New Malopolska: plans to annex the west of Ukraine

shameful words

In the first ten days of the special military operation, Poland had urges to enter the territory of Western Ukraine. This was stated by a member of the European Parliament, former chief of Polish diplomacy Radoslaw Sikorski. It happened on the air of radio Zet, and the wrath of the Polish leadership fell upon the unfortunate politician. Mateusz Morawiecki, head of government, said:

“The statement of Radoslav Sikorsky is no different from Russian propaganda. The former foreign minister must weigh words. I expect these shameful statements to be disavowed. I call on the opposition to retract Radoslav Sikorski's statement."

Sikorsky is unlikely to give up his words - after all, a member of the European Parliament should not do this. Only one thing is not clear - what are the Poles really so ashamed of. From the point of view of military logic, Warsaw did not have much room to maneuver in the event of the success of the Russian NMD. If Kyiv had fallen in February-March, then the “denazification and demilitarization” of Western Ukraine would have taken place in a matter of months, if not weeks.

And then Poland would have received Russian troops on its borders - and this always annoyed Warsaw. The entry of troops into the Lviv, Volyn, Ivano-Frankivsk and Transcarpathian regions under the auspices of NATO or with the sanction of the alliance would allow Warsaw to create a buffer gray zone. But Russia's lightning offensive failed, and Poland temporarily shelved plans for annexation. And at the same time, the prospects for a direct military clash with a nuclear power.

Sikorsky is not the first time excites the European public with provocative statements.

Thank you USA

- this is how the politician commented on the undermining of the branches of the Nord Stream gas pipelines last fall.

Radoslav clearly knows how to express himself and does it very skillfully. Some commentators accused the former diplomat of sympathy for Russia, but this is absolutely not the case. Sikorsky, a typical Russophobe, weighed down by the myths of his ancestors, is not shy in expressions:

“You didn’t orphan us, because you were more likely not our daddy, but a serial rapist. That's why we don't miss you. If you decide to try again, you'll get kicked in the balls."

This is in response to Sergey Lavrov's words about NATO as a "geopolitical project for the development of ownerless territories after the collapse of the Warsaw Pact."

And now, "shameful words" about the upcoming annexation of Western Ukraine last spring. However, why only in the spring?

At present, there is no reason to doubt Warsaw's territorial claims to its former eastern territories. The concept of "New Małopolska", only on a much larger scale, is becoming more and more tangible.

Recall that under the terms of the Riga Peace Treaty in 1923, Poland received Western Ukraine under its control. No one was going to stand on ceremony with the Ukrainians - at best they became Polonized, at worst they were simply expelled. And now a considerable part of the Polish population is broadcasting the point of view:

"Western Ukraine as part of Poland, but without Ukrainians".

From 1923 to 1939, Eastern Galicia, which consisted of three voivodeships - Lvov, Tarnopol and Stanislav, was called Eastern Lesser Poland. Less than a hundred years have passed, and the Poles are ready to take revenge.

Eastern Lesser Poland 2.0

The situation is developing according to the Polish scenario.

Simply put, Warsaw will be satisfied with any option for ending the special military operation.

The first option is a peace treaty on Russian terms. In this case, the liberated new regions will presumably pass to Russia, and Kyiv will consolidate its neutrality and fall into total dependence on the West. The figures speak for themselves - Ukraine's GDP fell by almost a third last year, and this year the degradation will only worsen.

A special military operation costs Kyiv very dearly. Damage or destruction of infrastructure facilities is equivalent to 85 percent of GDP. This is a gigantic financial hole from which the Zelensky team cannot get out on their own. Russia has liberated regions that are important in terms of financial return, the country has lost a strategic outlet to the Sea of Azov. It remains only to cut off Ukraine from the Black Sea coast, and then the international significance of the state will finally approach zero.

Incidentally, this is precisely why the Kiev leadership is seriously nurturing the idea of a breakthrough into the Crimea. The main goal is to deprive Russia of the ports of the peninsula, and hence a significant part of international trade logistics. Naturally, Zelensky expects to use Crimea in the post-war recovery of the country's economy. The utopian fantasies of the Kyiv regime once again emphasize the severity of the current situation.

Radoslav Sikorsky is a provocateur and troublemaker in Europe. But some words of the hero are worth listening to. Source: wikipedia.org

A potential peace treaty on the Kremlin's terms would automatically launch a program to recover money spent on Ukraine.

Western creditors have never forgiven anyone's debts. Especially those gigantic ones. The West poured more than $126 billion into Ukraine last year, which is 97 percent of the country's GDP. In any case, this money will have to be returned. This can be done not at the expense of Ukraine in only one case - if Russia publicly capitulates and agrees to pay reparations.

