
Ukraine received the next, eighth Zuzana 2 self-propelled howitzer made in Slovakia, the installation has already arrived on Ukrainian territory. This is reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Slovakia has completed the delivery of a batch of 155-mm Zuzana 2 wheeled self-propelled guns to Ukraine, transferring all eight artillery mounts under a contract signed in June last year. The transfer of the last self-propelled howitzer was also confirmed by the Slovak Ministry of Defense.
Slovakia firmly supports Ukraine, which is fighting Russian aggression. Already the eighth Zuzana 2 howitzer has been handed over to the Armed Forces of Ukraine

However, the cooperation between Bratislava and Kyiv in the field of arms supplies does not end there, Ukraine is expecting another batch of Zuzana 2 self-propelled guns, which Slovakia will produce under another contract paid by Germany with the participation of Norway and Denmark. The agreement for the supply of 16 (sixteen) self-propelled howitzers to Kyiv was signed in October last year, the production will be handled by the Slovak company Konstrukta-Defence. The exact delivery dates are not reported, but the entire batch should enter service with the Armed Forces of Ukraine before the end of 2023.
The wheeled self-propelled gun Zuzana 2 is produced by Konštrukta-Defence. The 155-mm howitzer is based on the new Tatra T 815-7 chassis, the turret has the 3rd level of protection according to the STANAG 4569 standard (withstands a 155-mm projectile at a distance of 60 m), the firing range is 30 km, the maximum is 41 km (actively - rocket projectile). It is in service with the Armed Forces of Slovakia and Ukraine.
