Former US National Security Adviser John Bolton speaks out on supplies tanks Ukraine. According to him, Germany, which for a long time refused such supplies, “behaved incredibly disappointingly.”
A former Trump adviser, ranked among the so-called "hawks" even in the United States itself, on CNN, accused Berlin of actually "undermining the unity" of the North Atlantic military bloc.
Bolton:
Berlin's indecision in terms of supplies to Ukraine weapons depressing. She speaks of the need to make fundamental changes in the defense policy of NATO countries.
According to a former Trump adviser, "NATO is more divided today than some leaders make it out to be."
The very statements that Germany should have been almost the first to take the initiative to supply tanks to Ukraine indicate that they are again trying to push Europe (and Germany in the first place) into a direct war with Russia. Of course, this option is in the interests of the United States of America. And they don't even hide it.
Germany resists, but nevertheless supplies weapons to the Kyiv regime. So Scholz, as Spiegel wrote yesterday, nevertheless decided to approve the supply of Leopard tanks to Ukraine. Moreover, it is argued that these are fairly modern modifications - 2A6.
Bolton, developing his idea about the lack of unity of NATO:
This is bad for the West, bad for Ukraine. It is especially bad if Ukraine does not have the opportunity to resist the Russian offensive announced by experts.