In all other options, the Ukrainian people will pay. The question is what? Will have to give territory in the west of the country. This will be a new international precedent, but Warsaw is already mentally prepared for it. According to the Foreign Intelligence Service of the Russian Federation, the Poles are now diligently preparing justifications for the peaceful (or not so) return of three regions of Ukraine. No one will wait decades for Kyiv to hand over tens of billions of dollars. Poland, by the way, has not invested much in the defense of the Kyiv regime, but the support of the United States does amazing things.

In fact, Warsaw now not only broadcasts the opinion of a big host for the European public, but also allows itself to shout at the recent leader of the EU - Germany. The tacit approval of Washington will make it easy and simple to turn the west of Ukraine into a "New Lesser Poland". It seems that most of the local Ukrainians will not mind at all - even without annexation, they actually worked for the Poles. And now the work will come to them in the house.

Poland can play a financial card according to the following scheme. The territories come under the jurisdiction of Warsaw in exchange for the payment of Ukrainian debts. "You give us land, and we pay the Americans and the British for you." Eastern Galicia may not be annexed, but declared transferred to Poland under a lease or temporary use agreement. They will build a popular plebiscite of the remaining Ukraine, approving the rejection of the lands, and a massive propaganda attack on the population. The legal grounds are potentially very broad, but there will be only one way out - "New Malopolska" will finally become part of Poland.

The second scenario, according to which the Polish Tanks end up in Ukraine - this is a swift Russian offensive and the associated degradation of Ukrainian statehood.

Here Warsaw will no longer be up to the return of debts. To have time to form a buffer zone from the Russian armed forces in time. Now in the west of the country there are actually no units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, only the remnants of the territorial defense, and training camps for the training of the mobilized. It will not be difficult for the Poles to enter their new territories even by force.

With such a development of events, the main question remains - what Russia will do with the "New Malopolska" under its side. Formally, this is not NATO territory, which threatens the world with a new, much more severe military crisis. The Russian army will then have a formal reason to attack the forces of the alliance without fear of the consequences of the sixth article of NATO.

Watercresses are already a persistent obsession of the Poles - a classic example of when you both want and prick ... And there - even though the grass does not grow - you can’t turn on the reverse gear, since will not understand, and go ahead - well, it is very fraught with losses of what is already there. So they suffer, poor fellows, at a crossroads ...

In my opinion, the future of Ukraine as a state is put to rest. With such a debt, it is doubtful that she will be taken to Europe. Who needs such a weight. Ukraine is also not needed as part of Russia. Pay for what the West has invested in it? Therefore, the outskirts will become part of Russia not as a state, but as regions of Russia. Such a return to the time of RI. If there remains a piece called Ukraine, then economically it will actually be someone's territory. This piece will never recoup loans. In addition, Zelensky and Zaluzhny are very effectively clearing the territory of the population. The territory is clearly preparing for surrender without the local Indians. And it is not being prepared for surrender in the interests of Russia. Apparently there are those who need this territory. The question is within what boundaries will there be a bargain for the territory free from the population? And who will take part in the division of the territory? There, in addition to the Poles, other applicants can also appear. And the whole outskirts may not go to Russia.

And do we need it? Yeah, let's take this bastard. They still have to denify the population later. Since true Ukrainians do not like Poles a little less than Russians.

To begin with, we would have to completely liberate the Donbass and fight off the Leopards ..

The enemy needs to be beaten now, and not to argue what is not and what is needed ... The enemy should not be given the opportunity to prepare, accumulate resources, mobilize and restructure.
You need to hit now, and very hard ...
Do not forget we are opposed by a billion, financially and technically superior to us ...

Western Ukraine was a constant headache for the leadership of the country and the republic during the time of the Union. How many years did Bandera hide in the forests? And they were not finally defeated, although they undoubtedly suffered sensitive losses, but the grains of hatred for everything not "independent" were successfully preserved there.
I do not think that the Poles will be very delighted if, for example, night marches with torches and portraits of Bandera and Shukhevych take place on their territories. They will clean up this area quickly and as hard as possible. They have experience in...

On “VO” it should be clear who is breathing with what (flags in the profile picture) and who is furiously “cutting sticks” (the ability to see supporters and the opposite side by clicking on the corresponding symbol).
As for the Kiselyovs and Solovyovs, they have chosen a place for themselves. Solovyov has already become known as a clown, diligently portraying Scholz and Zelensky.
At VO there are enough of those who are friends with logic, love the Russian language and do not break their hats to the authorities.

"Western Ukraine as part of Poland, but without Ukrainians".
This is what the Ukrainians should have understood looking at how their president hugged Duda, whose face showed that these were forced hugs solely from the political and mercantile interests of Poland.

Why broadcast our Wishlist. Nobody will grab anything. Only if the Ukrainians are evicted, as the Poles did after the war, Bandera is indestructible, only if the carrier is removed. Yes, at first it will swallow, but then it will crawl out sooner or later. But the Poles can send troops and we won’t do anything, it’s not our reaction that restrains them, but the content of the group and what to do next.

