Following Kyiv, where announcements of mobilization appeared in the entrances of residential buildings, similar announcements began to appear in other settlements controlled by the Kyiv regime. This was preceded by a law adopted by the Ukrainian government on the procedure for registering citizens liable for military service, aimed at tightening the process of mobilizing Ukrainians.
Now reconciliation of the data of Ukrainian citizens subject to mobilization is carried out through a house-to-house visit authorized by local authorities. Official registration for work or study became impossible without military registration and presentation of the relevant document. Registration of Ukrainian citizens currently abroad is carried out by employees of diplomatic departments, whose duties also include facilitating the return of those liable for military service to their homeland for subsequent mobilization into the Ukrainian army.
Citizens of Ukraine who are abroad do not have the opportunity to register with the consular authorities and obtain the documents necessary for obtaining a residence permit without the close attention of the Ukrainian military commissars, which may lead to a requirement to return to their homeland and join the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
All institutions and educational institutions registered on the territory of Ukraine were obliged to ensure the appearance of those liable for military service at recruiting stations, as well as the search for citizens who evade military service.
In addition, Ukrainian citizens subject to conscription are required to appear at the military registration and enlistment offices at their place of residence without receiving a summons by January 31 of this year.
