for the possible supply of Su-35 to China. It was noted that, at least in the foreseeable future, the Chinese aircraft industry will not be able to create a Su-35 class combat aircraft.

During the Airshow China-2008 air show, Commander-in-Chief of the PLA Air Force, Colonel-General Xu Qiliang, at the Sukhoi stand, familiarized himself with the capabilities of the Su-35 fighter. The commander was interested in the range of the fighter, standard weapons, avionics. Xu Qiliang highly appreciated the combat capabilities and flight performance of the aircraft.

Sukhoi plans to produce more than 2020 Su-200 multi-role fighters by the 35 year. This aircraft will prepare the foundation for potential customers to enable operation of the fifth generation fighter.

Obviously, not all potential customers who are armed with 3-th and 4-th aircraft will immediately make a choice in favor of the 5-generation airline complexes, since they are very difficult to operate. To master them, a transitional product is needed, the role of which is performed by the Su-35.

According to TSAMTO, Algiers (35-12 units), Venezuela (24 units), Egypt (24-12 units), China (up to 24 units), Libya (48-12 units) can become possible customers of Su-24 .), Syria (24 units) and several other countries.

Su-35 is a deeply modernized super-maneuverable multi-generation 4 ++ fighter. It uses the technology of the fifth generation, providing superiority over fighters of a similar class. Distinctive features of the aircraft are a new avionics complex based on a digital information control system, an integrated on-board equipment system, a new radar station with a phased antenna array with a large range of airborne targets with an increased number of simultaneously followed and fired targets (30 tracking and 8 attack air targets, as well as tracking four and attacking two ground targets), new engines with increased thrust and swivel thrust vector.

Su-35 has a wide range of weapons of long, medium and short range. Capable of being driven aviation anti-radar weapons (ASA), anti-ship, general purpose, adjustable bombs (ACS), as well as unguided ASA. The radar visibility of a fighter compared to fourth-generation aircraft has been reduced several times due to the electrically conductive coating of the cockpit lantern, the application of radar absorbing coatings and a reduced number of protruding sensors. The resource of the aircraft is 6 thousand flight hours, the service life is 30 years, the assigned resource of engines with a controlled nozzle is 4 thousand hours.

Serial deliveries to the Russian Air Force are scheduled to begin in 2011. Work on the implementation of the state contract for the supply of the RF Ministry of Defense signed up to the MAKS-2009 salon before the 2015 of the year 48 Su-35С multifunctional fighters began in the fall of 2009 of the Aviation Production Association of the Komsomolsk-on-Amur holding. Y.A. Gagarin (KnAAPO).

During this time, in accordance with the approved schedule, the production of parts and components was organized, contracts were signed with subcontractors for the supply of necessary components, mechanisms and equipment. In the assembly and assembly shops of the plant, the detachable part of the aircraft wing was assembled, piping systems were assembled and the fuselage tail sections were joined, work was done on the volume of the head part of the fuselage. As of early October 2010, the first production vehicle was in the final assembly shop and was being prepared for transfer to KnAAPO in the flight test workshop.

The transfer of the first serial Su-35С to the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation is to take place at the end of this year.