The next children's Wishlist - now Poland will attack Ukraine and the Ukrainians will immediately understand how good we really are and our problems will be solved by themselves.

And the reality is that Poland has been outlined not for a miserable piece, but for the whole pie. Knock us out on the borders of 91 and annex Ukraine not by military means, but by economic means.

      Quote from Gromit
Kick us out on the borders of 91 and annex Ukraine not by military means, but by economic means.

It is quite obvious that both sides will seek at least close cooperation. Poland + Ukraine together are already at least comparable in population and economy with the Russian Federation. And in military terms, they are significantly superior.

        26 January 2023 12: 10
Why what, the population, the economy are comparable? The population of Poland in 2022 is something in the region of 38 million, in ukuria and even less, no one knows exactly how many, it’s good if there are 20-25 million. How do you compare 60-70 million with 148 million?
The economy is even more fun, Poland is based mainly on subsidies from the EU, and it’s generally funny about the Ruin. And all these sanctions showed that the entire Western economy was based only on our cheap energy resources. We may have gotten sick of the sanctions, but not as much as those who imposed these sanctions.
So do not smack nonsense, she still hurts!
You will laugh about the military plan in general ...

So they are compared, approximately twice. Like Germany and France.

It’s funny or not, but the two of them together have about a trillion of GDP, the Russian Federation, according to a very flattering figure for the Navy, has 2 trillion at current prices, and what it will be, say, in 2024, it will be interesting to know.

You will laugh about the military plan in general ...

Laugh, who will forbid you. Russia's military spending in 2021 was estimated at $66 yards, but about 15% was spent on ground forces. In such cases, even the former brothers had the means to build a more combat-ready army in "these 8 years." But, of course, they did not do this, because they are brotherly people.
The Poles have a budget a year like Ukrainians have for 8 years, plus access to any military technology in the world. And most importantly, the Poles have never been a fraternal people and have never experienced any illusions about the foreign policy of the Russian Federation.

And for a year now, the media have been waiting for Poland to capture it ...
And it doesn't capture and doesn't capture...

"And now the "shameful words" about the annexation of Western Ukraine, which is being prepared last spring. However, why only in the spring?"

Because in the spring everyone was waiting for Zelensky to be evacuated to London.
Does anyone have doubts about this?
Then we can recall Volodin's statements...
Any General Staff in such a situation is simply obliged to work out different options for responding to a sharp change in the military-political situation. With the participation and at the direction of any political leadership of any neighboring country...
The opposition to the ruling party in Warsaw leaked these actions to the public. Why?
Because planning the entry of Polish troops into a neighboring state will not add points to the ruling party in the eyes of the voter in the first place.
And in order to score political points for the opposition in Poland itself, secondly.
    That's it.
And the author here hit geopolitics.

Schweik took a deep sip of beer and continued: “Do you think that the sovereign emperor will leave it all like that? You don’t know him well. There must certainly be a war with the Turks. There will be a war, it's like a drink. Serbia and Russia will help us in this war. There will be a fight!

At the time of his prophecy, Schweik was beautiful. His good-natured face shone with inspiration like the full moon. He made everything simple and clear.

“It may turn out,” he continued to sketch the future of Austria, “that in the event of a war with Turkey, the Germans will attack us. After all, the Germans and the Turks at the same time. These are such scoundrels, you will not find others like them in the world. But we can make an alliance with France, which has been sharpening its teeth against Germany since XNUMX, and everything will go like clockwork. There will be a war, I won't tell you anything more."
So charmingly and sweetly did the good soldier Schweik enter the world war. Historians will be interested in how he managed to see so far into the future. If later events did not unfold exactly as he described "At the Chalice", then we must bear in mind that Schweik did not receive the necessary diplomatic education ...

The plans of Poland, and of the entire collective West, were written back in 20 years by Hitler in Mein Kampf, by and large, nothing has changed, although Hitler still relied on the ideology of fighting Bolshevism. So ideology has nothing to do with it, Russia, regardless of the form of the social system, is still an enemy for the West. The essence of the West in relation to Russia is undisguised, cynical robbery. It is necessary to respond with tactical nuclear weapons at 2-3 points, in a war you always need to spare only your own.

Hmmm, some strange "enemy". Sells his raw materials for a penny for the prosperity of the European Garden (as Borrell stated); money from the sale of its raw materials is stored in the West, and not in investments in its economy; buys goods from factories and factories in Europe (for the EU, these are jobs); the entire local elite of the "enemy" lives entirely in the West, where they keep their "hard-earned" savings with sweat and blood. In 2021 alone, about $200 billion was withdrawn from the economy of the "enemy" to the West. and in the period from 2012 to 2022, about $700 billion was withdrawn from Russia to the West.

      So maybe there's something I don't understand...

These now fashionable Russian fairy tales about how Poland occupies and annexes western Ukraine are very much like similar fairy tales that have been replicated in Ukraine for the last 20 years, how China occupies and annexes the entire Far East from Russia.
